There is no USB or universal plug in the room and unable to loan from the hotel too. the amenities are too old. Temperature in the room was so cold and unable to adjust

Local bem localizado, com uma estrutura agradável. Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

La vista dal tetto è fantastica e la zona circostante è bellissima. La comunità circostante è sicura. C'è una comoda caffetteria al piano inferiore e una palestra al 13° piano. I servizi sono completi, ma l'hotel non fornisce la colazione, quindi è necessario acquistarla autonomamente.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk. One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

O hotel é bem localizado com excelentes acomodações e um café da manhã sensacional . Atendimento ágil e eficiente.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e ci sono due ristoranti giapponesi accanto.Troppo vicino all'aeroporto, sotto la rotta aerea, il rumore è un po'insostenibile.

Liked: • wonderful front desk personel , restaurant staff, waiters/waitresses, baggage handlers, super helpful! • excellent bed, shower, sheets, towels. • great breakfast buffet. Dislike: • the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink. • the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

L'hotel On Melo Alves mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente dai primi momenti del mio soggiorno. È una moderna e molto accogliente opzione di alloggio situata in una delle migliori aree di São Paulo. Mi piaceva l'atmosfera, tranquilla, confortevole e elegante allo stesso tempo.Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, con un design contemporaneo e tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina interna, dotata di attrezzi e di utensili, è particolarmente conveniente, soprattutto per visite più lunghe. Tutto è stato perfettamente pulito e ben mantenuto. La posizione è un altro vantaggio importante. Ci sono molti ristoranti, caffè e negozi eccellenti vicino, e Avenida Paulista è a poca distanza a piedi. Il quartiere si sente sicuro e è molto piacevole per camminare.
