We recently stayed at Ibis Styles York Centre with my daughter, and it was honestly better than expected. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly well-equipped — we especially appreciated having air conditioning, which made a big difference to our stay.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout, always happy to help and making us feel at ease. Breakfast was another highlight: a great buffet selection with plenty of choice for both adults and children.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting York.

Io e il mio partner rimasi al milner per una sera,
L'hotel all'interno è bellissimo e molto pulito
Il personale è molto utile e gentile.
La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era nei lati e anche se non nella parte principale dell'hotel è stato abbastanza bello per il nostro breve soggiorno e il corridoio dal principale a i lati è molto utile e vi protegge dal tempo, soprattutto nel freddo - mesi.
Rimaneremo certamente di nuovo e speriamo di rimanere nel principale edificio dell'hotel la prossima volta.

La struttura è molto conveniente, situato nel centro di York, con numerose fermate di autobus a 3 minuti a piedi, che rendeno molto facile viaggiare alla stazione ferroviaria o alla partenza del designer. Inoltre, ci sono numerosi magazzini come Santsbury, Tesco e M&S. 10 minuti a piedi dal ministro di York. Viene con colazione complementare e ha molte varietà e deliziose. Da la stanza si può anche vedere il castello di Clifford.

The hotel has a beautiful location. The antique building has been kept in excellent condition. We chose to stay in the Feature Double Room-old Hall. The room was very spacious, with seating area. A coffee machine was also available. Cool drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was delicious, individually cooked, with a wide choice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely welcome at reception. Really helpful with parking.
The room was large, lovely and warm and had every thing we needed.
The most beautiful setting for breakfast again with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the decorated Christmas trees.
The hotel was in an ideal location for Bettys and the shops.

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

La posizione è facile da raggiungere e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla città antica. Il colazione dell'hotel è stato molto delizioso. Le strutture della camera erano buone e facili da controllare. Se la luce notturna può essere installata, è buono per andare in bagno senza passare su qualsiasi luce per disturbare un'altra metà.

Apartamento spazioso con servizi di autocatering - perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Bella posizione vicino al centro della città, così abbiamo camminato ovunque. La capacità di stoccare bagagli all'hotel prima dell'ingresso e dopo l'uscita è stato un bonus.

Room was good, loved that the leisure centre was open till late so could get time at the pool and jacuzzi even after sight seeing. Breakfast was great, nice continental selection, and a picturesque view from the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
A potential improvement could be the hot water control in the shower - ours was a Deluxe room with bath. The temperature was either scalding hot or ice cold - there was no in-between.

YYezi一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Se sei disabili, potresti voler fare una miss a questo hotel, come se ti chiedesse di essere vicino ad un ascensore quando prenoti, potrebbero metterti in una stanza senza accesso al ascensore, e il personale non è molto utile o alberghiare anche quando hai un ascensore. una disabilità che è colpita dalle scale.
La coda da controllare era di oltre 50 minuti, anche se abbiamo cercato di controllare molto dopo le 3:00. L'hotel ha molte scale, la stanza non era senza spot, ma adeguata e ha avuto tutte le esigenze di base. La vista dalle finestre era grande. In generale questo è un hotel a buon bilancio che è adatto solo se si può essere in grado di essere dotato e si può affrontare un gran numero di scale.

UUtente ospiteOn the surface, this cozy place is probably a good bet for a stay in York. It's just enough outside of the city center to avoid all the tourists, but close enough to walk right in. The reservation process was great and the price is good. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and, in many senses, it lives up to that status. The staff is excellent. The food and coffee is very good and everyone is very attentive. The rooms are immaculate (heated bathroom floors are amazing!) and the amenities are great. That all said, there are some issues . Often the staff cleans the front area in the middle of the afternoon, which is a rather inconvenient time to clean as it is disruptive to the guests. Though the summer would be different, it was in the low 40's when we were there and heating in the lobby doesn't seem to be a priority for the hotel. We had to have someone set up a space heater for us in the tea room so we could stay warm, which was a bad look (tacky) for them. The biggest issue, however, we that they held a wedding event on the second say we were there. While it's completely understandable for hotels to host events, this particular location is ill suited to do so given the noise level of the event and the small quarters of the hotel. They had a live band, which sent the music to most of the rooms, making sleeping nearly impossible. Though they did move our room, we still heard the band, who played until almost midnight. Having a bunch of wedding guests being loud all lover the hotel also didn't help. The staff agreed with my assessment, which was to either not have events at all or, if they do, block out the rooms from being rented since it is impossible to merge the hotel with an event space. it's just too small. Ultimately, they need to make a decision about who they are as a brand, event space or 4 star hotel. I'd pitch they choose hotel because that is what it really is.

UUtente ospiteStayed one night because of the marathon the next day. The staffs were friendly and procedures like Checkin are convenient. Great location, close to the station and hotel. However, the inability of the air conditioner to heat up made the room less comfortable. But I stillI had a good rest here and set a PB in the race the next day, so it was a good stay overall.

From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful!
The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented.
The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening!
The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious!
This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to.
The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.

BBeth&MegRoomzzz is our favourite place to stay when visiting York. Its a 10 min walk along the river to the town. We got lucky with a river view this time. The staff are lovely and helpful. We stayed in a grande studio, which was very big with a super comfy bed, sofa, table, chairs and a kitchenette. Its so handy with kids because you can cook something for dinner if you're had a long day.
In the morning they offer coffee and freshly baked croissants in the foyer (we timed it well on day 1 as they were still warm!!) The showers are out of this world!! Hot and powerful. Loved every minute of our stay and we'll be back again. Thank you
