Ero a Nantes per il gioco della Coppa del Mondo Rugby tra Giappone e Argentina La posizione è buona, il benvenuto dal personale è buono e il colazione è stile caffettiera. Quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che avevo prenotato due camere che certamente non avevo e questo è ancora in discussione con Trip! Ho fatto un volo presto la mattina seguente e ho prenotato una telefonata al mattino alle 3:00 e un taxi per le 4:00. Non ho mai ricevuto la chiamata del 3° mattino, ma mi sono svegliato presto per scoprire che uno dei miei voli era stato cancellato, quindi sono andato in ricevimento per cancellare il mio taxi, come la mia compagnia aerea mi aveva ripreso in un volo successivo. Sono arrivato alla ricezione alle 3:30 per trovare inaspettato. Finalmente ho trovato un puliziatore dal servizio di proprietà Emliss che parlava molto basilare inglese e non parlo francese. Dopo aver provato a spiegare che volevo cancellare il mio taxi, ha parlato con qualcun altro, ma non parlando francese, non riuscivo a capire cosa sta succedendo.

The hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

L'hotel è molto recente. Lo studio è spazioso e ben attrezzato, il letto è di buona qualità. Si può sentire il rumore dei treni nonostante il doppio vetro ma la vista è molto libera. Il colazione è corretto ma costoso per la scelta proposta. Il tè, la scelta di tessuti. La colazione è gentile ed efficace.

The room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious. Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

Molto buon hotel, proprio nella piazza del sud della stazione Nanter, la posizione è eccellente, il traffico è conveniente intorno, il ristorante del negozio è conveniente, camminare verso la città è anche molto conveniente, il colazione dell'hotel è anche buono.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta- destra nel centro di Angers, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Può essere un po' alto a notte perché ci sono alcuni bar/restauranti vicino, ma perfetto se si vuole essere vicini a molti shopping, ristoranti e vita notturna. Tutto era pulito e ben mantenuto, e il personale era professionale.All’interno delle camere, il letto era comodo, il bagno era moderno e recentemente rimesso in ordine, e avevano un semplice aria condizionata che era un salvatore di vita in questo caldo senza precedenti.

The hotel is close to the train station and easy to get around the main city centre. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room however I am not sure how to rate it, there is no net curtains so people can see into the room when open the curtains; the heater is below the desk and the control is hard to get to. The most amused thing is toilet seat is so high that my feet were not able to touch the floor!! My room is further away from the lift, and the wifi signal in the room is very weak and keeps dropping off.

I needed an overnight stay in Laval, that was convenient for the train station. This hotel was a perfect fit. My room was on the 2nd floor and not facing the street. It was very quiet, very clean and with a small but powerful shower. I did not book a breakfast when I booked the room, but when checking out the smell of fresh bread and coffee persuaded me to buy a breakfast. I was not disappointed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Strongly recommend the hotel.
