L'hotel è a posto, ho una camera più grande con vista sulla piscina. Ci sono stati un gruppo di persone alla piscina, quindi era un po' più alto e durante il giorno.

La hacienda è meravigliosa e il personale del desk front, Oscar, è stato molto utile. Le camere sono rustiche e bellissime, i terreni sono bellissimi e è un viaggio di 8 minuti al centro di Izamal. La mia unica denuncia è il colazioneit non era solo buono. Non so se fosse una mattinata, ma la latte era pronta come proveniva da un pacchetto istantaneo di Nescafe, e le waffle erano quasi profumate. Per il prezzo, andate a Izamal per il cibo. Il mio unico rammarico era quello di spendere 300 pesos su questo mattino molto dimenticabile, mi sorprende perché pensavo che il ristorante sarebbe stato buono.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

We really enjoyed our stay — it was a lovely place to rest and unwind, and we loved the aesthetic and overall vibe. However, the location felt a bit sketchy at times, which was a drawback for us. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax for a day or two, but maybe not the best choice for exploring or backpacking.
