The hotel was easy to find, and the front desk staff was very nice. The lobby and eating area were clean and up to date. The Breakfast food was good and there was plenty of choices. The hotel is across the street from a Roberson mall which is great for shopping and dining choices.

Love the quiet place old but well kept .. service is good on site restaurant is good . Would have expected more from amenities for standard room. Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

A Great hotel for its price. The room is basic but everything you need is there also i like that even though the hotel is a bit dated they were able to maintain it clean and orderly also appreciate the free water dispenser on the hallway

We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses ..

Hotel buono con buona atmosfera. Molto conveniente tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno per i bagni è completamente coperto. Con caffè e tè più ferro elettrico è un must. Grazie tacloban Plaza Hotel.

RRoderick RutherfordNice position in town. If staying again, I would contact the hotel as they have disappointed feel from app payments saying it takes a month and then they charge you for this... which makes it a little expensive in comparison to other areas in the Philippines. The people are lovely so helpful and kind. You get one towel with room so if a couple bring towels or pay extra for them. Breakfast is included and is nice. Rooms are clean. Water pressure in the shower was not great, so don't come here after days of hostel or camping for the shower. It does the job, though. Laundry diagonally across the street is excellent. Overall, it was a great place to stay in this area.

AAnthony TabunanMe and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.
