Portogallo: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Azzorre

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata meravigliosa. Noi accentuiamo l'attenzione del personale, sempre amabile e disposto a aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La colazione è stata di alta qualità, con una vasta gamma di opzioni per tutti i gusti, servito in una bella sala con grandi cristalline e una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. La stanza era perfettamente attrezzata, pulita e molto confortevole, soddisfacendo tutte le nostre aspettative. Il Spa è stato senza dubbio uno dei punti forti della nostra estate: le piscine interne e esterne di acque termali offrono un'esperienza rilassante unica.

Il check-in è stato il punto più problematico. Non ho ricevuto alcuna istruzione dall'ospite (anche nella cartella di spam) su come sbloccare la porta di entrata alla proprietà. Era già buio e l'ospite non era nemmeno raggiungibile per telefono. Monica dal servizio clienti di Trip finalmente riusciva a trasmettere i codici di ingresso necessari a me (grazie per l'assistenza!). ++ La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, il letto era comodo, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e ci erano abbastanza asciugamani. La piscina condivisa è molto bella e offre una vista marea bella.La struttura si trova tranquillamente a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Angra. -- Non sono disponibili istruzioni scritte (per esempio, password WiFi) o informazioni generali (servizi). Anche se la prenotazione menzionava anche il colazione, non c'era pane fresco, non la fine del mondo, ma meglio non la menzionare come opzione. Non è chiaro se i prodotti del frigorifero appartengono ad altri ospiti (auto-catering) o sono per uso generale, quindi non abbiamo toccato nessuno. L'ospite non era disponibile per domande telefoniche e non ha risposto alle mie chiamate iniziali il giorno del check-in. La stanza era nel seminterrato e, a volte, un odore di piogge di scarico nella stanza.

The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Un hotel davvero meraviglioso. Con solo 9 camere, il personale si concentra su rendere eccezionale ogni esperienza degli ospiti. La posizione è grande, centrale abbastanza per esplorare l'isola e tornare ogni giorno. Durante la vista da e quando esce, la vostra stanza prenderà il respiro ogni volta. Tutti gli alloggi sono di alta qualità, il letto era molto comodo e anche le lavande e gli asciugamani avevano un senso di ricchezza. Le opzioni per la colazione possono essere leggermente redditizie, ma la qualità e la freschezza degli ingredienti, insieme alla lama e al succo domestici, nonché la flessibilità per cambiare le cose sul menu, più che compiere per questo. Anche noi il ristorante dell'hotel è eccellente per cena. Così tanto che abbiamo finito di default di esso più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo anche apprezzato i dettagli come il telefono che hanno fornito al check-in che ci ha seguito ovunque sull'isola per seguire le proposte e le prenotazioni momentanee attraverso l'hotel! In tutto, molto raccomandato, mia moglie e io sappiamo che torneremo!

Molto bel hotel. Il desk front arrangiato per ottenere la mia stanza prima delle 3:00. Il personale era super utile e molto amichevole. Tutti parlano inglese. Camera confortevole. I cittadini al bar erano deliziosi e il colazione era grande. Per la prima volta a Ponta Delgada, vicino ai negozi, al supermercato, alla stazione di gas e al caffè, è stato un'emergenza, ma vorrei rimanere più a lungo.

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Sono un po' deluso che non sia un hotel, ma credo di aver potuto essere l'unica persona che rimasto lì, non ho visto nessun altro, tranne per circa due secondi nella sala colazione. L’unico contatto che avevo era per posta elettronica, e tutte le istruzioni erano state inviate solo la mattina che andava, quindi non li ho ricevuti finché non sono arrivato a Pico. La stanza era abbastanza comoda e molto pulita. Ma molte cose sono date. La connessione internet non esisteva. Il condizionatore d'aria e il fan del bagno erano antiche e facevano un sacco di rumore. Il colazione era solo meh, ma la vista dalla camera da colazione era bella. La posizione è buona, vicino alla città e in una zona tranquilla. Non ho passato molto tempo all'hotel e era troppo freddo per una nuoto, ma immagino che sarebbe stato bello quando il tempo è più caldo, perché la piscina ha anche una vista meravigliosa.

We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. All staff on reception that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. There was a fridge but my one down point for amenities was that there was no kettle. A coffee maker but no kettle! No everyone drinks coffee but this seems to be a normal thing nowadays. I know you can boil the water but not use a coffee capsule, but the water still tastes of coffee. It was noisy at night but the hotel is right in the centre. Great location for the harbour. Would stay again if we ever visit The Azores again!

The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.
