La posizione era perfetta per raggiungere il centro congressi e tutti i ristoranti sulla International Drive. La camera andava bene per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. I letti erano usurati su un lato, quindi abbiamo ruotato il materasso e il problema è stato risolto. L'hotel aveva due piscine. Il bar aveva tavoli da biliardo, quindi una sera abbiamo giocato a biliardo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded. We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent.

Questo hotel era situato in una posizione comoda, vicino all'Orange County Convention Center. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. L'unica cosa un po' deludente era il rumore che si sentiva quando c'era gente rumorosa fuori.

Il servizio è buono e la reception cerca sempre di fornirci un buon servizio quando ne abbiamo bisogno. Il servizio navetta è buono. Ero un po' preoccupato prima del check-in leggendo le recensioni, ma è stato meglio del previsto. Abbiamo preso la navetta tutti i giorni e siamo sempre riusciti a prenderla. A volte gli autobus arrivavano più tardi, ma con solo pochi minuti di differenza. Un miglioramento potrebbe essere che le istruzioni per il servizio navetta fossero più chiare. È difficile trovare il punto di prelievo giusto a Disney Springs. La camera è vecchia, ma gli altri servizi sono buoni. La posizione è buona, molto vicina ai ristoranti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per cinque notti a Orlando e, nel complesso, è stato piuttosto buono! Per colazione c'erano bagel, uova, cereali, frutta, caffè, yogurt e latte, un'ottima scelta per la classica colazione occidentale! C'è anche una navetta gratuita per Disney e Universal Studios, il che è molto comodo! L'hotel ha una piscina! Nella hall sono disponibili tè e caffè gratuiti 24 ore su 24! La camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo. Il bagno era un po' datato e il rubinetto perdeva un po', ma era comunque accettabile! Nelle vicinanze si può raggiungere a piedi il McDonald's più grande del mondo!

Potrei dire che l'hotel era stato davvero bello una volta. Ha appena avuto un temporale molti delle camere non funzionavano. La mia camera non aveva elettricità dal letto né il telefono. Inoltre, trip.com ha avuto le date sbagliate sulla mia prenotazione. Mi prenotano per sabato e domenica, ma la mia conferenza, l'unica ragione per cui mi sono recata, è iniziata lunedì. Essendo stato in grado di controllare il giorno in cui la conferenza era iniziata, gliel'ho detto subito, ma non hanno fatto nulla. trip.com non vale lo sforzo. The Shores Resort and Spa Daytona Beach sarà indietro e sicuramente vale la pena di soggiorno se si può superare il personale del desk front.... tranne per quello con i capelli colorati viola. lei è un custode.

L'hotel è ben strutturato. Nella stanza si può vedere l'angolo del fuoco di Disney. L'hotel ha un autobus speciale in tempo fissa. È molto conveniente trasmettere gli ospiti a diversi parchi di Disney.

Hotel was comfortable and the room was cosy n clean. All facilities were provided. Location is closed to airport but have to take a taxi or Uber as such the costs increase. We had to take early flight so missed breakfast. We basically stayed for few hours, rested well as the beds were comfortable. Someone was at reception desk all the time which was convenient and felt good. We arrived quite late in the night and left early morning and the reception was manned.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.
