The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

The hotel is nice and located at the city center. The room looks great and the bed is so huge. Foods served during breakfast are yummy. I also like the live cooking (eggs and pancakes). There is a gym and pool although none did I able to use. The restaurant/bar at the top is so cozy. They have also great food choices, though a bit disappointing with limited choices for drinks. Overall, I love my stay for 3 nights and I highly recommend this hotel.

Хороший красивый отель внутри, есть парковка на заднем дворе закрыьая, рядом кофейня. Персонал дружелюбный, рекомендую. Минус только в старых розетках, маленьком душе, который заливал весь туалет, кондиционер старый из окна. Но в целом все отлично, хороший матрас и одеяло.

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

Rimaniamo qui ogni altro mese. Tutto è eccellente. Il loro ristorante Salt & Pepper ha un'ottima cena. È a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Calbayog. Calbayog è perfettamente situato per un volo di salto di circa un'ora a Manila o Cebu.

Easy access to transportation. They are able to cater to room service orders pretty late in the evening and the food servings are huge. It is important for reception to provide instruction when using the shower. I had a funny experience in the shower area 😂.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

Il nostro letto era un letto di grandezza e molto confortevole.Il colazione era buono ma limitato abbastanza per iniziare il vostro giorno, anche se dovevamo chiedere le uova entrambi i giorni, come nessuno ci ha detto che erano disponibili. Ho chiesto un omeletto, ma fu detto loro che andavano via, era alle 7:45 e il colazione andava a 10, che ho trovato strano entrambi i giorni. Tuttavia, io andrei e resterei quando ritorno a Tacloban in futuro.

Beautiful place, but pretty remote. It's 90 minutes on bad roads from Tacloban airport, which is pretty off the beaten track. Recommended for those who like being away from it all. Food is good, although not cheap. Wifi good in the restaurant, no mobile signal elsewhere.
