Camere belle pulite e ben arredate Abbiamo avuto due problemi - l'hotel ha un bar e ha un certo numero di vini e sujo sul menu, ma non aveva nessuno. Sono essenziali per i turisti in questo tipo di hotel Al colazione abbiamo ordinato caffè  Era così lento che dovevamo andarcene prima che arrivasse.  Che è stato molto deludente come mi piace il caffè con il mio colazione La selezione del colazione era buona

Attentiveness and politeness of the staffs from all level are great. Breakfast are good. Room are okay but will be better if furniture being refurbish.

Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi – Confortabile soggiorno con grande posizione ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stato al Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi e ha una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel è pulito, comodo e ben mantenuto, rendendolo un buon posto per riposare dopo aver esplorato la città. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e adatte alle famiglie. La posizione è un plus vicino alle attrazioni di Bukit Tinggi, rendendo facile raggiungere. La zona circostante è vivace, ma l'hotel stesso si sente tranquillo e tranquillo. La colazione era decente con le opzioni locali, e il personale era amichevole e utile, sempre pronto a assistere con richieste o direzioni. In generale, un buon hotel a buon prezzo a Bukit Tinggi, specialmente se stai cercando un soggiorno confortevole in una posizione conveniente.

I booked this hotel for one night at the first place but after staying one night I booked this hotel again. The room is clean and the bathroom is also very clean. Very pleasing to know that everything is clean and that the bathroom works perfectly.

No ironing board set in room.This is very important to female.Need ironing shawl etc.Dear Hotel Mngt,please consider to provide it upon customer request. Others OK.

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

Great for riders touring West Sumatra.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room
