Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di North Yorkshire

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Crown Spa. Tutto il personale era super amichevole, niente era molto problema. Le camere erano pulite e fresche, avevamo una vista sul mare. Il ristorante era molto buono valore e eccellente qualità. Abbiamo avuto i trattamenti nel bagno, le ragazze erano molto amiche, benvenute e chatte. In verità torneremo.

Hotel molto carino, posizionato perfettamente. Pulizia delle camera appena arrivi è ottima. Ma se si soggiornano più giorni non verrà nessuno a cambiarvi le lenzuola, in alcune camere mancano gli asciugamani e alla reception neanche ve li danno, io li ho chiesto 3 volte e nessuno mi ha considerata. Inoltre, avevo prenotato per altri due giorni su un altro sito ma per un imprevisto ho dovuto annullare . avevo giá pagato in hotel ma era gratis la cancellazione fino ad un certo orario. Sono passate più di 24 ore e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Sono in attesa. Foto dell’orario del check-in ore 16.00.

Abbiamo avuto il soggiorno più bello al No.1 Guest House - se non c'era così tanto da vedere e fare a York, saremmo stati felici di stare e goderci l'hotel tutto il fine settimana. Il personale era sorprendente, soprattutto Ellie, che ci ha fatto sentire così benvenuti e non poteva fare abbastanza per noi. L'hotel è così accogliente e perfetto per questa volta dell'anno.

Perfect location for a sightseeing trip to York, with car parking. The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful room (we had blenheim suite), huge copper bath in the bedroom (bring your own bubble bath!), super comfy bed, beautifully decorated room. Reception staff lovely and very knowledgeable of local area. Lovely bar too with friendly staff, a range of boardgames available which was fun. Breakfast room had a great Churchill theme ( brilliant top/bowler hat lighting). Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a really lovely stay.

We had a small issue with the twin bed upon arrival, but the front desk staff resolved it quickly and was very kind. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The sea view during breakfast was beautiful and made the morning especially enjoyable.

Stayed one night because of the marathon the next day. The staffs were friendly and procedures like Checkin are convenient. Great location, close to the station and hotel. However, the inability of the air conditioner to heat up made the room less comfortable. But I stillI had a good rest here and set a PB in the race the next day, so it was a good stay overall.

Hotel carino vicino alla città, check-in veloce amichevole La mia camera non era molto pulita, trovava tessuto sporco sotto il vestito. Spa di spazio fantastico e 1h libero uso ogni giorno se si ferma.

Great reception staff. The room was advertised as a ‘cosy double’ but it was a huge bed, huge room and small bathroom. The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to. The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.

Overall a great stay, staff very attentive and friendly, executive breakfast good.....2 downsides..very firm mattress and no power points by bed......plus I also think charging guests £15 a night for parking is a bit naughty....I'd suggest £15 per stay for guests staying 2 nights or more....
