Il posto è molto bello e la seconda volta. Questa volta prenotiamo la villa di 1 camera da letto. Il posto è molto spazioso con piscina. La mia unica preoccupazione era la piscina e le piastrelle che circondano la piscina quando ero bagnata erano molto slippere e io stesso caddevo indietro nella piscina mentre ero bene. Non molto sicuro per i bambini. Qualcosa da sapere. Adoro il mio soggiorno in un ambiente molto rilassato.Sarebbe bello avere cibo tutto il giorno a qualsiasi ora, ma il colazione è da 7 a 12 poi dopo.Quindi se avessi il colazione presto dovresti aspettare fino a 12 dopo il pranzo. Raccomanderò questo posto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi la bella spiaggia e il personale molto utile.

We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation is a truly exceptional getaway that blends luxury with nature in the most beautiful way. The plantation setting is peaceful and lush, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The villas are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, offering complete privacy and comfort. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making every guest feel welcomed and well looked after. Service throughout the stay is impeccable, with great attention to detail. The food is delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and well-crafted dishes that enhance the overall experience.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

It was an amazing stay in Dusit Thani. Their breakfast have good variety everyday. If you request for bacon they will make one for you. The staff are very accomodating and i like how they greet the guests all the time. The spa is amazing very relaxing and the gym is clean and open 24/7. Pool is nice. We got the nice view from the 5th floor. Everyone is super mabait and amazing from the guards to reception, to staff and housekeeping. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Davao

Lo spazio era ok il viaggio è per un business. E 'vicina al centro di Tori', quindi è un po' accessibile. Il posto era ok e pulito.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione - non troppo vicino alle attrezzature occupate, ma ancora in una comoda portata di tutto. In generale, l'hotel ha bisogno di riqualificazione. Le camere non sono in buona condizione e cadono al di sotto della media. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo dovuto cambiare le camere una volta. La prima stanza assegnata all'arrivo aveva diverse questioni, mentre la seconda stanza era in un po' migliore, ma ancora sotto la media. Il personale dell'hotel è stato amichevole e utile, anche se il livello di servizio sembrava variare a seconda della rotazione del turno.

Ask for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

In generale, il nostro soggiorno era buono, ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi che richiedono un miglioramento. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un asciugamano per il pavimento perché non era stato fornito nella struttura della stanza. La colazione era buona, e apprezzavamo la varietà e il gusto, ma la nostra prenotazione indicava chiaramente 4 inclusioni di colazione, ma al momento dell'arrivo ci fu informato che copriva solo 2 colazioni, che erano deludenti e che si sentiva ingannante. Durante il nostro soggiorno, c'è stato un terremoto (dimensione 5.5). Surprenante, l'hotel non ha fatto alcuna allarme o annuncio di sicurezza, che riguardava. È opportuno che durante le emergenze siano stati istituiti adeguati protocolli di sicurezza. In generale, buon colazione, ma occorre affrontare alcune lacune nel servizio e alcune preoccupazioni in materia di sicurezza.

Толпы людей, дорогой ресторан с удачным обслуживанием. В номера нельзя еду проносить, рум сервиса нет, и ещё куча других ограничений. На всех столиках у моря стоят таблички Зарезервировано, но они так и остаются пустыми, но нас оттуда выгоняли.
