Montenegro: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Comune di Budua

I am so very very conflicted about this review. First of all, that definitely is my fault that I chose this location. I did not have a car and did not think that a walk to the beach is so uncomfortable, an hour at least and 30 min at least by highway decending from the mountain. Elevation is significant. Had to take a car many times, thank god guest house had one. 10 euro each travel, to the beach and back. The nearest small shop is still 30 minutes from the guest house. The real plus of this place is the view from balcony and from the pool, although the pool is tiny and is used by several other guests, including children. But they are all tiny here, it seems. Now, for other unpleasant things. Initially, it seems like room is comfortable, big, new furniture, everything, kitchen, bed is very well. But it all turned out to be not so comfortable at all. The TV did not work at all. Manager got down to fixing it only the next day and still I could not watch cable only Youtube and Netflix (my accounts). So, TV is busted. Bathroom is strange, faucets are very unusual, very hard to turn and so it is very hard to mix water properly. Moreover, you cannot stand in the bath to have a shower, because the hose is too short, you can only lie in it, that is weird and uncomfortable. Kitchen does not have electronic tea pot, but does have coffee machine for some reason. It is said that you can drink the water from kithcen sink, but even after I boiled it, it had weird residue in the glass. As for the cleaning, it was bad! Because I got sick, during those days I asked not to disturb me, but after I got better it is like they decided not to clean the room at all. It is only by request it seems and even if you request via whatsapp to manager, they foget to vacuum, refill minibar, replace coffee shots, shower gel, soap or even put the toilet paper!!! I was so tired to request them to re do/deliver what they did not, that by the end of the stay I completely gave up! No bathrobe or disposable slippers at all as well. Also, it was initially said to me by the administrator that I can order breakfast, use minibar, pay for transfer etc. at the checkout, which is standard. But then I was asked not 3, but 4 times to do it at the moment. And always problems with the change. Did they think that I was going to run away with the money?? That is not an adequate attitude, in my opinion. Breakfast is very/very mid, not worth it. Costs 15 euros. I got sick and also ordered homemade beef broth to the room - that is the single least delicious soup I have ever tasted. So the food is bad. Overall, 5 for the view, 2 for everything else, the mean is 3 at best. Perhaps for Montenegro that service and comfortability is fine/5*, I am Russian and this is overall 2/3 at best. Never going back!

Molto buon hotel. Belli colazioni diverse. Nelle vicinanze del negozio hotel e bus fermati a amici per 3.50 euro (30 minuti). Buggy - 1 minuto per la spiaggia. 5 minuti a piedi. La spiaggia con il giusto fen shui alla fine della laguna è la musica tranquilla, tranquilla, rilassante. Molto freddo personale sulla spiaggia. Ci sono barche dal centro della spiaggia, non ci sono barche qui. Nella piscina sulla strada, l'acqua è fredda. Ma c'è una piscina interna con finestre aperte - ha acqua calda. Inoltre c'è un bagno/sauna/hamma con 16.00. L'intera spiaggia è uno dei migliori hotel sulla costa.

Ho viaggiato in Montenegro con un amico e abbiamo deciso di rimanere intorno a Budva. Abbiamo scelto le 2 suite da letto, e erano grandi e confortevoli, c'era un piccolo frigo nella zona cucina (che era pieno di snack e alcol non pagati), il bagno era pulito e funzionale. Le colazioni erano buone, c'era tutto quello che potevi desiderare, compresa la macchina del caffè, e c'erano alcune opzioni sani. Uno che era davvero male è il succo, erano immerse in acqua, poco bevande. Abbiamo viaggiato fuori stagione, e c'era un sacco di costruzione in corso, e era molto alto. Puoi anche sentire tutto quello che fanno i tuoi vicini, e le porte sono davvero molto alto, sembra quasi che qualcuno abbia appena rotto nella tua stanza. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo avuto due cose molto sgradevoli che sono accadute: 1. C'è solo una strada che collega l'hotel alla strada principale. Un giorno la costruzione ha iniziato su quella strada, e non potevamo uscire dal parcheggio dell'hotel su un auto, perché era bloccato da loro. Non potevamo guidare la nostra auto quel giorno, essenzialmente. Solo per coincidenza, non dovevamo andare lontano, e decise di andare a Budva, ma immagina se dovessimo andare all'aeroporto quel giorno. 2. Il lavandino era rotto, e non potevano ottenere parti di ricambio in tempo. Non ci erano lavanderie intorno, e ogni altro hotel era chiuso. E non potevo andare a Budva, perché la macchina era bloccata! Alla fine, ho dovuto lavarmi le mani (in un hotel 4 stelle che era strano da fare). Il personale del primo piano era grande, cercava di aiutare il più possibile e cercava di trovare soluzioni. Altri problemi sono la gestione di questo hotel - come è successo che il personale non sapeva della costruzione ( dubito che hanno deciso casualmente di riparare una strada casuale senza notificare a nessuno), e come un pezzo rotto di lavatrice rende il lavatrice inutilizzabile - c'è solo un lavatrice per l'intero hotel, e come si lavano le tute se il lavatrice non funziona. 

