It was great! If there is one thing I need them to improve, it’s the restaurant service. Orders take a looot of time to get served even canned drinks. And you can’t tell me that it’s because of the occupancy. It’s a slow day when we checked in, not much guests around. Overall it definitely is a great place. Would come again. Would recommend. Just please improve the restaurant service!

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao was truly a memorable family experience and exactly what you would expect from a high-end 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out for both adults and kids. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful swimming pools, pristine beachfront, and a wide range of water and land activities that kept the whole family entertained throughout our stay. Dining was a highlight. Every meal was consistently excellent, and having an onsite Starbucks was a great bonus for those quick coffee breaks in between activities. Breakfast each morning was especially impressive — a fantastic spread with high quality options that set the tone for the day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the team. Special thanks to Joshua and Clarise — with Clarise showing excellent management in complicated situations — as well as Dominic and Ralphe, for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and complete. This is a place that delivers on both luxury and warmth — perfect for families looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway. We will definitely be back in September.

Perl Farm è come un paradiso. Tutto è piacevole agli occhi e al tummy! Lechon è disponibile ogni notte. Il personale è molto amichevole, accogliente e veloce per rispondere a ogni richiesta. La mia unica denuncia è la loro risposta sociale, telefonica e email, che rispondono molto lentamente o nulla. 1. Ho chiesto un trasferimento dal Discovery Samal Welcome Center a loro Marina Wharf. Hanno detto che mandano un furgone alle 1pm ma non c'era nessuno. Ho seguito via il messaggio dot com, nessuna risposta. Ho chiamato il loro numero mobile, diclinato! Suppongo che, rispondendo, dicono che erano in pausa di pranzo! Eravamo in fretta perché dobbiamo essere nella loro barca prima delle due per le loro istruzioni. No. Buona cosa abbiamo potuto chiedere al personale di Discovery Samal di portarci a Marina Wharf. 2. Il trasferimento di barca da marina a resort è stato cancellato a causa di grandi ondate. Capisco. Ci è stato detto che andremo in terra. Siamo in viaggio in un furgone, ribaltato per essere trasferito via RORO (sì, il trasferimento della nave) che ci ha preso 2 ore di freaking solo per ribaltare!! E un'altra ora per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo recati per 3 ore solo per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo avvicinati con altri passeggeri RORO - con e senza veicoli. Stiamo soggiornando in un resort 5 stelle, ma non possono fare qualcosa per rendere l'attesa/riparazione nel RORO un po' più veloce?? Ho visto il conducente pagare 20/passenger per guidare il RORO (non verificato). Non posso pagare un po' di più per una pista veloce o qualcosa del genere? Idk! Solo rly deluso bcos che viaggiavamo con un 3 anni! Naturalmente li ho messaggiati su questo via e-mail e sì, non hanno risposto di nuovo. Volevo valutare 5 stelle, ma la loro comunicazione con gli ospiti è così brutta. Ho lavorato in un hotel e ogni messaggio da parte degli ospiti è preso molto sul serio.

It could have been a beautiful and relaxing stay if the resort had been properly maintained and kept clean. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flies around the room, which became annoying, and the smell of the room was not very inviting. The water from the faucet was also brownish in color and had a salty taste, which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless, I truly commend the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff who did their best to make us comfortable despite these concerns. The resort itself is beautiful and has so much potential. The craftsmanship of the furniture and fixtures is quite exceptional and clearly reflects quality and attention to detail. However, it seems that the resort’s cleanliness and maintenance have been overlooked. With the price we paid—which is even higher than some 5-star hotels—I honestly feel that the experience was not worth the cost. It is a beautiful resort, and with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to the overall guest experience, it could truly live up to its worth.

Lo spazio era ok il viaggio è per un business. E 'vicina al centro di Tori', quindi è un po' accessibile. Il posto era ok e pulito.

Il soggiorno a Go Hotel è una scelta così conveniente per noi! È perfettamente situato vicino a SM Lanang e Santa Ana Wharf, rendendo così facile per raggiungere e esplorare la zona. Tutto quello che ci serviva era in raggiungimento, che rendeva il nostro viaggio ancora più comodo e senza problemi. Molto consigliato se si vuole un posto fantastico!

In generale, il nostro soggiorno era buono, ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi che richiedono un miglioramento. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un asciugamano per il pavimento perché non era stato fornito nella struttura della stanza. La colazione era buona, e apprezzavamo la varietà e il gusto, ma la nostra prenotazione indicava chiaramente 4 inclusioni di colazione, ma al momento dell'arrivo ci fu informato che copriva solo 2 colazioni, che erano deludenti e che si sentiva ingannante. Durante il nostro soggiorno, c'è stato un terremoto (dimensione 5.5). Surprenante, l'hotel non ha fatto alcuna allarme o annuncio di sicurezza, che riguardava. È opportuno che durante le emergenze siano stati istituiti adeguati protocolli di sicurezza. In generale, buon colazione, ma occorre affrontare alcune lacune nel servizio e alcune preoccupazioni in materia di sicurezza.
