Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Kumamoto

Il centro della città è molto conveniente, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada e dalla stazione commerciale. Il lobby ha anche una macchina di vendita che è super conveniente per bevande e snack tardi di notte. Fortunatamente durante il nostro soggiorno, c'era anche un evento alimentare taiwanese che ha reso l'atmosfera ancora più vivace e interessante. La stanza era pulita, comoda e adatta ai viaggiatori che cercavano un posto conveniente per soggiornare a Kumamoto. In generale, grande posizione e soggiorno confortevole. 9/10 ⭐️

As the first stop of my birthday trip, I chose Aso. Having previously worked as a hotel management professional, I had high expectations for the hotel’s facilities and services. My stay at Kakuman Hotel, along with my traveling companions, was thoroughly enjoyable—from check-in to the overall amenities, everything exceeded our satisfaction. The staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Additionally, experiencing hot springs for the first time left us feeling deeply relaxed. Thank you to Kakuman Hotel for adding color to my journey.🙏🏼 While every aspect was highly satisfying, there was a minor shortcoming: the majority of diners in the restaurant were Korean tourists. On my second night, a small incident occurred during dinner. The server assigned me a seat where only tableware and a departure-time notice were placed. After I retrieved my food, I found three Korean guests (two elderly individuals and a middle-aged man) preparing to sit there. I was confused whether I had taken the wrong seat or if there was another reason, so I asked the guests. Unexpectedly, the man loudly called over the female server who had arranged the seat and sharply questioned her in Japanese. The server later found me the correct seat, which was at the table adjacent to the three guests. I felt deeply sorry for the female server being unjustly scolded, and I also did not understand why the Korean man needed to accuse her in such a loud tone—I would have been happy to apologize for my misunderstanding. Regarding the above incident, I would like to offer a suggestion: the tables in the restaurant are each equipped with a bucket of tableware and wet wipes, but there are no numbers or markers to identify the assigned seats. Guests can only rely on placing their own items or memory to remember their seats. I believe I am not the only one who has encountered a similar issue, and the hotel may consider adding markers to each table to make it easier for guests to recognize their assigned seats.

Location is very good, walking distance to the shopping streets. We had everything we need from the amenities area. Breakfast is very good range, and most important YUMMY! The staffs at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too, they even helped my son (5yr old) with his drink he wants 🥰 We loved the bath, face and hand towels that are used in the hotel. They feel so soft to the skin!

Buona posizione per shopping e cena, proprio nel centro della Sun Road Shin Shigai. Le camere sono grandi per il giapponese standard, la colazione è buona, ma l'unico svantaggio è che hanno 3 sessioni e voi per confermare la ricezione il vostro tempo di colazione, ho preso l'ultima sessione che era 08:45 - 09:30. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza, è necessario prenotare prima delle 08:00 il giorno successivo. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza all'angolo e ci hanno dato la stanza il terzo giorno senza vedere che fosse un po' deludente.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

Un'esperienza assolutamente meravigliosa: il personale del ryokan era incredibilmente gentile e sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Al check-in, ci sono stati forniti attrezzi tradizionali, pigiama, pantaloncini tabi, servizi bagnati, e un piccolo trattamento di benvenuto con matcha e caffè. Abbiamo anche chiesto al dipartimento frontale se potessero darci un giro per la fermata dell'autobus dopo l'uscita, e hanno detto gentilmente sì, ovviamente. 
La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben decorata, e inizialmente avevamo intenzione di esplorare diversi altri stronzati locali, ma dopo aver sperimentato quelli del ryokan, ci sentivamo completamente soddisfatti. Ci sono bagni separati per gli ospiti dell'hotel (maschi e donne), bagni aperti sia agli ospiti che ai visitatori (divisi anche per genere), nonché un asciugamano privato. Uno dei nostri cuccioli ha anche una sauna. Il pranzo e il colazione tradizionali erano impressionanti e molto generosi in porzione. I luoghi circostanti sono stupendi, perfetti per passeggiate tranquilli. Questo ryokan è un po' lontano dal gruppo principale di Inn, ma è esattamente quello che volevamo godere di camminare tranquillo. La notte, i nostri futon erano stati messi a disposizione per noi, aggiungendo all'esperienza autentica. L’unica ragione per cui ho dedotto una stella è la luce verde molto luminosa sul tetto che rimane tutto il giorno e non può essere spento o coperto. Non ho avuto una maschera da letto con me, e il ryokan non ne ha fornito una, quindi ho avuto una notte senza sonno. E' stato piuttosto sgradevole, e questo ha detto, mi consiglio ancora molto questo ryokanit’s un luogo inoltrabile per rimanere.

It's the first hotel that I've been to in Japan that had a normal check-in procedure through the receptionist rather than a machine, and you're greeted upon entry. La posizione è così perfetta e considerando che è proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, non ho sentito niente. Anche la stanza per il prezzo era molto confortevole e spaziosa!

Siamo stati in una camera doppia Deluxe per 3 adulti, con 2 letti singoli e 1 comodo divano letto. L'hotel è direttamente vicino alla stazione JR Kumamoto attraverso una passeggiata coperta, rendendo il transito incredibilmente facile. Il parcheggio sotterraneo del centro commerciale Amu Plaza è dotato di un ascensore che va direttamente al lobby dell'hotel sul 9° piano. Il parcheggio costa un ragionevole ¥1,000 JPY per notte per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Abbiamo anche amato il design della camera da bagno, il bagno e la camera bagnata/ bagno bagnato sono completamente separati in camere indipendenti, che ci consentono di utilizzare le strutture con la massima privacy. La lavastoviglie è anche convenientemente situata in una zona separata di vanità secca fuori. Questo hotel è molto consigliato per il suo eccezionale comfort, shopping e comodità!

Questo hotel ha diversi minimarket nelle vicinanze. E un centro commerciale vicino al parcheggio. Ho affittato una stanza con tre letti. All'inizio, l'umidità della stanza è relativamente alta e c'è un problema di perdite d'acqua dall'aria condizionata. Mi è stato detto che questo problema si verifica normalmente in Giappone perché è una stagione delle piogge, ma il personale ci ha aiutato a offrire un'altra stanza. L'aria condizionata della seconda stanza offerta è in difficoltà, il che non è bello nemmeno se impostata a 16 gradi. Alla fine, siamo stati trasferiti in una stanza leggermente più grande con tre letti (il terzo letto è ancora un divano letto). La stanza è così pulita, due letti sono matrimoniali, la TV potrebbe essere utilizzata per Netflix e YouTube. Direi che l'organizzazione del personale è a un livello soddisfacente. Le forniture per la doccia sono a Kose, la pressione dell'acqua è relativamente buona tra i quattro hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Giappone per questo viaggio. Ma ci sono solo 8 parcheggi in questo hotel, con la politica del primo arrivato, primo servito. Quindi, non siamo riusciti ad avere un parcheggio, anche se trip.com me l'ha detto nella casella dei commenti. Tuttavia, hanno alcuni fornitori di parcheggi auto convenzionati nelle vicinanze con buoni sconto. Non è molto comodo per te se resti solo per una notte. Ma per me è più che accettabile.

Molto, molto soddisfatto~ La camera silenziosa era molto più bella di quella senza voce. Nonostante avessimo prenotato un letto singolo, l'hotel ci ha dato un letto matrimoniale. Grazie mille.
