Australia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Australia Occidentale

As expected of the best of the Crown collection, immaculate service, room is clean and very spacious for two queen bed, the reception , concierge, valet and housekeeping staff are one of the most attentive and kind to every little detail when we dont even ask for help. Loved the kids stay free policy, where my both kiss aged 3 and 6 can stay for free without trouble. The best part for me is carpark is free , if you go park at P3 carpark, near the Mcdonald entrance. just a quick 5 mins walk back to lobby. the only one thing that i hoped can be improved is hotel breakfast , i didnt get to try because there is no special discount or whatsoever for hotel guest staying and also for my 6 years old kids who barely eat much for breakfast have to pay 50% of the adult price for breakfast which is already costly.

La nostra famiglia ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno nella serie d'arte Adnate Perth durante le nostre recenti vacanze a Perth. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, rendendo facile esplorare la città, negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni vicine. La stanza è spaziosa, moderna, pulita e molto confortevole per la nostra famiglia. Apprezziamo in particolare i comodi letti e le belle viste della città. Il personale amichevole e accogliente, che sempre erano felici di aiutarci e ci facevano sentire a casa per tutta la nostra permanenza, ha dato un carattere distintivo che la nostra famiglia si è davvero divertita con il design artistico unico e le mura impressionanti dell'hotel. Le strutture erano ben mantenute, l'atmosfera generale era rilassante e familiare.Abbiamo avuto una piacevole e memorabile esperienza e saremmo felici di restare qui durante la prossima visita a Perth. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie, le coppie, e chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole in una comoda posizione Perth CBD

Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious bedroom, cool that you can stream from phone to TV. There's a bus stop right across the street that takes you directly into the city (very convenient). Breakfast should be included.

Nice and tidy - friendly helpful staff. I missed dinner but lucky that has some really yummy sandwiches in their snack fridge was very grateful. It’s not on the cheaper end so I only stay when they have deals but it’s a good quality joint and always get a good night sleep.

La stanza è un po' buia a causa della mancanza di illuminazione. La posizione è buona, a pochi passi si può raggiungere l'autonoleggio. Ottimo per soggiorni di breve durata.

The location was ideal for mid week. Many coffee shops open for workers. Weekend may be a little bit quieter I suspect. Room cleanliness was adequate but still some effort required. Hotel needs some sprucing up as it is very dated. Does not stack up against some other similar priced hotels in the same vicinity. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

La posizione è fantastica, molto vicino alla strada dove si dispone di cibo e pranzo. La stanza è grande e con un divano grande, molto confortevole soggiorno in effetti!

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

In generale, l'hotel era ok. Puli, moderno e la posizione era vicino a UWA, dove dovevamo essere ogni giorno. Non vicino al centro o ad altri servizi come i ristoranti, quindi dovevamo mangiare al ristorante o ordinare. La mia principale domanda era che non c'era una stampante disponibile per gli ospiti. A causa dei ritardi di volo causati da cattive condizioni meteorologiche, abbiamo dovuto rimanere più a lungo dopo le ore 10.00 di check-out (fino alle ore 7.30) e abbiamo dovuto pagare un giorno intero (a un tasso più elevato), nonostante il personale non abbia capito la situazione e non abbia prorogato la tassa. 

Karri Valley Resort offers a truly serene escape, set amidst the stunning natural beauty of Western Australia. This destination is undoubtedly one of the most relaxing places you can visit, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The accommodations, especially the lakefront rooms, are fantastic. They provide a perfect vantage point to soak in the picturesque scenery. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly regarding the cleaning service. On our two-day stay, the cleaners arrived quite late, and unfortunately, their work did not meet expectations. The bed wasn't properly made, the pillowcases were not changed, and the floors were not vacuumed, which was quite disappointing. This aspect highlights the need for improved management of the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The resort's restaurant, however, is a highlight. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and a menu that delivers a perfect balance of flavors. The food was expertly prepared, but we did find the portion size of the duck leg ordered for our 12-year-old to be a bit small. While the presentation and taste were exceptional, a larger portion would enhance the overall dining experience. Another minor concern was the noise levels in the rooms. With some soundproofing measures, particularly on walls shared with other rooms, the overall comfort could be significantly improved. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend visiting Karri Valley Resort for its heavenly lake views and relaxing environment. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an unparalleled getaway in WA.
