Неплохой отель, брали номер обычный на двоих. Дико маленький, со странным кислым запахом который мы выветривали очень долго,открывая окно. Не работал кондиционер, хотя в комнате было очень жарко. Русские туристы, учтите, что в Китае не европейские розетки!!!! (но есть зарядка через USB) Забирают паспорта при заезде и отдают только после, и это только с русскими туристами, у своих ничего не забирают, говорят, что им для регистрации нас в полиции нужны. Да, я согласна, но отсканировать паспорт 5 минут для регистрации. Расскажу, почему они так делают: после выселения они сразу отправляют по рации к вам в номер работника проверить все ли на месте и пока им не ответят, что все окей, паспорт вам не отдадут. В номере есть прайс со штрафами, сколько нужно заплатить за порчу /потерю их имущества. Завтрак: своеобразный, кушать только палочками или есть суповая ложка. Еда вся китайской кухни, довольно интересно, необычно, НО ничего не подписано. Ни одно блюдо. Если не знаешь вообще кухни китайской будет тяжело

I had a wonderful stay at Habsburg Hotel near Sofia Church on Harbin’s Central Street. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic St. Sophia Cathedral and right in the heart of the historic Zhongyang (Central) Street pedestrian area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Harbin’s beautiful European-style architecture, shops, restaurants, and evening lights without needing transportation. The hotel itself has a charming, elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. My room was clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated given Harbin’s cold weather. The bed was cozy, the heating worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained with all the essential amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the view and proximity to Sofia Church—waking up and stepping outside to see such a beautiful landmark was a memorable experience. The hotel also offers great photo spots nearby, especially at night when the area is beautifully illuminated. Breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant in the morning. It was very convenient to enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to explore Central Street. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of the staff members, Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly prepared a cute drink for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Her warm service really made our stay feel extra special and added a personal touch to the experience. Another staff member at the laundry room was also extremely kind and helpful. When one of my clothes was accidentally damaged, they patiently helped repair it for me. I really appreciated the effort and kindness—it showed how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, Habsburg Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Harbin who wants to stay in the most iconic and convenient location. It combines comfort, charm, good breakfast, and excellent service with unbeatable access to the city’s most famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Harbin.

Molto consigliare questo hotel.Grande posizione, la strada Xueyun (strada principale) è appena al passo della porta. Minuti lontano dalla neve fungo 🍄 e facile da camminare indietro dopo la festa di ballo notturno e l'hotel mi ha fatto un grande ordine. Chi ama il grande paesaggio dovrebbe prenotare questa stanza, perché si può vedere il grande neve da una finestra, un'altra finestra si deve vedere l'intera città dall'alto. Il biglietto per 10 miglia di galeria montagna e montagna balda può chiedere alla loro amichevole signora incaricata di prenotare per voi, solo raccomandato per coloro che possono resistere al freddo estrema. Grande hotel vicino all'aeroporto con servizio di navetta gratuito che era conveniente per noi. La stanza per 2 era comoda, con tutte le strutture necessarie. Il personale era gentile e utile per noi. Ci era anche un massaggiatore a piedi nella stanza. Ora sappiamo dove stare. Lo consiglio.

Harbin Zhenning hotel is conveniently located near Zhongyang Da Jie but at the same time tucked at a quiet corner where you won’t be disturbed by the noise! Pleasantly surprised by the small gifts from the hotel upon check-in as well as check-out! ☺️ Although the room is not big, it was sufficient for the two of us and we wouldn’t ask for more for the price we paid at the peak of the year end holidays! Overall, highly recommended for those of you visiting Harbin!

La posizione è piuttosto comoda e il personale è molto preparato. Dal ragazzo che prende i bagagli all'ingresso alla reception, dalla governante al personale del ristorante, tutti sono molto cordiali e accoglienti. Anche la camera è sontuosa e ha un'atmosfera esotica. Apprezzo il fatto che ci siano luci con sensore di movimento dal comodino al lavandino e al pavimento, così non devo accendere la luce quando vado in bagno di notte. Anche se è alta stagione, vale comunque il prezzo. Harbin è troppo fredda e il tempo per le attività all'aperto è limitato ogni giorno, quindi scegliere un hotel confortevole è fondamentale. Spero che migliori sempre di più e gli auguro un'attività prospera. Soggiornerò di nuovo qui se ne avrò l'opportunità.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato fantastico! Era a pochi passi dall'Harbin Ice and Snow World, il che lo rendeva incredibilmente comodo per visitare l'attrazione. L'hotel in sé era enorme, con camere spaziose e confortevoli che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto rilassante. La colazione è stata un altro punto forte, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni, dai piatti occidentali alla cucina tradizionale cinese. Nel complesso, un ottimo posto dove soggiornare!

Il negozio è proprio su Central Street, molto vicino. La stanza è molto pulita. La commessa è gentile ed educata. La donna delle pulizie è molto brava, vedendo che eravamo rimasti senza acqua, ha preso mezza scatola d'acqua e ce lo ha detto l'acqua dell'hotel è gratuita, altrimenti avremmo pensato che volessi comunque uscire e comprarmela io stesso a pagamento. La sera c'era uno spuntino a tarda notte, ma ho detto che non l'avrei mangiato. La reception ha detto che c'era della frutta, quindi puoi andare a mangiare la frutta. L'impiegato è stato molto onesto e ce n'era parecchia prodotti per la colazione, inclusi porridge, wonton, patatine fritte, riso fritto, noodles, pane, caffè, latte, latte di soia, troppo, non posso più mangiarlo, nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto Igiene: pulita Ambiente: soddisfacente Servizio: soddisfatto

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!