The hotel itself is great, the location is amazing on the beach and next to the old town. However the staff were rude, I told them to remove the alcoholic drinks from the mini bar because I have a toddler and I don’t want him missing around with these stuff and the rudely refused and said that if he breaks or open something he will pay for it!!!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot. We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant. The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years. The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

A metà maggio, gli hotel e i bar non erano ancora aperti, quindi la zona era un po' desolata, ma ci è stata davvero piacevole. La spiaggia era tranquilla e bella, con una miscela di sabbia e pepe e una sua gentile entrata nel mare, anche se si raccomandano scarpe speciali d'acqua. Il ristorante dell'hotel, situato sulla stessa terrazza, ha una vista fantastica sul mare e sull'isola di Sveti Stefan. Il servizio era molto buono, il cibo era delizioso e le porzioni erano generose. I prezzi sono alti - il doppio dei prezzi dei ristoranti vicini. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente: circa 5-minute camminare verso il parco Miločer e le spiagge di Sveti Stefan, la spiaggia della Regina e la spiaggia del Re, e circa 25 minuti a piedi a Pržno, un affascinante villaggio di pesca con molti ristoranti. Se si cammina sulle scale vicino a Nobu, si può raggiungere una strada con molti caffè e ristoranti che offrono un buon valore per i soldi entro circa 10 minuti. Il personale era eccellente. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza (in la stanza di vista montagna, la ventilazione del ristorante diventa rumorosa da circa 5 a.m.), l'hotel ci ha fornito un aggiornamento complimentare e ha anche organizzato un check-out tardivo per corrispondere al calendario del nostro trasferimento. Sulla spiaggia, il personale ha aiutato con letti solari, asciugamani e ombrelli, e tutti - i manager, i camerieri e il personale della spiaggia - erano eccezionalmente amichevoli e benvenuti.

Il personale del Front Desk è stato benvenuto, ospite e superato le nostre aspettative. La colazione ha buone opzioni con cena aperta davanti alla spiaggia. La camera è pulita, spaziosa, contemporanea, comoda e regolarmente servita. Il bagno ha una bella forma e spazio sufficiente per muoversi. La pioggia e le strutture del bagno erano splendide. La camera ha balcone e ha una bella vista sulla spiaggia davanti. La piscina infinita nel primo piano era bella, solo in fondo era non era regolata termicamente, così era freddo, però piacevole atmosfera per raffreddare.

Ottima posizione, numerose strutture come parcheggio, piscina, sauna. La camera ha anche una bella vista sul mare. Dal basso - il problema con il fango nella doccia. L'acqua fluì lentamente, il pavimento forma il pavimento dopo aver preso una doccia.

Un hotel meraviglioso, nelle camere è molto pulito, piacevolmente odore. In mia stanza c'era un piccolo balcone dove potresti cenare con vista sulle montagne. Colazione molto deliziosa, il personale sta preparando cibo a casa. La scelta è piccola ma ogni piatto è delizioso. Buona posizione 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus con cui si può facilmente andare in città diverse. Il personale molto amichevole e accogliente, sempre gentile a parlare con loro, sempre pronto a venire ad aiutarli.
