Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Padang. The hotel is conveniently located near the town area, making it easy to find food, shops, and nearby attractions. The location is very strategic and accessible.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is about 40mins from the airport. Service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was way better than expected with a wide spread and excellent local cuisine. Food quality was much better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve tried.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 1 notte a Balcone Hotel & Suites. La posizione era bella, aria fresca, brio e la vista sulla montagna era stupenda, mentre ho prenotato la mia camera con vista sulla montagna Merapi & Singalang. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita e tranquilla. La colazione può essere migliorata. La vasca della mano ha avuto un po'di problema, perché l'acqua non fluisce molto bene, ma possiamo aprire la trappola per lasciare l'acqua fuori. Risolvere il problema. Fine felice in generale. Molto consigliare questo hotel.

The hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family trip. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

Bella stanza all'Hotel Padang. La stanza era di base ma pulita e confortevole. Il ristorante serviva buon cibo e era conveniente. L'ingresso è molto Instagrammable e dà una buona prima impressione. In generale, una piacevole stanza e buon valore.

AAg.jpgHo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto, e per questo sicuramente consegna. È conveniente se avete un volo precoce o stai solo attraversando Padang. Ciò detto, non c'è molto a piedi intorno all'hotel, quindi consiglierei di prendere un taxi o Gojek se vuoi andare a cena o esplorare un po'. Sono andato a cena a Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK e lo consiglio molto davvero buon cibo e sicuramente vale la pena di guidare breve.
Il servizio era eccellente. Tutti al check-in erano genuinamente gentili, benvenuti e utili. Aiutarono a raccomandare posti per mangiare e rendevano il soggiorno facile e confortevole. Certamente 5/5 per il servizio.
La pulizia era probabilmente la parte più debole del soggiorno. Le foglie non si sentono completamente pulite, e il bagno ha un forte odore di sigaretta. Il vento del bagno sembrava anche piuttosto sporco e forse aveva un mold. Ciò ha detto che il CA ha funzionato bene, la stanza era a prezzi accessibili e, in generale, il lavoro è stato fatto.
Devi adattare le aspettative un po ' questo è Padang, non un lussuoso resort. In generale, direi che è un hotel aereo solido di bilancio se la comodità è la tua priorità principale. Era tranquillo e nessuna costruzione quindi è importante per me.

RRannieSI was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

BBell_Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience
The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience.
The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.
