When we arrived, we were not greeted by the receptionist . I wanted the king bedroom, but they said there isn't available. So I asked if they could bring the beds close together, and they refused. They also don't allow food from outside the hotel

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. Till this day, I've never experienced service like this. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and eager to be of service. The hotel itself might be 4 stars, but the service, amenities, cleanliness is all 7 stars. Thank you to the team.

L'ambiente è buono, in un parco, piuttosto tranquillo, c'è un'attività quel giorno, un po'scio e un po'scio alla sera, ma alle undici e mezza è finita. Le strutture dell'hotel sono un po'vecchie, ma le strutture del bagno sono state rinnovate. Un po'di hotel classico con stile turco caratteristico, una piscina buona, due all'interno e all'esterno, Mi piace molto, sto nuotando con i bambini, non c'è molto tipo di colazione, la qualità dei cibi è buona.Il cameriere è in generale molto entusiasta, in generale soddisfacente, anche il parcheggio, cioè guardare la navigazione quando si apre e andare all'hotel per strada.

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and neat. Walking distance to the shopping mall. From room window can have mountain view, quite impressive.

E'il miglior hotel della città. La colazione è buona, è anche più tranquilla, l'attrezzatura hardware è generalmente, il letto è troppo duro

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

酒店服務周到，房間寬敞舒適，早餐可口。位置鬧中取靜，離各景點都不遠。停車場稍微有點難度，不過還算方便。頂樓酒吧夜景很贊。

Nice hotel. Comfy soft beds and pillows. Good Air conditioning. Spacious rooms. Free coffee, tea, water bottles daily. Would recommend.

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .
