The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, all within walking distance. There are many good restaurants nearby, about a 10–15 minute walk away. The breakfast is also complete with a wide variety of choices. However, during our stay, the room was never cleaned automatically. Every night i hear music which a bit loud from ground floor due to a club night

ฉันเป็นคนไทยที่ได้ไปพักที่นั้น ฉันประทับใจกับการใส่ใจของพนักงานทุกท่าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพนักงานขับรถไปรับฉันที่สนามบิน พนักงานตอนรับ หรือแม่กระทั่งพนักงานทำความสะอาด ทุกคนใส่ใจฉันมากๆ เหมือนกับคนในครอบครัวของพวกเขา ฉันขอขอบคุณทึกๆคนที่นี้นจริงๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสฉันจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Il servizio di check-in è stato meraviglioso, ma al check-out è stato dismissivo e incomodo. Se stai cercando una serata tranquilla, questo non è il posto. Tuttavia, se stai cercando di godere della vita notturna, questo è un buon posto. La stanza era ben presentata, ma l'a/c era eccezionalmente fredda o, se si sceglieva di spostarla, la condensazione correva letteralmente dalle pareti. Un hotel abbastanza bello e conveniente con alcune preoccupazioni.

It was one of the worst experience I have ever had what is your reservation? Was two nights. The first night water was leaking. I couldn’t sleep because of the dripping water sound and they change my room okay next day the leaking was from the toilet upstairs to my toilet it’s disgusting when I talk with them They offer me another room extra bigger room. I don’t care. It’s about disgusting stuff. I use the public toilet and I slipped that tonight in my room. It’s not pleasant tonight. It wasn’t pleasant weekend and even the balcony was fully of dove or bird ****  

L'hotel è molto conveniente per le famiglie, vicino alla zona della spada, i mercati e l'alloggio costante al prezzo giusto. Ma l’ultima volta che ho visitato, il dolce era molto, molto buono, ma era in prima volta, e questo era insicuro, perché il balcone guardava direttamente all’aria condizionata, e era facile entrare nella stanza e nella famiglia da solo, Sapendo che una grande richiesta di letto è stata fatta con la conoscenza che ho chiesto al dipendente che volevo il turno superiore, ma non è stata fatta.

3명이 숙박 할 것이라고 예약을 했는데 준비된 침구류, 세면 용품은 2인분이였다. 내가 요청 했을때 그들은 즉각적으로 조치는 하여 주었지만, 나는 그들에게 요청하는 수고를 하고 싶지는 않다. 그리고 소파베드에 대해서 사용방법을 알려주는 메뉴얼이 준비 되었으면 한다. 고급호텔에서 내가 뭔가 새로운것을 시도해야 하는 이유를 모르겠다. 그외의 모든 서비스에 대하여서는 대단히 만족했다. 위에서 기록한 나의 불만을 잠재울 만큼.

Room was spotless, everything was perfectly arranged, nice view, great layout, good parking, and professional, friendly staff. Only minor distraction was a slight ”funk” just as you walked in. Could have been an overused mop, not sure, but the rest of the place was more than fine.

Nice hotel, clean, breakfast is worthy. Walking distance to city beach, city mall. Service is kind and impressive. Rooms are comfortable and we added 3rd bed for kids for a very comfy stay. Location is not the best as it is a bit isolated from sightseeing, but generally I would give 5 of 5.
