The hotel is clean and beautiful. All the hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet have many different food varieties can choose. Is a nice family getaway staycation and will come back here stay again.

All in, the hotel is great! Newly hotel with great location & the staff is very friendly & warm too. The amenities are very basic. Just 1 pointer- the hotel towels are quite rugged, they are very worn out with frills coming off & the towels are quite “yellow” in colour overall. Not white colour. Also the floor rug is also quite “dirty”, with stain marks all over too. I guess all these are washed many times over time & unable to get off. So pls change new sets of fresh & white towels pls. Else, the hotel is quite comfortable.

Great hotel stay. Family room is very spacious including mini fridge and dining table. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many eateries shops, massage services and wet market. They provided ordering services for Batam Layer cake, which delivered to hotel directly. It save my time and trip to travel to Golden prawn area to buy it. The only downside is the check in timing was late by an hour due to delayed cleaning services. Hope they can improve on check in time. Otherwise was a pleasant place that I will book again next trip

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

One the best breakfast in nagoya batam. Wide spread of international and local dishes and desert. Love the jamu beras kenchur that you see in mostly big hotels in Indonesia. Tall hotel building located on hilly top showcase view of nagoya city served by 2 lifts that efficiently bring guests up and down. Staff are all very friendly and help right from the time you enter front desk to room service to restaurant. Restaurant manager would assist you in any way possible. Professionals indeed. Provide massage service, but by female therapist only. All amenities safe box aircon working superbly well. Would definitely return. Hope for more promos to make stay here more attractive. All rooms equipped with Google app. Versatile LED TV in the room let's you connect to your own Netflix and YouTube account so you see what you like. Simply a marvelous intuituve feature that let's you have a very pleasant and entertaining stay. Very near 300m walk to Jabal Arafah masjid that let's you 3 quarter way up the reasonably steep hill, through the convenient access gateway.

Ho avuto un bel tempo con la mia famiglia a Batam Marriott per celebrare il mio compleanno. Il servizio era sorprendente e il personale era pensativo. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, come è appena accanto al jet di traghetto. Anche molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel. La palestra e la piscina sono pulite e nuove. Grazie per il speciale torto di compleanno!

La mia seconda volta qui ... e questa volta con mia madre.Servizio e personale erano molto amichevoli e accessibili, anche per mia madre che non parla inglese fluente, erano tutti gentili e amichevoli verso di lei. C'erano rumori che si sono scoppiati in modo casuale sopra il soffitto, e il personale è abbastanza gentile da organizzarci per un'altra stanza. Solo due questioni che mi annoiavano, prima ho visto gli ospiti nelle loro magliette o anche i non-bagnolanti usare la piscina per immergersi i piedi, e due di loro anche ”giocare” nella piscina senza un atteggiamento di nuoto adeguato. Beh, ho usato la piscina (e la palestra) dell'hotel e volevo usarla, quindi quando ho visto la famiglia con un attratto improprio alla piscina durante il colazione, mi ho fatto un piano di cambiamento.Volevo dire di ingoiare i piedi alla piscina ... e dovevo nuotare in essa. Inoltre, il pittore è stato lì per 2 giorni? Odorare la turbina durante la nuoto dopo ogni colpo.. può essere piuttosto sgradevole. I servizi di ginnastica sono buoni, e aveva una folla piuttosto rispetto ad altri hotel che ho avuto. Tuttavia, penso che l'aria condizionata della stanza possa essere migliore, dato che il tempo sta diventando più caldo, il calore può essere forte dopo un allenamento. We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

A nice and seamless check in experience. Hotel is relatively new and conveniently located next to Grand Mall Batam. We are tired from our recent long trip and decided to go batam for a quick and self pampering getaway. Luckily an early check in was available. Front Desk Maya helped to do check in smoothly. It was a nice experience indeed. Anyway, there's also a lot of massage, foot reflexology places around the hotel area...

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Il hotel è stato accolto a 8 o 9:00, perché non potevamo stare in piedi l'hotel che abbiamo accolto prima. Era così felice di avere una bella camera deluxe per noi in questo momento. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. La ricezione ha anche accolto la mia ultima richiesta di sorpresa di compleanno per il mio hubby a mezzanotte. Erano così carini!! Prepararono una torta di lava di cioccolato con una candela di compleanno e un felice compleanno aspirante sulla piastra. E due persone cantavano anche una canzone di compleanno felice.Hubby era molto sorpreso. La stanza era grande - spaziosa con divano e sedie a mano con mobili incantevole, tutta la stanza è molto pulita con un piacevole ambiente, le strutture della bagno erano grandi, e il letto re e le mutandine erano così comodi che ho avuto il miglior sonno in molti mesi! Il miglior sonno è stato certamente l'accento della mia vacanza questa volta intorno 🤭 La posizione è fantastica, così vicino al centro commerciale Nagoya Hill, tutto quello che abbiamo dovuto fare è andare solo sul retro. Non sono davvero un'acqua cosi' piena è buona per me. Abbiamo avuto una grande vista dalla nostra stanza, e' stato un piacere e un risarcimento per il cattivo servizio che purtroppo abbiamo dovuto ricevere dalla prenotazione precedente in un altro hotel. Le camere sono davvero così belle come le foto che hanno caricato. Abbiamo fatto davvero il nostro giorno qui al Grand I Hotel. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti che ci hanno servito durante il nostro soggiorno 28-30 Gennaio 2023 alla Room 627. Siamo davvero grati per una splendida vacanza e esperienza di compleanno qui. Ci ritroveremo certamente quando torneremo a Batam. Mantenete il buon lavoro!

