Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

L'hotel è situato nei 17 e 18 piani di un edificio ad alto rischio. Le finestre offrono una splendida vista sulla città e sulla stazione Harbin West Railway. La posizione è molto buona, la stazione di metro e le fermate degli autobus e tre grandi centri commerciali sono vicini all'hotel. La decorazione della stanza è molto piacevole. Ligni letti confortevoli e grandi letti. La camera da letto è bella e confortevole. Le divano con una tavola da sala finestra aggiunge conforto a casa. I colazioni sono deliziosi, diversi e cordiali. È un personale amichevole e utile. Se andiamo a Harbin, restiamo in questo hotel di nuovo.

La camera è come per foto mostrata, piccola ma accogliente. Il riscaldamento funziona bene. La camera è senza fumo. L'unico punto di attesa è il tempo di ascensore richiede 1-3 min extra, poiché l'hotel ha solo 1 ascensore.

La maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e la stazione della metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel. È un hotel con vista sul fiume Songhua. Dispone di sale riunioni, negozi di souvenir e una palestra. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia della moquette. Presenta macchie visibili, il che è comprensibile visto che è difficile da pulire. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel! Grazie a tutto il personale.

The airport pickup was smooth even though our flight arrived midnite, and we had no prior booking. We requested assisstant at the airport counter to call the hotel. During check in, the staff at the counter were helpful even with language barrier. In the morning, the hotel staff kindly assisted us in booking our Didi ride. Overall for a short trip, the location was excellent.

Over the past, more than 10 years of experience staying at multiple hotels in different countries, this is the best hotel experience i ever had.Front desk,speedy check in,patient staff,thank you to Mr 高 and Mr 姜，every male and female front desk staff,forgot to ask their name.breakfast cafe staff,house keeper,thank you,very appreciated your service.Best location,step out hotel is 中央大街，variety food and shopping。I check in on 24/12/25 for one night,after that leaving to mohe,after mohe i decided to stay on for 3 nights before leaving to Beijing. Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

Отель понравился очень. Запах геля для душа прям как дорогой парфюм... Номер чистый, постельное белоснежное, кровать удобная. В номере и на ресепшене бесплатно вода. В номере чай. Чайник, фен. Климат-контроль. Очень вкусный завтрак, чисто в буфете, хорошая посуда. Отель в бирюзовых тонах, до мелочей, приятно для глаз. Расположен в половине квартала от хуафу, в квартале от набережной, площадь матери. Как раз под окнами отеля вечерний рынок в теплое время года. Впечатления самые положительные. Пишу от души, не за бонусы)))

La posizione è fantastica. Proprio di fronte al cancello 1 di Zhong Yang Da Jie. Posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi punto... a dire il vero, questo hotel è piuttosto vecchio, quindi la dotazione delle camere e i materassi sono un po' datati. La palestra per un hotel a 4 stelle in Cina è considerata accettabile e piuttosto ben tenuta. Il tè pomeridiano può essere ignorato perché non è affatto piacevole, sebbene sia gratuito. Il fattorino della hall è molto gentile e disponibile... Le ragazze alla reception hanno tutte un'aria feroce e poco educata... nessun saluto... nessun sorriso e rispondono ai clienti in modo scortese e pessimo, come se dovessimo loro dei soldi... davvero pessimo... l'atteggiamento delle ragazze... non è una sola ragazza alla reception, ma tutte hanno lo stesso atteggiamento.
