Noto che le recensioni precedenti sono state postate nel 2019. Il nuovo proprietario è stato solo qualche mese e non ha mai gestito una casa prima. Questo mostra. In realtà ha dimenticato di essere stato lì ieri sera, è andato a casa e mi ha chiuso dentro. L'hai letto correttamente. Sono andato a mangiare ieri sera alle 19:00 e l'ingresso è stato chiuso. Ero l'unico ospite e ero bloccato come un prigioniero. Egli non sapeva nemmeno le procedure di check-in di base. Non aveva modo di guardare la mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto mostrargli la conferma Trip.com sul mio telefono. Ha chiesto di tenere il mio passaporto per la durata - ho rifiutato, ovviamente. Non era nemmeno sopra la pulizia di base, ad esempio, i tavoli di birra vuoti e i bicchieri sedevano per 48 ore sulle tavole della piscina prima che la zona fosse pulita + tiedita. La prima mattina, andai al receptionist, mettei la chiave su e gli ho fatto mozione per tenerla. Sono tornato 8 ore dopo a trovare la mia chiave dove l'avevo lasciata e 12 ospiti che si erano rimbalzati intorno, tutti potevano entrare nella mia stanza.Sono sicuro che si trova in una curva di apprendimento aperta e affronterà queste questioni come accresce il feedback degli ospiti. La posizione, la piscina e i bungalow sono bellissimi. Se si decide di rimanere lì, gestire le vostre aspettative del servizio. E' un tipo dolce e sorridente che vuole piacere - ma al momento è semplicemente senza istruzioni sui requisiti di ospite di base della sua nuova attività.

Questo è stato il più affascinante alloggio in tutta la nostra tour del Vietnam. Era sulla strada ma nascosto dietro il muro di verderia. Una volta all'interno, ci siamo salutati da un grande cortile e giardino pieno di alberi, piante e splendidi mobili rustici. La privacy offerta era certamente più auspicabile di altre strutture dove i loro giardini erano aperti alla vista pubblica; la notte, il giardino e il giardino erano caldamente lucidi e si sentono molto confortevoli. La nostra stanza era pulita e faceva fronte alle montagne, e aveva un balcone con tavolo e sedie per gli ospiti per lavarsi il caffè e la salsa alla vista e l'aria fresca. Siamo arrivati presto e abbiamo ricevuto un check-in precoce, perché la stanza era disponibile. Xuan (il capo) e Ha parlavano molto bene inglese, così la comunicazione era facile. La posizione della villa non poteva essere migliore. In una direzione era la natura dove abbiamo passato il tempo più piacevole di ciclismo, mentre in un'altra era un cammino al centro città per numerosi negozi e ristoranti. La posizione era conveniente, e così sono stati gli accordi che Xuan e Ha ci hanno fatto, hanno organizzato il tour di giorno ai luoghi di interesse che erano più lontani, e hanno organizzato anche il nostro trasporto verso il nostro prossimo destino. Molto un negozio unico, molto facile e semplice per noi. Sicuramente consiglierei agli amici di rimanere qui

4 star resort with 5 star prices & 3 star services. Mar 2024 Vietnam is a very beautiful & culturally rich country. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ninh Binh on 11D/LON trip. Hospitality, reception & local immersion was outstanding at all places (except Emeralda) - people were welcoming & hotel staff were very courteous. Emeralda Resort at Ninh Binh was not so pleasant experience barring a few seasoned staff members. F&B Manager at Sen Restauran (morning paid breakfast) declined to entertain vegan food request & puréed fruit for 7 month infant, She said Kitchen's busy, we have large group to cater to. After much explanation she managed to get a fried rice (that's It!l) but for puréed fruit she denied & insisted I pay for it. Organic Restaurant is good, couple of staff there (mostly women) were courteous. Pool Bar attendant had some issues, not even acknowledging the greetings. Thanks to Ms Hung (Restaurant Manager), Mr Chung (Reception) & another Restaurant manager at Organic (missed her name) for making our stay bearable & manageable. They have a very wonderful property & spacious rooms, had the service been at par like ot 4 & 5 star resorts; it would be an ideal location for tranquility. Note: Vegan / Vegetarian food menu is limited & not allowed to buy food from outside.

We arranged private transport from Hanoi hotel to Hidden Charm and the transport was punctual (early in fact). Driver was focused and safe. Check-in at Hidden Charm was a breeze, they served a citrusy warm drink that I enjoyed. Front desk customer service personnel were proactive in suggesting sightseeing spots at Ninh Binh when we asked for suggestions. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard with western bread options and Asian pho, fried rice etc. Location wise, Hidden Charm is very near the Tam Coc boat ticket booth and also offers bicycles for us to cycle to Mua Caves and where the Lying Dragon was. At the entrance to Mua Cave, there will be people trying to get you to park your bikes for a fee, typically 5k VND per bike but we found one close to entrance and charged 2k VND per bike. Our room was at the 7th floor and comes with a expansive view. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. There was also a bath tub for me to enjoy. At the end of trip, the hotel staff arranged for private transport to the Noi Bai airport at my request. Again, driver was early and ride was smooth. I enjoyed my stay at Hidden Charm and would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in a clean hotel with excellent service.

Non posso davvero dire abbastanza buone cose su questo posto. Dzung e la sua famiglia erano così gentili e generosi. Hanno lasciato il loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno inoltrabile. Le foto del soggiorno di casa su Internet non fanno questo posto giustizia. Dzung ha fatto ogni sforzo per far sentire i suoi ospiti a casa. Abbiamo avuto tutte le biciclette che potevamo usare gratuitamente. I colazione che sua moglie ha fatto erano deliziosi, migliori pancake! Abbiamo avuto le nostre camere da bagno e le camere e le strutture erano assolutamente preziose. Trip.com indicava che questo soggiorno a casa aveva condiviso le lavanderie, ma non sempre, abbiamo avuto le nostre camere da bagno private. Non potevamo nemmeno ottenere abbastanza dalla piscina al tetto! Dzung ci ha mostrato dove andare e cosa fare. Il soggiorno a casa è così convenientemente situato, lontano dalla rabbia e dalla bussola. Così tranquillo e tranquillo. In gran parte, saremo sicuri di ritornare. Questa era davvero un'esperienza speciale che mio marito e io non dimenticheremo mai. Grazie Dzung e la vostra famiglia per essere i più graziosi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo parte della vostra famiglia. Vi vedremo tutti presto!

You must stay at this hotel especially if you have young children! I am travelling with my 3 year old daughter and the family treated us incredibly well! The host has two young children and the family took my daughter into their home on both nights and fed her and played with her. They sent her back to our room with sweets and treats. And even gave us a bag full of food for our journey when we left. The room was beautiful and so clean! The rooms are huge! It is in a perfect location too. Two minutes from the main *****. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better home stay. If you’re looking for a loving family to stay with, this place is definitely it!

Our stay at Tam Coc Moment was nothing short of amazing From the moment we arrived, the owner, Tommy, went above and beyond—seamlessly arranging our transfer from Hanoi and offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Ninh Binh. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by his wife. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, which made for the perfect start to our day. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the beautiful little garden, where we enjoyed our meals amidst lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance. Tam Coc Moment is a true hidden gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better. Two things to mention. If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains! Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit. The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle. We loved our stay. We would stay again if we visited!
