The hotel is nice. Location is good. Price is ok.
Breakfast should have abit more options.

Very convenient hotel with metro pink line right in front of hotel and central mall opposite hotel.

All is well until the check out phase.
Only 1 table opened in front desk, we waited for more than 20mins, and the line becomes longer.
The hotel finally opened another front desk table, suddenly a white person from tail of the queue went to the new opened table and cut in front of us.
We asked why he cut in line while no one helps, the front desk accept that and proceed to check out for him, in front of us, in front of all waited person.
It’s been 2024 years and unfortunately we still be treated racial discrimination.
Felt so bad and hopefully hotel/agent can follow up with this and feedback to me.

The hotel experience was good. Facilities, cleanliness, and staff are top-notch!
It is a bit far from the city center but for people who need a hotel in the northern part of Bangkok, it is excellent. It is located right next to the subway station.
