Italia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Toscana

This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly. However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

Molto bello. Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta. Pulito e igienico. Tornerò sicuramente in futuro. Avrei voluto restare un altro giorno, ma i tempi erano serrati. Questo posto è un po' lontano dal centro, ma la stanza è grande! ! ! Anche il parcheggio è comodo. Abbiamo preso un taxi per il centro città spendendo circa 25 euro.

Hotel molto bello, colazione perfetta, piscina all'aperto, parcheggio gratuito. 10 minuti di auto dal centro commerciale. Residenza privata molto tranquilla. Il personale è estremamente cordiale. Sotto il sole della Toscana. consigliare. . .

My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

El aire acondicionado fallo y decian que no podian hacer nada. Bajé a dormir a la recepcion. El vigilante de noche me ofreció una habitacion con aire que funcionava. A veces hay que ser un pico imaginativo

Небольшой новый отель, но очень атмосферный. Все продумано до деталей. Красивый вид на долину с виноградниками из ресторана. Предлагают свое вино, так же можно записаться на экскурсию на их винодельню в определенные дни. Номера современные, в номерах есть все необходимое (хорошего качества косметика, постельное белье и полотенца). Есть зона для загара и бассейн 👌 Очень рекомендую этот отель для посещения) тихо, уединенно и душевно ❤️

L’albergo è situato davanti al mare a pochi metri dalla Terrazza Mascagni. La vista è panoramica, le stanze molto pulite e curate nei minimi particolari. Il servizio è attento. Il personale sorridente e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante sulla terrazza che raccomandò per una cena romantica. Unico neo, sono I servizi a pagamento che sono un po’ cari.. (piscina a 45 euro e percorso benessere a 70 euro a persona).

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.

L'hotel è molto confortevole e conveniente per la macchina per andare avanti.L'ambiente è tranquillo, ci sono vini e bevande, la camera è più sottile ma molto nuova.La piscina è calda, vicino a una piscina di massaggio di acqua calda.
