Arabia Saudita: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia della Mecca

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Bella stanza pulita con cucina e lavatrice. Il colazione è eccellente. Molte scelte. Cibo occidentale e scelte medie est. Ci è un piccolo centro commerciale vicino. Distanza da camminare. Il letto è comodo per dormire.

Molto bello, ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare nel distaccamento, la palestra non doveva essere 24h ma nelle ore serali non era sempre aperta.

Questo sembra essere un hotel aperto di nuovo. L’iscrizione era pulita e la stanza era pulita, ma c’erano diverse questioni di servizio. Ci sono voluti più chiamate e circa 45 minuti prima che fosse stato consegnato un asciugamani, e solo dopo aver richiesto di nuovo, sono stati forniti più al giorno successivo. La custodia della casa era incoerente la mia stanza non era pulita il secondo giorno, e dovevo chiedere carta igienica supplementare. Le strutture interne erano molto limitate: solo un tipo di tè e caffè (nessun tè verde o decaffe), solo due crematrici, e nessun estratto come la tosta, i bagni o la lozione corporea. Il bagno era inconveniente, perché dovevo aspettare che il personale venga a chiudere e aprire il caffè. Il caffè era ancora in costruzione, quindi non c'era nessun caffè o snack. In generale, l'hotel si sente fondamentale in questa fase e potrebbe beneficiare di miglioramenti quali: • Assicurare la custodia della casa è coerente e tempestiva • Fornire servizi standard nelle stanze • Faccia acqua o tè disponibile in reception • Apertura di strutture come il jacuzzi e il caffè L'hotel è pulito e ha potenziale, ma ha bisogno di miglioramenti significativi per soddisfare le aspettative.

Grande e bella sistemazione, tutto è bellissimo nel resort e vale la pena visitarlo e consigliarlo una volta, e io e la mia famiglia abbiamo semplificato, così Dio ripete l'esperienza, grazie a Rexus per la buona ricezione 🤍🤍.

Room is generally clean and tidy upon check in. Very minor slip-ups that I didn't notice until hours later. Very good amenities provided, like shaving kit, body gel, weighing scales. Housekeeping didn't come during my stay, but that's OK as I appreciate privacy and only staying 2 nights. Breakfast has a decent range of Arabic (foul) and Western choices. Coffee is good. Special thanks to Hamad who recommended a guide to Al Wabah Crater at short notice, and provided a seamless check-in experience. A minor gripe is I had bad luck at ordering room service, no luck with Saudi Champagne and strawberry juice. The room service prices were very reasonable though.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

La posizione è lontana dalla città e vicina all'aeroporto. Reception, check-in e check-out sono ottimi. Il servizio in camera è buono, ma dopo la pulizia, è necessario recarsi alla reception ogni giorno per attivare la chiave. C'è un parcheggio. La rete mobile e internet in generale in hotel non sono buoni, soprattutto Google Maps, il che è un vero peccato. Tuttavia, la connessione internet in hotel è eccellente e funziona in modo efficiente. L'hotel si sviluppa su 6 piani e corridoi, ha un ristorante e una piscina. È aperta fino alle 23:00 o alle 24:00, il che causa un forte disturbo nelle camere al sesto piano a causa della musica ad alto volume.
