I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

Adoro questi hotel vicino a tutto, vicino all'aeroporto di Tacloban. Se non vuoi uscire c'è un ristorante sul tetto e sul piano principale, giornata di fitness e spa a prezzi accessibili, la mia famiglia l'ha goduto. La lenzuola è di buona qualità, eccetto il modo di lavaggio corretto, il colore diventa grigio invece di diventare bianco, ma tutto è perfetto.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

la cosa cattiva per 3 notti, avevamo la camera matrimoniale,la piu' peggiore camera d'albergo che abbiamo mai soggiornato, nessuna finestra, nessun frigorifero la camera ha odore di fogna,e si sente come se fossimo in una stanza isolata, Dobbiamo aprire la porta giorno e notte a causa dell’odore, abbiamo detto al ricevimento quando abbiamo lasciato sperare che avessero fatto qualcosa, così nessun altro può sperimentare ciò che avevamo sperimentato, La stanza non ha ascensore, quindi non porti molto bagaglio. il bene, localizzazione è grande, solo passeggiando a quasi tutto, servizio con il sorriso, colazione gratuita, Non torneremo comunque.

Questo hotel è un budget amichevole si ottiene quello che si paga per. Posizione in modo da essere vicino al centro commerciale e al terminale, quindi se siete un viaggiatore il vostro in jackpot. L'unica cosa è che i loro letti sono piccoli. Vorrei che avessero un letto grande per una famiglia di tre, ma nel complesso, il loro servizio è grande.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed—from laundry to shopping and great food—was just a short distance away. It’s rare to find a place that is so family-friendly and truly accessible; my grandfather felt completely at ease in his wheelchair, and my brother was equally happy as this was a gift for his graduation. Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Modern, quiet rooms with split-type air conditioning, spotless bathrooms, and friendly service. The 6th-floor al fresco area offers beautiful oceanfront views. Parking can be difficult due to shared space with the adjacent mall. The location is roughly 10-15 minutes drive to the City of Tacloban.
