Nuova Zelanda: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

La colazione era decente ma un po' ripetuta, quindi sarebbe stato bello avere alcune opzioni diverse in giorni diversi. La posizione era grande e molto conveniente, ma la pulizia poteva essere certamente migliorata il bagno e le tazze non erano pulite correttamente. L'opzione più economica era il parcheggio di Victoria Street, a circa 5-minute passeggiata. L'hotel ha pagato $59 per notte per Wilson Parking, ma è venuto con limiti, che rendevano le cose molto difficili. Inoltre, sono stati forniti kit dentali complimentari, che è stato un bel toccamento.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied. Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated. Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte, ma prenotato come 2 per poter controllare la mattina presto. Buona manutenzione, buone strutture perfette per le famiglie che viaggiano insieme. Prenotare di nuovo quando viaggiano nella stessa zona.

Non molto intorno all'hotel, ma è molto vicino all'aeroporto. La palestra era molto buona. L'hotel non ha ascensori e la disposizione significa che alcune camere sono a pochi passi dalla ricezione. Il prezzo ragionevolmente per ciò che è offerto.

Easy check in. Front desk customer service is awesome! Only one entrance to the hotel which meant the carpark was far away from our room. The foyer had an off stench every time you walked in. The room was great, especially for what we paid for it. The buffet breakfast closes earlier in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at so we didn’t get to enjoy brunch for long. Also would be beneficial to have a little sign for items you can order somewhere near the buffet as we didn’t know you could order hashbrowns. The only hassle we had was housekeeping. 2 days we had left early and arrived late to our room not done and the sign still on the door. One of those days, we had popped back in to pick up some clothes and housekeeping was outside our room when we came out. Excuse the guitar in the pic, was taking a shot for something else but here’s a snippet of the decor.