During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Stay for 2 night in July..(Sat-Mon) with Breakfast Hotel lobby not So big but its long shape..Love the elevator located where hide from FO counter but direct to main access n Lobby. Cons -Even the location is in Nagoya,but its not in central nagoya where u cant find food or city walk easily.(its stil acceptable where u can use transport) -The sink in toilet room Number 8007 is almost clogged,the water from sink bowl dissappear slowly. - Omellete station during Breakfast on 11/7 very slow,I order the omelette 1st before enter the dining area(coz the omelette station is beside lift).After i take my food,wait very long for my omelette to ready.I finish all my breakfast already then the omelette is arrived.very spoils my morning. -Not a walking distance to attractions. Pros. -Good FO,F&B(except mention above),HK and concierge team.They all serve with smile n generous. -The attitude of staf is show how good is indonesia hospitality. -Even the pools not so big and the gym is small.But this is enough for you to relax n enjoy the facilities while see the view of nagoya town. -affordable price hotel room -delicious buffet spread(i really means it). -The lady in black suits (F&B incharge on 10&11/7 is really good.She really makesure all the food is top up and cust have enough food).But i forget her name. -Room is quite good and its concept suitable for couple due to the toilet is glass wall n using only white blinder.(we like it coz we r couple). -They using Presidential suite hotel collection mattress and its really good for me. -i like how simple the minibar and kettle design. -good lightning in room -nice view from room. -Good HK team in cleaning our room when we out to town. -I like when hotel using card scanner in lift to room level,its very secure n privacy. -Love the smells of the lobby n room -its sound proof quite good -And the Air conditioner its really good,well maintain and cools.(we in asean hv very hot temperatures,and good AC is must in hotel). AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Sono stato impressionato dal lobby maestoso che ha una decorazione interiore incantevole 😁. (non ero pronto per il lobby che sarà così maestoso) Il processo di check-in è stato veloce e smooth e ha avuto trattamento spa mentre guardando la stanza per essere pronta. Ho prenotato la prima categoria, ma devo dire che la camera è oltre la mia aspettativa, era molto spazioso (veramente spazioso) la camera da bagno anche molto molto molto spazioso e superr pulennn,la sua buona scelta di avere un breve soggiorno, L'hotel è molto vicino alla zona commerciale di Nagoya. Ma troppo male non ho preso una foto corretta perché mi piaceva il mio ”tempo” in quel momento. Vorrei tornare per un altro breve periodo di vacanza!

Buon hotel commerciale situato nel cuore del Centro Batam. La stanza è pulita e i tessuti profumano come nuovi. Il bagno ha un bidet integrato e è ben mantenuto, così come la doccia. Il colazione è bello con una varietà di pasti locali e occidentali. Serve da personale motivato che vi aiuterà quando ne hai bisogno. La ragione che non sto dando 5 stelle è perché non credo che il prezzo / qualità sia veramente corretto. A mio parere il prezzo è troppo alto, soprattutto quando si deve pagare un colazione extra. Se sei un imprenditore, questo sarà l'hotel perfetto per restare per te. Per il tempo libero è anche un buon hotel, ma ci sono altri hotel là fuori che vi offriranno abbastanza per il 50% del prezzo che ho pagato per questo hotel.

Così felice di scegliere questo hotel molto nuovo a Batam. Un soggiorno di valore che non compromette il comfort e la dimensione. Colazione è stata sconcertante con ala carta locale o occidentale colazione fresca cucinata in ordine. Bello buono per il prezzo. Ottimo servizio anche dal personale, considererà molto questo hotel per la mia prossima visita.

Il personale di contatto può comunicare in inglese. Hotel tranquillo, colazione alberghiero ok, posizione è un po 'di distanza dalla città. Devi prendere se vai fuori. Inaspettatamente che l'hotel ci dà il tè di alta qualità gratuita ma non potevamo farlo. Il letto è molto morbido e non ci supporta davvero.

Hotel location is perfect, just about 5 minutes walk from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. I didn't get an Extra Bed as indicated in my room reservation. The reception said all extra beds were taken up. It seems the extra bed were granted to Guests on first-check-in-first-served basis. I ended up paid an additional room. Rooms are not sound proo. Noise from construction works across the road that continue working through the night and music from the Night Market disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was good but wish to have more varieties.

Sono stato molto contento di rimanere a Yello Harbour Bay perché tutto era grande qui. Situazione molto strategica e facile da raggiungere dal porto o dall'interno della città stessa. L'hotel dispone di biciclette elettriche e biciclette per noleggiare, gioco in camera, posto frigorifero e altri spazi sociali.
