Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

Non è un nuovo hotel ma il massiccio balcone vicino al mare è fantastico. molto spazioso e super comodo letto. buono AC. parcheggio è stato all'interno dell'hotel. bevande di benvenuto gratis per tutti gli ospiti a partire dalle 2pm, compreso il vino di sparkling. la selezione del colazione è stata HUGE! con la macchina del succo d'arancia fresca, hamburger fresco, non racca e più carichi!

Stayed in this hotel again after returning from Arima & Awaji, all baggage already kept in our room and ready for check-in at noon, hassle free. This room type has a desk without the sofa bed which we booked for the first night, it seems to be more useful. Coin laundry at 6F & 9F. Comfortable stay.

La stanza è sul lato più piccolo rispetto ai due hotel che vivevo a Osaka e Hiroshima, ma abbastanza per i viaggiatori soli come me. La posizione è solo senza confronto. Posso camminare al porto e al centro commerciale principale in 15 minuti. Ci sono così tanti buoni ristoranti intorno.

Con colazione e cena incluse a un prezzo così incredibile, ero scettico e mi chiedevo se mi stessi perdendo qualcosa, ma è stato un vero successo! È il massimo! Sono così soddisfatto e tornerò sicuramente! I servizi sono inclusi! Il cibo è delizioso e fantastico!

Title: Squeaky Clean and Good Storage, But Be Aware of Strict Cashless Fees and Missing Essentials Review: I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya. While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience.

In generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e offre una bella vista, che rendeva l’esperienza molto comoda. Tuttavia, mi dispiaceva che le strutture di nuoto richiedessero un ulteriore onere. L'ingresso nel lobby era anche difficile da trovare dalla stazione, ma un soggiorno decente in generale.

Parking is opposite the hotel (Deb parking), need to get the parking ticket and pass it to the hotel reception for payment. Pretty convenient, there is starbucks just next door, chinatown is nearby, walkable distance to kobe port. Room is comparatively spacious compared to usual rooms we stayed in Japan.

Public Bath can be better . Very convenient location and many different types of foods nearby, a temple nearby also good for taking photos.

First time staying at a Dormy hotel inn and super impressed with the level of hospitality for the price! 1. Public onsen and sauna are available on the top floor. Gender segregated with both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo) sections and the usual amenities. Only the sauna is closed overnight, the onsen remains open. Washing machine and dryer are available on 12F too. The washing machine is free, the dryer is not. 2. Free refreshment once you're done with your onsen. Ice cream at night and probiotic drink in the morning. 3. Free serving of ramen (yonakisoba) at night from 21:30-23:00. Head over to the restaurant at 2F. 4. Breakfast buffet is available and it was honestly quite decent for the price. Would stay at Dormy again if I return to Japan 😊
