Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

L'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale SKA e al mondo della vita a 15 minuti a piedi. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Il check-in in corso era veloce e hanno consentito il check-in precoce. La stanza era senza spot, aveva una bella vista (necessità di chiedere un piano superiore), buona pressione idrica, il AC era abbastanza freddo e il letto era così confortevole. Il colazione offerto una grande varietà e decente. L'unico lato inferiore era il processo di check out durato così tanto tempo. Spero che migliorino il processo di controllo e lo rendeno rapido e conveniente. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.
