Filippine: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Davao (regione)

Il nostro staff è fantastico, molto amichevole e accogliente.Amo la stanza in cui ci siamo trasferiti, è stato un soggiorno così rilassante e tranquillo che sicuramente tornerà con il resto della nostra famiglia.

Pros - camera pulita e confortevole - vicino alla linea di costo con vista sul canale - Super polite staff - grande area di piscina familiare - used to the place being full so it’s extremely well organized - servizio in camera 24 ore Cons - nessun concierge di salutare nuovi ospiti uscire dai taxi - Non c'è nessuno che ti mostri nella tua stanza! Dovete trovare la vostra strada. - porte a pressione alti svegli gli ospiti molto presto al mattino, a causa dei vicini dalle porte a fianco (vedi foto) - uccelli poo in tutte le finestre (vedi immagini) - Buffet per colazione era tutto a posto... caffè di servizio e non cibo grande. Un hotel decente, ma un po' rovinato da poveri benvenuti e il rumore mattinale di altri ospiti. Chiedi una camera tranquilla.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

The front desk personnel would not want us to charge to the room on whatever we spend inside the hotel even we propose to swipe our card for deposit. Usually hotel accomodate this kind of service. The rooms are no longer up to the standard with no face towels and floor towels. Because of these some of my colleagues have second thoughts to stay again in this hotel. I hope the management of Acacia Hotel would pay more attention on these little request and things up to the standard.

L'hotel è un posto decente per soggiornare, soprattutto se stai cercando un posto tranquillo e rilassante. La piscina era in realtà uno dei punti di vista... pulito, spazioso e grande per il relax dopo un lungo giorno. La posizione è un po' scomoda, poiché è molto lontana dai centri, dai negozi e da altri stabilimenti. In generale, è un buon hotel con belle attrazioni e un'atmosfera amichevole, ma non la migliore opzione se preferisci camere moderne e facile accesso alle attrazioni commerciali o urbane.

La Marajaw , è una zona di colazione, il cibo era buono, il personale era attento, sapendo che il mio cibo era specificamente Halal. Erano molto accoglienti, attenti. Grazie Dusit Davao. Ha avuto la riunione più produttiva nella sala dell'hotel. 

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

All'inizio pensavo che sarebbe stato un po'come questo, ma è pulito e pulito, quindi mi piace meglio perché mi piace e proteggo la mia privacy.E ho intenzione di usarlo di nuovo la prossima volta.
