Uzbekistan: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione di Bukhara

Situazione eccellente -- molto centrale. Molto bello e amichevole personale; buon colazione (anche se ottenere caffè è stato difficile con una macchina da caffè apparentemente legata alla tensione sbagliata ...). Letto assolutamente massiccio.Buona aria condizionata. L'unica difficoltà (e la ragione per cui ho tolto i punti) era di ottenere una certa pulizia: nonostante la mia richiesta il terzo giorno, non è stato fatto nulla (senza mettere in vuoto il denaro, stranamente). Allo stesso modo, dopo aver pagato per lavare il lavaggio, la metà dei miei vestiti erano ancora incisi (ma che profumavano puramente, in qualche modo); dopo averlo sottolineato, mi rimborsano graziosamente il lavaggio. Questa volta, i vestiti sembravano puliti, ma odorevano come vapore. Tuttavia, il manager del desk front era molto scusante e utile.

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas. One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination. Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

Location is near Bhukara Tower and The Ark of Bhukara (15min walk). Exterior courtyard area is excellent for rest from a hot day walk. Room is clean and very spacious, bottled water and amenities are all provided. Staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable with good recommendations to nearby restaurants A generous and excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla strada laterale, da lì si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni a piedi. La sistemazione è molto ben realizzata in un'antica madressah. Ogni stanza ha un aspetto diverso. La sala colazione è qualcosa di molto speciale. Tutto è semplicemente fantastico. Molte grazie a tutti i dipendenti.

Amorevole rimanere qui. Excelente, ma tranquillo, posizione proprio nel centro della “vecchia città”, circondato da negozi e ristoranti e la maggior parte, se non tutti, dei siti importanti a passeggiata. Servizio amichevole, camere confortevoli e bellissimo colazione. (Nota questo è Rayyan 1 hotel, vicino alla sinagoga, non sorella Rayyan 2, che Yandex taxi potrebbe portare vicino, ma ancora a piedi)

È una bella casa restaurata nel cuore della vecchia città e a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il ristorante in casa è assolutamente favoloso! Il servizio è fantastico tutto intorno - altamente raccomandato!

Non avrei mai pensato che un ostello potesse essere così accogliente e pulito a questo prezzo. Ho soggiornato in un dormitorio da 3 letti da solo e c'era tantissimo spazio. Il proprietario, Iha, e la sua famiglia sono incredibilmente gentili e cordiali, e i suoi due adorabili figli sono come degli angeli. La guesthouse è a circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale, quindi è molto comoda. La sorpresa più grande è stata il tè di benvenuto e gli snack locali che la moglie del proprietario ha portato la sera. Sono stato anche molto contento di aver partecipato al corso di cucina del Plov, andando al mercato locale con Iha per procurarci gli ingredienti e imparando a conoscere la cultura locale lungo il percorso. Vedere un tavolo pieno di prelibatezze è stato davvero fantastico. Spero che più persone scoprano questo posto meraviglioso!
