The staff and hotel were excellent overall...the breakfast was quite satisfactory...Room service fast and excellent...the only comment about the pool as the water was exceptionally cold and this prevented the kids from fully enjoying their time ...otherwise everything was quite good.

Perfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .

Ho avuto una notte piacevole con questo hotel. Bella camera, davvero pulita, il letto era fresco. Ho avuto una pelle molto sensibile, quindi lo sapevo quando il letto non è cambiato. La mia camera era davvero tranquilla, ti sto dicendo, ho dormito come un bambino. Amico personale, rispettoso e molto utile. Molto consigliato, desiderate potrete prendere un po' di più di notte con questo hotel

Securing more than booking value E il colazione dovrebbe includere automaticamente tutte le prenotazioni, e il cliente è quello che lo esclude e lo riduce.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la résidence. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison la propriété , très bien rangé et décoré avec tout le nécessaire. Il y’a egalement un bus disponible pour aller au Haram et revenir . Je recommande très fortement

The hotel was lovely. They upgraded us and our friends in another room. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and we had an overall wonderful experience. 

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

حجزت يومين عندهم وبصراحه التعامل ممتاز من موظفين الاستقبال الله يعطيهم العافية محترمين واسلوبهم ممتاز الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة وفيها كل شي تحتاجه وفريق التنظيف اول ماطلبتهم جو نظفوا الغرفه ايضا مطعم الفندق ممتاز ونفذوا طلبي بكل التفاصيل الفندق يوجد فيه مواقف سفليه دورين ولاكن مغلقه ولايوجد الا دور واحد فقط ولاكن ماواجهت مشكله في المواقف يعني طلعت اكثر من مره في اكثر من وقت ورجعت وحصلت موقف ولاكن السيارات الكبيرة مااتوقع تقدر تدخل فيها يعني مناسبه للسيارات المتوسطة والصغيرة راح يكون فندقي المفضل في مدينة جدة في الزيارات القادمة
