Caffè, acqua, devi andare alla reception. Due persone devono essere registrate in anticipo. Se non la reception paga per la gente, ho sentito che l'Europa è così. Anche la prima volta che ho incontrato, non posso capire.

In generale abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno! Situazione fantastica, vista, molte attrazioni disponibili, deco dell'hotel, atmosfera familiare, personale amichevole e cibo - specialmente buffet.
Ma la prima notte fredda, il riscaldamento, che abbiamo pagato, era fuori servizio e centrale, e le persone che erano disponibili a parlare la notte in ricevimento non potevano aiutare.
La mattina seguente, essi riusciranno a mandare un tecnico - che abbiamo chiesto - e il problema era risolto, ma nessuno ci ha fatto parlare di un rimborso in alcun modo, perché era un servizio pagato perduto.
Inoltre, nonostante ho prenotato una stanza per due adulti e due bambini, 9-year-old e meno di due anni, mi hanno detto che non potevano vederlo nel loro sistema.
Finalmente ci hanno accusati senza preavviso, nonostante io abbia pagato il nostro soggiorno online.

La città dei sogni del Mediterraneo è un grande senso di soggiorno per due notti!
La stanza è molto nuova, il letto è molto comodo e il panorama della balcone è senza fine;
La colazione è molto ricco, il caffè di ferro è molto buono, specialmente raccomandato nel ristorante cinese, la carne e il salsa sono molto buoni, completamente al di là delle aspettative;

Molto buona esperienza di alloggio, il servizio di bellezza del paesaggio è molto attento.Forse perché non è la stagione turistica di autunno che prenota ora è davvero buono 👍 Molto consigliato per questa famiglia, se vuoi vivere qui la prossima volta.

Perfect location: very central and easy to walk to. there is a big LIDL in a walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, it felt like I was staying in a family run business. Breakfast was decent, the coffee machine was good. The rooms was nice and cozy. The furniture was a bit dated, but the fridge and the AC unit were working fine. The only con was that there was no kettle in the room. Overall, a good value for money option if you need to be staying in central Limassol.

- The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees.
- Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt.
- The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night

Abbiamo preso due camere con porte collegate per me, mia moglie e due figli.
Una delle camere ha un problema con l'AC - le porte del balcone devono essere in un punto molto specifico per far funzionare l'AC. Secondo, abbiamo avuto un problema con uno dei bagni che non poteva spruzzare l'acqua, quindi abbiamo pagato per due camere con due bagni e un bagno non funzionava.
Non volevamo muoverci o aspettare altre camere, quindi abbiamo cercato di non fare molto, ma abbiamo pagato un sacco di soldi e non abbiamo ricevuto le strutture che ci aspettava dall'hotel 5 stelle.
Il letto che abbiamo ottenuto era essenzialmente due letti separati.
Il servizio presso il bar della piscina era brutto e non benvenuto quando abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere con ghiaccio.
Il lobby è bello e l'hotel è bellissimo all'interno.

KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is.
Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests.
I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working.
We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good
Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while.
For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream.
It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

BBec5The hotel was very nice a little old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was extra blankets which I needed as it was very cold weatger. SShatha Al-HmoudThis was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.

SSaskiaThe hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy.
The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.

Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons
