We recently stayed at Ibis Styles York Centre with my daughter, and it was honestly better than expected. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly well-equipped — we especially appreciated having air conditioning, which made a big difference to our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout, always happy to help and making us feel at ease. Breakfast was another highlight: a great buffet selection with plenty of choice for both adults and children. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting York.

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è idealmente situato se arrivato in treno. Abbiamo arrivato la mattina e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di essere in grado di controllare in anticipo quando la nostra camera era pronta. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole con una passeggiata in camera in doccia. L'unica cosa che avrebbe potuto migliorare sarebbe stato un po' di spazio per il trattore, perché ha solo un posto in attacco nel cassetto. Tutto il personale era utile e amichevole. Abbiamo avuto un pasto e un colazione durante il nostro soggiorno e entrambi erano eccellenti. Abbiamo anche fatto uso delle strutture ricreative durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, si consiglierebbe molto e se visitassimo di nuovo York si fermerebbe certamente a The Milner.

The location is good for the people who will take train in early morning. I would say it is a satisfied place to live, with a huge common area.

Right in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. It does have a gym, although rather small, but enough for a quick workout. Some of the rooms have amazing views of the Clifford Tower

The hotel has a beautiful location. The antique building has been kept in excellent condition. We chose to stay in the Feature Double Room-old Hall. The room was very spacious, with seating area. A coffee machine was also available. Cool drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was delicious, individually cooked, with a wide choice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely welcome at reception. Really helpful with parking. The room was large, lovely and warm and had every thing we needed. The most beautiful setting for breakfast again with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the decorated Christmas trees. The hotel was in an ideal location for Bettys and the shops.

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

Avevo un bel soggiorno a Hampton, da Hilton. Tutto bene e l'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla ideale proprio lontano dalla strada principale, vicino alla stazione e al centro di York. Solo il disappunto è stato la mancanza di snack e deserti serali. Abbiamo dovuto finire con un pacchetto di torte Jaffa!! Molto povero, neanche un ristorante serale .

I booked a river view family room for my daughter ,my two grandchildren and myself for just a little getaway for them. The room was perfect with great views which I did pay an extra 30 pounds for the two nights but it was lovely. Very clean and comfortable .

Room was good, loved that the leisure centre was open till late so could get time at the pool and jacuzzi even after sight seeing. Breakfast was great, nice continental selection, and a picturesque view from the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A potential improvement could be the hot water control in the shower - ours was a Deluxe room with bath. The temperature was either scalding hot or ice cold - there was no in-between.
