"Ero selvaggio dal personale quando sono arrivato ogni interazione era cortese, gentile e professionale. Ho soggiornato molto nelle proprietà di Shangri-La, e Dusit non è stato deluso. Ho anche bisogno di aiuto medico a causa di una malattia. The Breakfast Buffet: The spread was incredible—fresh, diverse, and consistently high quality. It was the perfect way to start each day. "Firstly, services from the staff deserves high praise—it’s exceptionally good. They welcomed my arrival with tasty dalandan juice and carried my luggage before onboarding the boat, plus the resort provided their private boat to fetch us to the island! The staffs are very attentive to support my needs and they always make sure i enjoy my stay in the resort! They even provided medical help in the midnight. Room and beach are beautiful! Food is yummy! Their puyat durians are scrumptious! They even changed a better durian for me when i chose the overripe one. The only thing lack of is providing indoor shoes in our room. Everything else was pretty good!"

"Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao was truly a memorable family experience and exactly what you would expect from a high-end 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out for both adults and kids. "Perl Farm è come un paradiso. Tutto è piacevole agli occhi e al tummy! Lechon è disponibile ogni notte. Il personale è molto amichevole, accogliente e veloce per rispondere a ogni richiesta. La mia unica denuncia è la loro risposta sociale, telefonica e email, che rispondono molto lentamente o nulla. 1. Ho chiesto un trasferimento dal Discovery Samal Welcome Center a loro Marina Wharf. Hanno detto che mandano un furgone alle 1pm ma non c'era nessuno. Ho seguito via il messaggio dot com, nessuna risposta. Ho chiamato il loro numero mobile, diclinato! Suppongo che, rispondendo, dicono che erano in pausa di pranzo! Eravamo in fretta perché dobbiamo essere nella loro barca prima delle due per le loro istruzioni. No. Buona cosa abbiamo potuto chiedere al personale di Discovery Samal di portarci a Marina Wharf. 2. Il trasferimento di barca da marina a resort è stato cancellato a causa di grandi ondate. Capisco. Ci è stato detto che andremo in terra. Siamo in viaggio in un furgone, ribaltato per essere trasferito via RORO (sì, il trasferimento della nave) che ci ha preso 2 ore di freaking solo per ribaltare!! E un'altra ora per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo recati per 3 ore solo per arrivare al resort. Ci siamo avvicinati con altri passeggeri RORO - con e senza veicoli. Stiamo soggiornando in un resort 5 stelle, ma non possono fare qualcosa per rendere l'attesa/riparazione nel RORO un po' più veloce?? Ho visto il conducente pagare 20/passenger per guidare il RORO (non verificato). Non posso pagare un po' di più per una pista veloce o qualcosa del genere? Idk! Solo rly deluso bcos che viaggiavamo con un 3 anni! Naturalmente li ho messaggiati su questo via e-mail e sì, non hanno risposto di nuovo. Volevo valutare 5 stelle, ma la loro comunicazione con gli ospiti è così brutta. Ho lavorato in un hotel e ogni messaggio da parte degli ospiti è preso molto sul serio."

Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. "Come viaggiatore di routine ho trovato che l'hotel era datato e non era ben fornito con piastre o cuttery. Ho informato un membro del personale del suono estremamente rumoroso e disturbante ventilatore di scarico nella suite 112, non ho fatto nulla e non ho mai avuto alcuna discussione da parte di nessun membro del personale. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere una notte che non era prenotato online e doveva pagare più peso anche se abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti prima. Non pensare che rimarrò qui di nuovo e probabilmente non fare una raccomandazione."
