La colazione di autobus dell'hotel, eccellente, di grande qualità, e ci sarà un'adeguamento ogni giorno, e ci sarà un senso di freschezza per gli ospiti che vi abitano.In generale, è un buon hotel vacanze, vale la pena raccomandare!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

We had a great time! The hotel is incredible with many restaurants, bars, ****** and spa! All great quality. The spa is one of the best I have been to. Definitely read and nap in the salt grotto!

Completamente raccomandato!! L'hotel è situato in bellissime periferie di Karlovy Vary. 15 minuti di auto alla città. L'hotel sembra un palazzo con personale amichevole e ausiliario. La zona spa è anche molto pulita e tesa

Quite good, but location is quite outside. There is a bus with limited frequency or it's possible to go on foot (quite beautiful walk but it takes a bit of time). The room was good, quite comfortable.

Personale molto amichevole. Super colazione. Camere grandi e belle. Letti grandi. Bagno grande con finestre. Frigorifero. TV a schermo piatto. Molto tranquillo. Paesaggio di sauna tranquillo e rilassante. Dritto al parco. Parcheggio a prezzo costante direttamente all'hotel.

Naja, das Hotel hat enormes Potenzial… Probleme beim Checkin und auch Probleme beim Checkout haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht zu einem Erlebnisaufenthalt gemacht. Das Hotel selbst ist von der Bauart wunderschön, alles qualitativ hochwertig. Die Lage selbst ist Geschmackssache, was stört, ist die Straße gegenüber, sehr stark befahren und lauter Lärm. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, wir hatten nachts 26° bei Außentemperaturen von 15°. Beim Service gibt es sehr viel Luft nach oben, man hat den Eindruck, dass das Personal erst vor ein paar Tagen angefangen hat, das Hotel zu leiten. Wir entschieden uns, am ersten Abend das Abendessen im Hotel zu uns zu nehmen. Qualitativ ganz okay, jedoch haben sie es nicht geschafft, in 45 Minuten den bestellten Wein und einen zweiten zu besorgen. Wir waren mit dem Essen bereits fast fertig, als uns zwei Gläser Chianti gebracht wurden, die qualitativ unterirdisch waren. Wir hatten uns aufgrund des schönen Wetters sehr darauf gefreut, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen, das wurde aber nicht zugelassen, 30 Minuten später wurde es anderen Gästen jedoch gestattet. Das Personal ist bemüht, keine Frage, aber mit der Tätigkeit in diesem anspruchsvollen Hotel total überfordert. Wir haben mit Sicherheit einen hohen Anspruch, aber angesichts der Preise auch gerechtfertigt. Leider wurde dieser dreitägige Kurzurlaub durch oben beschriebenes deutlich getrübt. Sollte sich der Service der Qualität des Gebäudes anpassen, ist das mit Sicherheit eine Empfehlung, aktuell für uns überhaupt nicht. Schade!

Le camere erano fantastiche! Ma non è ancora degno di un hotel a 5 stelle a causa del servizio di receptionist dell'hotel che non era così cordiale e le pulizie erano così lente. Ho dovuto chiamare di nuovo per inseguirli per un balsamo per il corpo. Le strutture erano fantastiche. Il massaggio tailandese era molto buono. Anche il personale del bar e del ristorante era buono.
