This was my sixth stay at Hotel 101 – Fort, and as always, the experience was smooth and satisfying. Even without availing of the breakfast this time, the overall comfort and consistency of the hotel didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and well-prepared, just like in my previous visits. I appreciate how the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and order no matter how many times you return. The staff remained polite and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. Though I skipped breakfast this time, the amenities still made the stay relaxing. It’s always a dependable place to recharge in the city—quiet, secure, and well-managed. Hotel 101 – Fort continues to be one of my most reliable choices. Looking forward to stay number seven!

I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall. The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels. The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand. The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila. The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings. I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

Great spot right in the middle of BGC—loved the vibe! The food was clean and healthy, which I really appreciated. The staff were super helpful and made the stay even better. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Location and what’s inside the room: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer. They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area. Breakfast: Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids. The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors. Facilities/Amenities: There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable. Parking: FREE parking on first come first serve basis. Price: As of April 2025, Seda Residences Makati offers the following room rates: Studio Deluxe (31 sqm): ₱9,055 net per night. Seda Hotels Studio Premier (43 sqm): ₱9,643 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Deluxe (50 sqm): ₱10,819 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Premier (55-57 sqm): ₱11,642 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Deluxe (93 sqm): ₱14,700 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Premier (108 sqm): ₱16,000 net per night. Three-Bedroom Premier (150 sqm): ₱18,000 net per night. But you get to enjoy some discounts from other platforms like Trip.com depending on your Tier. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.

GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

Hotel was ok average Check in was a gong show showed up at 1 to stand in line for 20 minutes got to front to give our info to check in but because it wasn’t 2 pm told to come back and had to stand in line again for 20 minutes not very efficient

Good location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

I checked in cos of the M2M concert in Smart Araneta, this is awesome since its located near the coliseum. I didnt expect much from this hotel but yes, its awesome, i had a good night sleep too! I wish there was a spa though, but nevertheless, its real awesome. Also, hoping there would be two queens , they only have two single beds or 1 queen in other rooms. hope there woupd be two queens so families can stay in a room.
