We were impressed by the built-in amenities and meals offered by the Best Western Premier Central Hotel Leonhard. Hotel was very comfortable and was located very close to the old city and within manageable walking distance from the railway station in Feldkirch. It was very close to the Schattenburg castle. The breakfast layout was very good and the restaurant was specious. They had a reasonably good choice in the breakfast layout to select from. Room was cozy and we could take a bird’s eye view of the old town. Staff manning the reception were very courteous and helpful and catered very well to our needs. We experienced that the seats in the reception area inadequate if a group of guests wished to stay in that location. Even though seating facilities was available in the adjacent area a hotel employee did not allow us sitting in the adjoining lounge where there were sofas and seats. We were enjoying our stay very much until this employee behaved very discourteously harassing us just prior to our departure. Reception staff intervened and apologised to us as a measure of damage control but management of this hotel should take note of this harassment we faced, which we have already reported to prevent such incidents that would tarnish the reputation of their hotel, Consider increasing seating facilities in the reception area for guests. This incident compelled us to rethink seriously about the number of stars that we could give to this hotel.

Abbiamo già stato per la terza volta in casa panoramica e ci sarebbe sempre rimasto lì. Con l'auto super raggiungibile perché direttamente vicino all'autostrada. La colazione è molto diversa, ma per 23 euro per persona non è un po'. Il garage è spazioso e luminoso. Il parcheggio fuori è difficile. Il servizio è precomposto, ma il sistema di prenotazione è un disastro. È possibile effettuare sovraprenotazioni. La prenotazione per Trip.com è stata completamente disaggregata nel sistema Sheraton e cerca di compensare due volte. (Ma non si trovava a Trip.com). La piscina e la sauna sono top.

La colazione è molto deliziosa e versatile. Il pasto è tuttavia di classe media inferiore in termini di sapore e quantità, ma in termini di prezzo superiore. Solo il caramello di mele e i pasti da buffet sono consigliabili. L'originale taglio del vigneto di Vienna è stato elogiato come il migliore ampiamente e ampiamente, in realtà è stato il secondo peggio che abbia mai mangiato. Il Montefort era eccellente in ogni relazione. La ricezione era amichevole. La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutto quello che si desidera, da buoni letti su macchina del caffè, mobili e terrazza. Per il benvenuto c'era una bevanda deliziosa. Abbiamo prenotato HP. Il menu 3-Gange ha reso eccellente. I servizi erano amichevoli e di aiuto. Dopo cena, è stato possibile godere la serata estiva di lusso nella zona estiva. Anche qui il servizio era amichevole, si serviva anche piccoli snack gratis. Il buffet è stato grande, non mancava niente. Un hotel tutto piacevole che mi piacerà visitare di nuovo.

From the very first moment of our arrival at this hotel, our expectations were exceeded. The person checking us in simply could not possibly do more than he did to make us welcome. So friendly and helpful. That was just the beginning, however, because the restaurant manager and the young lady who served us were also amazing. We were pleased to meet the Director, Filip, next day and he too was great. He said that if there was anything he could do to help, we needed only to ask. As it turned out, we needed that help when we arrived at our NEXT hotel in Luzern. Filip was as good as his word, and gave us some advice that helped us enormously and saved our holiday from being ruined. All in all: wonderful people, beautiful place with superb decor. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 110%.

This location really ought to be regarded as an Ibis Budget hotel. Staff at check in couldn’t manage a smile (nor any enthusiasm), and parts of the room remained unclean, and in poor cosmetic condition. The in-room hairdryer was held together with sticky tape. One of the bathroom glasses was wet at arrival, with a long hair inside it (despite my never having touched it). Unfortunately, and as with many Ibis hotels, the in-room soundproofing felt practically non-existent. The “bed” was particularly poor - a thin, rock hard mattress, set against the wall (no headboard), and propped up by legs that have seen better days. While my stay here came about by necessity (visiting from Vienna for the Bregenz Festpiele), I would be very reluctant to return. While it, obviously, is standard practice for hotels to inflate (sometimes severely) their standard rates during major events, this Ibis is simply NOT worth it for most people. Perhaps, paying the much lower standard rate, it might be 🤷‍♀️. Bregenz seemed a lovely, sleepy city - its Ibis does not do it justice.

Il personale era sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi problema. Il colazione era grande con dolce torta (vegan, solo per me), molte superalimenti disponibili anche. Grande per le nostre notti e per soggiorni più lunghi in un appartamento. Il manager, Alex, è molto personale e rappresenta l'hotel in modo meraviglioso.

Il 23 luglio sono rimasto all'Hotel Night Inn per 2 notti (da solo) per fare una visita e visitare il Liechtenstein. L'hotel è in posizione ideale per questo scopo, poiché si trova letteralmente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e si cammina dalla porta anteriore, alla stazione di autobus, ed è anche solo a pochi passi dalla città. La mia stanza ha guardato la stazione di autobus e, sebbene, con la finestra aperta, si possa sentire il rumore dei treni e dalla stazione di autobus, quando chiudo la finestra, questo ha eliminato il rumore. La mia camera era doppia, spaziosa e pulita, aveva tutto quello che mi serviva, compresa una macchina da caffè (che era molto benvenuta), la stanza aveva una bella passeggiata nel doccia. Ho avuto solo colazione all'hotel, che era di base, ma bello (caldo e freddo, stile buffet). E ho avuto un paio di bevande al bar la sera. C'è anche una terrazza esterna che è bello al sole. L'hotel è un posto ideale per me e non ho nulla di negativo da dire.
