UUtente ospiteStayed at Zhuhai Huafa Marriott Hotel for a short trip. Overall, the environment and staff service were quite good, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The water temperature in the room was unstable at times, making showers a bit uncomfortable. Also, the lift system from the car park to the guest rooms was not very convenient — guests need to change a few lifts to get to their rooms. Still, it’s a decent hotel with a nice atmosphere, just hope they can fine-tune these details to make the stay smoother next time.

DdearanabananaMy family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of offerings that catered to all tastes. The private swimming pool in the Sea View Pool Deluxe Room was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax with stunning views.
Additionally, the property’s proximity to Banyan Tree Resort was a great advantage, offering plenty of dining options beyond those available at Angsana. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this destination!

UUtente ospiteIl check-in è stato molto fluido e il personale è molto professionale. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa, abbiamo un letto matrimoniale e un lettino per mio figlio. Il materasso del nostro letto è comodo, ma il letto per bambini è piuttosto duro, non lo consiglio a meno che non si metta il piumone sopra il materasso, in quel caso è abbastanza comodo per dormirci. La pulizia è accettabile. Non abbiamo usato internet perché ci connettiamo a un sito straniero, quindi usiamo il nostro cellulare che funge da modem. Abbiamo mangiato solo al ristorante Penguin. Abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato al ristorante Penguin. Uno dei pasti - abbiamo pagato di tasca nostra, il cibo che l'hotel fa pagare non è esattamente economico, MA hanno così tanta scelta e il sapore è davvero delizioso. Ci sono così tanti ristoranti che è incredibile come il personale gestisca il tutto in modo efficiente. L'hotel è molto vicino all'Ocean World, a circa 3 minuti a piedi e per raggiungere l'astronave è necessario prendere una navetta, ma tutto è organizzato in modo pratico per i clienti. Sono molto soddisfatto della mia scelta di viaggio e consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe front desk greeted me as I arrived, and was friendly, they even offered to store luggage for a few days when I was out travelling.
I liked the layout of the bedroom which was very efficient, even having a living area. The beds were very comfortable. However the first room I went to had very strong smoke smell, and even when I requested to have a room near the lift, my room was extremely far away from the lift. Fortunately once I requested to change room they were quick to source for an empty room for me to go to.
The laundry area was handy, yet there were only few machines for the whole building. I had to go down a few times to catch an available machine. The dry clean service which says that if you gave them your clothes by 10am they can return after 6pm same day or is you give your clothes after 10am, can return on 10am next day. The service attendant however said they cannot promise to do so. It felt like there was not enough people onsite to service.
All in all, for the price and location I will recommend it. Just hope they will pay more attention to cleanliness and customer request.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno assolutamente eccezionale presso la Hyatt Regency Hengqin dal 10 al 12 aprile. Tutto sulla nostra esperienza era perfetto.
La stanza era incredibilmente spaziosa e ben progettata, offrendo un ambiente molto confortevole. Era eccellente ogni volta che abbiamo avuto una domanda, ha risposto in modo rapido ed efficiente.Il suo professionalismo ci ha dato un grande senso di sicurezza e di calore per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Inoltre, il personale di custodia era estremamente attento e attento ai dettagli. Abbiamo già aspettato la nostra prossima visita a Hengqin, e sicuramente scelteremo di rimanere in questo hotel di nuovo!

UUtente ospiteFirst time stay in this hotel but trust its brand name. Although its location is not so convenient but after the 3 night stay. We love this hotel because hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to accommodate our request!
Their buffet style breakfast is good. Room is spacious and stylish. Every where in the hotel make you feel comfortable and stylish.
We’ll chose this hotel again for our next trip to Zhuhai.

UUtente ospiteStayed at the Chimelong Circus Hotel and it was such a fun and worthwhile experience. The circus-themed hotel is vibrant and family-friendly, with colorful rooms and a lively atmosphere throughout. The highlight was definitely the package having unlimited entry to both the outdoor Ocean Kingdom and indoor Spaceship Park made the trip incredibly value-for-money and super convenient . Everything is within walking distance, so you can easily go in and out of the parks anytime. Overall, a fantastic stay — perfect for families or anyone looking for a fun, all-in-one resort experience in Zhuhai!

CCaitlyn Lothe lobby is quite cramped and a bit disappointing. their christmas tree was the ugliest i’d ever seen. room is very fancy and looked very nice, but the bathroom was a bit mindboggling with stained mirrors and a mat that looked so worn that i really didn’t want to touch it. the body wash was amongst the worst things i’d ever smelled. however, staff were helpful and the location is good. the price is pretty affordable for a st regis hotel, so i’m still feeling rather conflicted regarding this stay.

UUtente anonimoFirstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.
