Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Kumamoto

Relaxing sanctuary hotel in a super location minutes away from JR Kumamoto. Well trained polite staff and courteous, gave a kumamoto kids kit for my kids! Free coffee, easy lift access to the mall, parked at the basement for 1000 jpy only per night.

Conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to the main bus terminal and shopping district.  Room was clean and quiet with needed amenities.  Complementary afternoon drink (n/a) service was a nice touch.  Friendy staffs, snd mostly conversant in English.  Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Dopo la colazione, il personale ha pulito le sedie e il tavolo, siamo molto felici e colpiti dall'amore e dalla dedizione!! Anche la colazione è abbastanza buona, mia figlia ha apprezzato i sottaceti salati (credo che si chiami così) Il servizio è davvero buono e l'hotel è vicino al ristorante TonKatsu, il cui cibo è semplicemente incredibile e delizioso, e vicino al terminal degli autobus

Wasn’t feeling well but the hotel room was very comfortable and next to a shopping streets with lots of good foods and there is a pharmacy that helps me with the right medication. Very nice bed and comfortable pajamas. Will stay here again. Fantastic stay and yes I fully recovered.

Situato a pochi passi dai negozi e dal castello di Kumamoto. La pulizia generale della stanza è buona, tranne che il filtro d’aria del sistema di ventilazione interno necessita di una pulizia “profonda”. I servizi del personale sono buoni e vi consiglio molto di trovare un hotel di valore per denaro nel centro di Kumamoto.

Location is superb, just 1-2 min walk to Kumamoto station and AMU Plaza. Plenty of eating choices. Room size is great, but comes at a price. Room amenities working fine, room cleaning service is ¥1000/day. Tram and bus stops to places of interest are convenient and close to hotel. Overall a good hotel stay.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

A great value stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The washing machine facilities were easy to use and managed to find an available machine most times. We stayed for 3 nights and each day bins were emptied and fresh towels given. The extra space under the bed for suitcases is a great touch and overall the room design in excellent. There were several tour groups staying during the 3 days which made it a little too busy, especially during breakfast as these guests all went at the same time. Not a great experience for more independent travelers like us, but the staff tried very hard. Overall one of the better stays we had during our Kyushu trip.

建物自体は年期が入っていますが、掃除など綺麗に清潔にされており、レストランは改装されたのか、とてもオシャレな空間で、お料理もどれもとても美味しくいただきました。 何よりも従業員の皆様のホスピタリティが素晴らしい！ 心地よく過ごさせていただきました。 愛らしい猫ちゃんたちにも癒されました。 夕陽八景とのことで、大きくて真ん丸美しい夕陽を見ることができました。 また宿泊したいお宿になりました。 チェックアウト後、車のお見送りしていただきましたが、バックミラー越しに我々が見えなくなるまて 手を降ってお見送りしていただいてるのが見えました。 本当に素敵なホテルでした♡

Situazione perfetta al cuore di Kumamoto, piena di servizi di vendita al dettaglio e di cena nelle vicinanze; Ma leggermente indiretta circolazione (Prendete l'ascensore al centro commerciale 2/F, poi prendete l'ascensore di navetta alla 10/F ricevimento dell'hotel, poi prendete l'ascensore al piano della camera dell'hotel) Camera molto piccola ma confortevole, fortunatamente con vista sul castello di Kumamoto Parcheggio in parcheggio affiliato, con prezzo scontato per ospiti dell'hotel ($1200yen)
