I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is paid to housekeeping and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were modern, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I was particularly impressed by the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the common areas and dining facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for the second time. I stayed in room 301. The room was very clean and tidy. It had a bigger than expected bathroom with good mirrors and a bath. The toiletries were good. It was very busy in the hotel and the breakfast was very busy with families. The breakfast was Ok the cooked breakfast was hot but the sweet pastries were limited. The range of cold meats was good. The fruit was good. The coffee was good. The breakfast spice was good. I did not use the health facilities. The bar was busy and I had to wait to buy a soft drink. The range of food on offer was good. I really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. The service was good and I liked the luggage store facilities. These were free. The locality is good for food outlets and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel. It takes 18 mins to walk to the station. There was a marathon on while I stayed. So it was busy everywhere. The images shown here are of the spaces inside the hotel to eat, my breakfast, the free water, and the foyer space. I would stay here again. It’s only 47 mins to London and it’s a great price and a quiet hotel compared to London prices. Mexicans living in London were celebrating Cinco de Mayo outside the National gallery today and it was really great! The Milton Keynes marathon was also on today!

Overall, we felt this hotel offered really good value for money, especially considering the location. It was a convenient base for visiting Windsor and the surrounding areas, while being noticeably more affordable than many of the hotels closer to the town centre. For anyone planning a short stay around Windsor, we think this is a practical and budget-friendly option. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the privacy of the curtains, which blocked the light well and made it easier to rest properly. The bed and duvet were also very comfortable, and overall the atmosphere felt quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the general experience was smooth and hassle-free. Another positive point was the convenience of the location. It was easy to drive to nearby attractions and restaurants, and having parking available made the trip much less stressful. Compared with accommodation prices in Windsor itself, this felt like a much better-value choice without being too far away. The only area we felt could be improved was the carpet in the room and hallway. It seemed a little old and worn, and in some areas it looked slightly dirty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The room itself generally felt tidy, but replacing or deep-cleaning the carpets would probably make the hotel feel much fresher and more modern.

From the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room. Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries. I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all. Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

Grande hotel con vista incredibile dalle camere e dal ristorante e bar al tetto - letti super comodi con eccellenti servizi di tè e caffè - buon doccia e bellissimi prodotti di bagno Elemis. Solo in fondo è stato colazione, mentre una favolosa scelta e una bella varietà di frutti freschi, molti dei prodotti cucinati erano solo caldi e funghi in realtà freddi, siamo stati dopo 9 dopo il colazione potenzialmente stato seduto per un lungo periodo. Altrimenti tutto è grande e sicuramente sceglierebbe di rimanere di nuovo.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

In generale, ci piaceva davvero il nostro soggiorno all'hotel! Avrei voluto dargli un punteggio più alto perché la nostra camera era così spaziosa, pulita e con un bel design moderno che lo rendeva molto comodo. Tuttavia, ho dovuto calcolare un po' meno perché ci ha sorpreso di constatare che, mentre l'app per il viaggio suggeriva che la camera standard della regina sarebbe venuta con un bagno e una doccia, risulta che solo le suite premium offrono bagno. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e molto utile.È una vergogna che non potessero fare nulla sull'app. Hanno detto che se sei un membro e un libro in anticipo, ci potrebbero essere alcune grandi opzioni di aggiornamento disponibili. È solo una delusione che le foto e la descrizione sull'app siano stati inganni, perché lo fanno sembrare tutte le camere della regina hanno anche bagni!

La posizione è perfetta. Parcheggio e altre strutture come la palestra e la piscina sono liberi. La stanza è davvero bella e c'è un guardaroba abbastanza spazio per vestire e memorizzare il bagaglio. La stanza non ha un AC, quindi diventa molto caldo durante il tempo caldo. All'interno della cabina c'è un ventilatore che può essere usato per tenere la stanza fredda. Non c'è frigorifero nella stanza per tenere alcune delle bevande fredde.

This hotel looks beautiful from outside with a lovely ground and impressive entrance, but however, I found the room & common area not so impressive  they need to give it a face lift to deserve the room rate. Especially with a high bathtub it’s quite dangerous as it’s slippery when you step into it to have a shower, even with the rubber mat on it , luckily I brought along my rubber slipper, which I can use to have a shower to prevent from slipping . Our room included breakfast, buffet table selection of food were poor, and the quality of food was not great even with basic smoke salmon it looks stale & the cooked breakfast was ok not impressive. The front desk reception staff were not helpful with problem . But the manager at the front desk was very helpful when we checked out , after hearing our comments about the problem he took note said he’ll look into the problem & told us to contact him when decide to stay with them next time. I do appreciate his helpfulness & trying to make the best of the situation, Cliveden Hotel should treasure him as the hotel manager.
