Arabia Saudita: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia della Mecca

La colazione è piuttosto ricca e la sera tardi c'è una grossa bistecca che puoi tagliare tu stesso ed è davvero buona. L'hotel è molto pulito, ma il pavimento è scivoloso dopo aver fatto la doccia, quindi bisogna stare attenti. C'è un supermercato magazzino a circa dieci minuti dall'hotel.

Sono arrivato prima delle due (inizio del check-in) e mi hanno lasciato entrare nella mia stanza. Ero così fortunato e grato che il mio viaggio a Jeddah era stanco:-) Tra i miei alloggi ho spesso chiesto alla ricezione di mandare la custodia nella mia stanza per ripararla un po’ quando sono fuori dalla città e la custodia ha fatto un ottimo lavoro! Tutto era pulito e ben attrezzato. E ho avuto l’acqua e il caffè ogni giorno. La zona intorno a questo hotel Ibis è ok. Potrebbe essere meglio e senza una macchina può essere pericoloso, anche perché c'è un'autostrada con un sacco di traffico accanto a essa. Ma in qualche modo ho riuscito a camminare a qualche distanza, anche se Jeddah non è una città passeggiabile. Il più vicino supermercato è come il Danubio e a circa 20 minuti a piedi. Il più vicino bus fermato per arrivare al centro storico di Jeddah è stato anche a 20 minuti a piedi. Purtroppo, il mio ultimo giorno, la ricezione mi ha chiamato alle 11:30 e mi ha chiesto perché non ho fatto il check-out. Ho detto loro che quando ho fatto il check-out, ho chiesto un check-out tardivo e il ricevitore ha accettato alle 1:30. Gli ho detto di inserirlo nel sistema, ma non lo ha fatto. Altrimenti nessuno mi avrebbe chiamato prima. Per favore, aggiornate il vostro personale, soprattutto quando ho dato un annuncio per farlo e per evitare le chiamate quando ho bisogno di un riposo adeguato prima di un lungo viaggio. Tutto in tutta la mia esperienza è stato bello. Ho anche visitato il giardino, che era ben attrezzato. 5 stelle vanno al eccellente custodia di casa!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Molto bello, ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare nel distaccamento, la palestra non doveva essere 24h ma nelle ore serali non era sempre aperta.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

Room is generally clean and tidy upon check in. Very minor slip-ups that I didn't notice until hours later. Very good amenities provided, like shaving kit, body gel, weighing scales. Housekeeping didn't come during my stay, but that's OK as I appreciate privacy and only staying 2 nights. Breakfast has a decent range of Arabic (foul) and Western choices. Coffee is good. Special thanks to Hamad who recommended a guide to Al Wabah Crater at short notice, and provided a seamless check-in experience. A minor gripe is I had bad luck at ordering room service, no luck with Saudi Champagne and strawberry juice. The room service prices were very reasonable though.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

L'hotel è molto buono per rimanere, ma quando sono arrivato lì mi è stato detto che non c'è spazio disponibile nonostante il fatto che ho prenotato nella stanza dal Regno Unito, una gentile lotta per quasi un'ora, allora ho avuto la stanza. Il personale dell'hotel non è stato prenotato se non avete una stanza disponibile. Ero stanco e volevo dormire, ma sono stato sorpreso di non avere una stanza disponibile. In generale, il mio soggiorno non era così male, tranne quello che era stato prima sorpreso.

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

La posizione è lontana dalla città e vicina all'aeroporto. Reception, check-in e check-out sono ottimi. Il servizio in camera è buono, ma dopo la pulizia, è necessario recarsi alla reception ogni giorno per attivare la chiave. C'è un parcheggio. La rete mobile e internet in generale in hotel non sono buoni, soprattutto Google Maps, il che è un vero peccato. Tuttavia, la connessione internet in hotel è eccellente e funziona in modo efficiente. L'hotel si sviluppa su 6 piani e corridoi, ha un ristorante e una piscina. È aperta fino alle 23:00 o alle 24:00, il che causa un forte disturbo nelle camere al sesto piano a causa della musica ad alto volume.
