Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Riau

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

Buona posizione, proprio accanto a SKA Mall, così è facile ottenere cibo e tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. La stanza è ok, solo c'è un po' strano odore sul letto e la cucina.

Per andare a Pekanbaru - Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Fox Pekanbaru e sono stato impressionato dalla qualità complessiva dell'hotel. La stanza è ben mantenuta, con un comodo letto e moderne strutture. Il servizio è stato efficiente i membri del personale sono stati attenti e rapidi a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. La selezione del colazione è stata soddisfacente, e la posizione centrale dell’hotel ha reso facile l’accesso alle attrazioni vicine e alle opzioni di cena. Raccomanderò questo hotel per viaggi di business e di svago. Poiché l'hotel è collegato alla Borsa Pekanbaru, offre un buon posto per trasferire la vostra notte con un po' di tempo al cinema e tornare all'hotel per riposare.

Vorrei che ci fosse un bidet esterno installato, perché quello che è interno bidet è pieno e non raccomandato di usare per pulire soprattutto la vostra zona privata. Anche l'opzione di mangiare dovrebbe avere alcune scelte occidentali.

Hotel service fair nothing to shout about. Location 6/10. It's next to the mall but again there's nothing to shop/buy/see. Try to find juices , very limited choice. Surrounded by shop lot which majority selling fast food and mini mart. Good location for local I guess. Amenities very basic. Tooth brush shampoo , hand and body cleanser 2 bath towel , bath mat and hair dryer that's it. Coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge. No bottle drinking water except a jar of water where you can refill from the dispenser at corridor. Which I am allergies with those tap water even though with super brand water filter. ( learned from my bad experience in Jakarta). Luckily the groceries shop next to the hotel , so I can get a mineral water. TV ? Very interesting...... I don't expect such a branded hotel chain with no smart TV. Unable to connect my laptop since the only way to connect with TV via vga or hdmi. Breakfast selection fair , I think almost similar with other local brand hotel in pekanbaru. Nothing impressive. Overall, there's a few local brand hotels with good location and lower price and same standard that you may pick.
