Uzbekistan: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione di Bukhara

Я бы хотела вернуться в этот отель и порекомендую друзьям. Отель новый и красивый. Сотрудники ресепшена всегда с улыбкой и доброжелательны. Помогли с арендой велосипеда. При заселении предложили на выбор два номера, предупредили что под окнами дорога, это было очень важно, тк в предыдущем отеле этого не сделали и я не спала две ночи, мы выбрали номер с окнами на дорогу, это не мешало сну, было тихо. При заселение, спустя минут 20 к нам зашли поинтересоваться как мы расположились, считаю это высоким уровнем сервиса, спасибо. Вкусные завтраки, красивая посуда, еда под пленкой, чтобы не заветривалась. Из того, что можно улучшить, так это косметику для душа. Не ожидала что в отеле такого уровня, будет мыло для рук и гель для душа один флакон, и стоит он возле раковины. А в душе только шампунь, без кондиционера. Мы подумали что кондиционер и шампунь забыли поставить, о чем сказали на ресепшене, и нам обещали принести через 30 минут. Не дождавшись мы ушли гулять по городу, а вечером обнаружили те же банки, и только тогда мы выяснили что кондиционер не предусмотрен, если бы об этом сказали утром, то купили в городе. Свой др я встретила здесь, мне бы было приятно получить какой-то небольшой комплимент от отеля, в виде маленького торта со свечкой на завтрак или что-то еще, как это делают в других странах. Это мои рекомендации, что можно улучшить) Еще один момент, за 3 дня у нас ни разу не прибрались, только заносили воду и туалетную бумагу. Возможно на дверь нужно было повесить табличку с просьбой о уборке. Но опять же я привыкла к тому, что по умолчанию убираются каждый день и я использую эту табличку только в случае, когда уборка не нужна. Отель похож на картинку из сказки! Я рада, что выбрала именно его.

It was a wonderful stay. The guesthouse is run by a warm and thoughtful family. The location is perfect, close to all the main sights. The room was clean, and the pick-up service was amazing , it made my arrival so easy. (The Bukhara Old Town is about 25-30 minutes by car from the Bukhara Train Station). The breakfast was great, and the guesthouse has a beautiful courtyard where I enjoyed playing chess and working. It was the best accommodation of my trip. I originally booked only 2 nights, but I ended up staying for 5 nights. Thank you so much for everything! :)

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel! 🌟 La posizione è eccellente, comodissima per esplorare la zona. Il cibo era delizioso e il proprietario è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Mi hanno gentilmente concesso il check-in anticipato con la colazione, che era ricca e variegata – un inizio perfetto per ogni giornata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti la zona e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ottimo soggiorno. La nostra posizione è così vicina al centro, che è così storico. La signora receptionista è stata estremamente utile a prenotare i nostri biglietti di autobus e chiamare un taxi. Senza di lei saremmo stati incastrati. Colazione è eccellente. Pulizia. Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno, ma un breve soggiorno.

Bell'hotel, piccolo, in una zona tranquilla del centro storico. Si sviluppa su 3 piani e ha una terrazza. La mia camera era spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata. La camera è dotata di frigorifero, bollitore, tè, caffè, acqua, pantofole, accappatoio e tutti gli accessori per la doccia. Il letto è grande con un materasso morbido e confortevole. La colazione è deliziosa, con un'ampia scelta, e c'è anche una macchina per il caffè, il che è stato sorprendente. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel!

Questo è un hotel molto carino. L'ho trovato molto pulito e confortevole. Anche il personale è gentile e cordiale e parla molto bene l'inglese. Il prezzo che si paga qui vale i servizi offerti. Se dovessi tornare o visitare di nuovo Bukhara, mi sentirei sicuramente a mio agio a passare la notte qui. Le foto mostrano il tipo di camera che ho prenotato e alcuni dettagli dell'ambiente all'interno di questo hotel.

Все понравилось, большие номера, чисто, комфортная температура, персонал вежливвй, а еще удоьео что близко от аэропорта. Завтраки вполне сытные.

Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Super new and clean room, and it was really relaxing. As soon as I checked in the staff brought me a big fruit plate (yum), and I was also moved by how the staff were helping and understanding. The only concern is the smell of the doormat in the bathroom (probably), and I guess it’s coming from the fact that it is so new the smells hasn’t settled in. I put the smell diffuser in the bathroom and the problem was solved.

Отличное месторасположение относительно достопримечательностей, находится в самом центре. Очень приветливые хозяева. Вид с террасы шикарный. Завтраки вкусные и свежие. Номера простенькие, но чистые, сантехника в полном порядке. Рекомендуем!!!
