I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

L'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale SKA e al mondo della vita a 15 minuti a piedi. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Il check-in in corso era veloce e hanno consentito il check-in precoce. La stanza era senza spot, aveva una bella vista (necessità di chiedere un piano superiore), buona pressione idrica, il AC era abbastanza freddo e il letto era così confortevole. Il colazione offerto una grande varietà e decente. L'unico lato inferiore era il processo di check out durato così tanto tempo. Spero che migliorino il processo di controllo e lo rendeno rapido e conveniente. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

Nessuna lamentela, è un hotel a basso costo, non top pulito ma il suo abbastanza pulito per me, ac e riscaldatore d'acqua tutto fatto, letto ok, non troppo morbido o duro, ha una piccola caffetteria che offre colazione gratuita, un piccolo negozio conveniente, Vieni qui se hai un budget di scarpe come me.. L'ubicazione è meglio per quanto Pekanbaru è preoccupato.. è lungo Jalan Sudirman, controllare il ristorante senza maiale senza maiale Anom cinese di marina al contrario dell'hotel.. Serve cibo cinese tradizionale, una grande porzione, un prezzo decente.
