The staff and hotel were excellent overall...the breakfast was quite satisfactory...Room service fast and excellent...the only comment about the pool as the water was exceptionally cold and this prevented the kids from fully enjoying their time ...otherwise everything was quite good.

It was a great hotel and the suite was big and very spacious as well as very clean. Staff were very helpful and also buses every 30 minutes that would take you directly to Masjid Al-Hiram and back to the hotel very easily.

The bathroom smells and shower glass door is broken, so water flood the place. I was told this is opened in 2025 while on trip.com, it shows 2017, whichever the date, the premise looks ok only the rooms are little sad. The ironing board is cheap quality as the metal is sharp and the cloth covering the ironing board is torn.

الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة وفيها كل شي تحتاجه وفريق التنظيف اول ماطلبتهم جو نظفوا الغرفه ايضا مطعم الفندق ممتاز ونفذوا طلبي بكل التفاصيل
الفندق يوجد فيه مواقف سفليه دورين ولاكن مغلقه ولايوجد الا دور واحد فقط ولاكن ماواجهت مشكله في المواقف يعني طلعت اكثر من مره في اكثر من وقت ورجعت وحصلت موقف ولاكن السيارات الكبيرة مااتوقع تقدر تدخل فيها يعني مناسبه للسيارات المتوسطة والصغيرة
راح يكون فندقي المفضل في مدينة جدة في الزيارات القادمة

I had a pleasant night with this hotel. Nice room, really clean, bed was freshly mad. I got very sensitif skin, so i knew it when the bedsheet is not changed. My room was really quiet, i'm telling you, i slept like a baby. Friendly staff, repectfully und really helpfull. Really recommended, wish can take some more night with this hotel

MMister StephenFavoloso hotel. Bello lobby con sorgente quando entrate. Amore il suono dell'acqua. E l'odore. Questo hotel puzza così bene. Il personale del desk è molto utile e senza fretta. La mia stanza ha una vista eccellente sulla sorgente di King Fahd. La stanza stessa aveva molto spazio e era molto pulita. La pressione del doccia era forte e l'acqua calda. Ho dormito bene su un grande letto confortevole con letti comodi. L'hotel è stato intorno per decenni, ma sembra ancora grande. È una passeggiata molto breve per il Corniche. Rimarrò qui la prossima volta che sono a Jeddah. Valore per soldi.

NNofightRoom is generally clean and tidy upon check in. Very minor slip-ups that I didn't notice until hours later. Very good amenities provided, like shaving kit, body gel, weighing scales. Housekeeping didn't come during my stay, but that's OK as I appreciate privacy and only staying 2 nights. Breakfast has a decent range of Arabic (foul) and Western choices. Coffee is good. Special thanks to Hamad who recommended a guide to Al Wabah Crater at short notice, and provided a seamless check-in experience. A minor gripe is I had bad luck at ordering room service, no luck with Saudi Champagne and strawberry juice. The room service prices were very reasonable though.
