Servizio e personale molto buoni. I mobili, i tappeti e le condizioni generali dell'hotel richiedono un rifacimento. Danni alla lampada, danni al lavandino. Camera impegnativa e confusa e ascensori per il parcheggio. Costo del parcheggio SAR250 a notte.

La proprietà è magnifica e grande posizione incredibile ospite dal personale del desk front to house maintenance and room service. Molto accogliente e utile persone Le camere sono sonore prova. Non sentite niente il silenzio era estremamente tranquillo. Anche i letti e le strutture erano sorprendenti. Molto confortevole e spazioso. Balcone era un più certamente. Suggerisco di tenere alcuni mobili all'aperto lì

Molto bello, ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare nel distaccamento, la palestra non doveva essere 24h ma nelle ore serali non era sempre aperta.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

☀️ Summer family vibes, all-inclusive style! 🌴 If you’re looking for a resort in Jeddah where you can literally check in and switch your brain off, this is the vibe. Water park, perfect for keeping the kids entertained all day. 🍽️ Eat all day long! There are so many restaurants and food options included, you’re basically on a continuous food tour 😂 My personal favorite is People’s Restaurant. definitely a must-try. And one of my favorite things: you can arrive early and leave late. Even before your official check-in or after check-out, you can still stay at the resort and enjoy the facilities. Food is included while you’re checked in, and once your stay officially ends, you can continue enjoying the resort facilities afterward while paying separately for food. (Shisha and redbull are chargeable ). Basically… you get a full day of resort time on both ends of your stay. 👌🏼 Perfect for a summer family escape where the kids are busy, the food keeps coming, and you don’t have to rush in or out. 🌴💦🍹

There’s a genuine issue with the lifts - before and after prayer times, expect to wait 10-20 minutes. The room I booked had a kitchen but no utensils, making it impractical to cook. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices - usually just one gravy dish, with the rest mostly sauces and salads. The dining area staff were few and unresponsive, and it’s hard to get assistance when needed. Food quality also falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable — the entrance to the Mataf is right in front, and there’s a food court and shopping mall within the same building, so everything you need is under one roof.

Room is generally clean and tidy upon check in. Very minor slip-ups that I didn't notice until hours later. Very good amenities provided, like shaving kit, body gel, weighing scales. Housekeeping didn't come during my stay, but that's OK as I appreciate privacy and only staying 2 nights. Breakfast has a decent range of Arabic (foul) and Western choices. Coffee is good. Special thanks to Hamad who recommended a guide to Al Wabah Crater at short notice, and provided a seamless check-in experience. A minor gripe is I had bad luck at ordering room service, no luck with Saudi Champagne and strawberry juice. The room service prices were very reasonable though.
