Really happy with our stay at Park Inn Davao, the unit was tidy and we love how it’s adjacent to SM mall. The staff was accommodating and we will come back again!

Come turista d'affari, preferisco hotel puliti e senza problemi con buon WiFi che mi permetteranno di lavorare in pace, riposare bene dopo un lungo giorno, e di accedere a buone opzioni di cena a distanza di passo. Il posto era pulito, la stanza era immacolata, e io amo il desk in camera! Inoltre, il personale era molto amichevole e pronto ad assistere. Seda Abreeza è diventato il mio hotel preferito a Davao.

Revisione onesta. Amorevolmente 1. Grande posizione 2. Molte piscine da scegliere 3. Amichevole, personale cortese, servizio veloce 4. Accomodazione 5. Lobby spaziale 6. Controllo facile all'ingresso e all'uscita Altri lati: 1. Hotel troppo prezioso 2.bfast Buffet food era solo standard per un hotel di lusso, dovrebbe essere creato forse fuori (non suino) 3. Dovrebbe avere un altro locale per conservare i loro letti extra non mostrando proprio fuori dalla nostra stanza (Suite esecutiva) 4. Lock Knob è stato rotto al CR 5. Il buffet per cena era troppo costoso per p2,500.00 ciascuno. 6. Il ballo di fuoco deve essere impostato nella fase intermedia a beneficio di tutti gli ospiti, non solo per i cibi da buffet (pranzo) 7. L'area di fitness non era spaziosa per un hotel di lusso 8. Attività ricreative limitate da scegliere tra 9. Il colore dell'hotel (sono consapevole del colore standard della scoperta) ma è dolce, non attraente

We stayed for 2 days with no WiFi, no TV signal, and the air conditioner was leaking. We've called for a technician several times already. We called the Front desk officer to assist us, but they just told us there was no signal. It wasn't very pleasant since we did not enjoy what we paid for comfort and access to the internet. I hope that with this review, they will work on how to attend to their customers' concerns.

i stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels

Questo è un ottimo hotel. Il personale era sorprendente e niente era troppo difficile. Colazione buona. Colazione buffet se l'hotel è alta occupanza, A la carte se bassa occupanza ma entrambi buona. Non posso colpire questo hotel. Molto tranquillo, situato in un parco gigante. Molto consigliato.

Worth the price and excellent for staying with family. Great timing with the Pacquiao boxing match on the big screen in the ****** area – and it was free! We'll definitely come back again soon..

It was our first to experience the Pearl Farm and it really exceed our expectation🥰 We had a great time staying at this resort the relaxation, the comfort of their food from breakfast to dinner with snacks and unli drinks, the peace given by the place we felt so well rested, and the staff were all nice and friendly especially to our toddler she really enjoys talking to every staffs she met. The best resort we've ever stayed and we couldn't stop talking how great the place and all people. Surely we will return and stay longer soon.

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.
