I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

Tutto era molto bello, con mezzi di trasporto convenienti e personale cordiale. Sfortunatamente, durante il mio ultimo giorno di permanenza, ho incontrato molti scarafaggi, che mi hanno fatto sentire estremamente disgustato e spaventato. We enjoyed the comfort and quietness of this hotel. It is an economical hotel close to Ulm's train station as well. The location is ok and it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and Ulm Munster. There isn't much nearby but most spots to see in Ulm are about 10 to 20 minutes away and there are plenty of good restaurants throughout Ulm that aren't too far away from the hotel. This is a true economy hotel and it has standard offerings similar to other B&B hotels. They have a small table, a couple of stools, a small TV and some space to hang up clothes and put your things. The bed is comfy, the wifi is good, the room was clean, and the room was very quiet at night. The temperature was easy to control for our room with the AC unit that blew plenty of heat in December and quickly warmed up the room. We also learned during this stay that you could borrow a kettle at the front desk but you need to pay for the tea bags. The bathroom was good and the shower offers good pressure and the temperature is easy to control. You may want to consider bringing your own products because they have an all in one body cleanser here. One thing we thought could improve the hotel is a better means to access the hotel if you arrive early because they don't always leave the door open/unlocked as we found out when we arrived to drop off our bags around 11 am. Not all staff here speak English either but they were good when we checked in. They do have a self check in kiosk outside the lobby but it didn't seem to be working when we visited and we would be slightly concerned if we came very late to check in because it seems their front desk is not always manned. They use a code to access the hotel after hours but you need to check in first and that same code is used to unlock your room's door. The hotel has street parking nearby as well as a parking garage underneath. The hotel offers a discounted breakfast if you use their application and there may be a membership to get a free breakfast during your stay. They have drinks, snacks and pizza available at the front desk too.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

L'Aparthotel è in una posizione eccellente - una pietra gettata dal normale, diretto bus aeroportuale e dalla stazione, nonché dalla vecchia città (e dai mercati di Natale). L'appartamento superiore era tranquillo con ciechi di blackout e aveva un letto confortevole, un divano sorprendentemente confortevole e una cucina che era adeguatamente ma non ben attrezzata. L'appartamento era senza spot e moderno e lo consigliamo sicuramente - con alcuni “guarda fuori” per rendere il vostro soggiorno più liscio di noi. - check-in was a shambles and really unpleasant after 8 hours’ travelling. Be prepared - L'e-mail è arrivato il giorno prima solo in tedesco - l'indirizzo fornito è stato *not* l'indirizzo per l'entrata - all’hotel il WiFi non funzionava inizialmente, quindi non potevo controllare online e anche se c’era una donna seduto sul desk e disponibile, mi rivolgevo a un kiosco dove dovevo (molto pubblico) entrare nei miei dettagli privati e quelli del mio amico. Che non mi era stato detto che avrei bisogno e che non potevo arrivare, perché arrivava separatamente e a quel punto era aereo. Così sono tornato al dipartimento (quando il mio check-in era scaduto) solo per essere detto che non potevo entrare senza i suoi dettagli. Quando ho indicato che aspettare quattro o cinque ore era insensato quando non mi era stato detto che mi era stato detto di inserire i miei dettagli due volte; non c'era mai stata alcuna opzione per aggiornarli più tardi, quindi lei non era registrata. - l'informazione sarebbe stata utile: abbiamo scoperto che abbiamo diritto ad una bottiglia d'acqua ogni giorno, la mattina scorsa, e non abbiamo idea di quale sia la situazione del riciclaggio. Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

L'hotel perfetto per un viaggio di due notti a Baden-Baden. Un hotel fantastico in una posizione fantastica, vicino alle terme, a negozi e ristoranti, parchi e fermate degli autobus per l'aeroporto e Merkur (tra le altre attrazioni imperdibili). Non ho trovato alcun difetto in questo hotel e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla sua bellezza. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato e realizzato alla perfezione. Mi aspettavo un'esperienza economica, visto il prezzo incredibile pagato, ma non c'è proprio niente di economico in questo! La nostra camera era pulitissima, delle dimensioni perfette e molto confortevole. Letti super comodi con piumone pesante e 2 cuscini di diverse dimensioni per ogni persona. Asciugamani morbidi e freschi e articoli da toeletta di buona qualità in bagno. Illuminazione perfetta e ben studiata in tutta la stanza. Ampio spazio per riporre gli oggetti e grucce. Stirapantaloni, asciugacapelli, bollitore, cassaforte e macchina per il caffè in camera. Ottima doccia multigetto con 3 impostazioni. Avevamo una camera lato strada e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Il check-in e il check-out (che non è prima delle 12:00, il che è stato davvero comodo!) sono stati super facili e veloci e l'hotel ci ha sistemato un po' in anticipo, il che è stato molto gentile. Area lounge fantastica con un distributore automatico di bevande e snack. Non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio (lo abbiamo scoperto solo l'ultimo giorno), ma la reception dell'hotel è in grado di noleggiare adattatori per le prese elettriche se necessario e aveva ombrelli e borse da bagno per chi volesse utilizzarli per visitare le spa. La palestra era accessibile 24 ore su 24, ma anche in questo caso non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Abbiamo usufruito del deposito bagagli, sicuro e gratuito, il che è perfetto! Non posso che consigliare vivamente Tribe!!

La sua distanza passeggiabile dal HBF e il tram è proprio fuori dall'hotel. Il colazione è lo stesso per entrambi i giorni che abbiamo soggiornato. la diffusione era ok, non molto. non molto intorno se arrivate domenica perché la maggior parte dei posti sono chiusi, Ma c'è un centro commerciale proprio accanto all'hotel.Il bagno è pulito ma nessuna attrezzatura igienica come la tosta e la pasta dentale fornita, solo condizionatore di shampoo e gel da doccia. nemmeno le mutandine da letto. ma si può acquistarle dal desk front. lo spazio non è troppo grande, Ma può ancora aprire due bagagli in ogni angolo.Il letto è comodo, il bagno è caldo e il doccia è buona.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.
