Le camere erano belle, ma uno dei miei dipendenti aveva un problema con la sua stanza: il divano di trapano era messo in tintura sul cuscino esterno/top, e il fondo del cuscino interno (letto) era orribile. Non voleva lamentarsi, ma disse che contatterà il dipartimento di fronte per farli sapere. Poteva essere pulito facilmente, ma il resto delle camere erano carine.

Estuve solo por una noche con mi pareja y la pasamos súper bien,la habitación estaba limpia y lista a la hora de entrada,en la recepción fueron muy amables y disfrutamos de los diversos juegos en el ****** y de una comida muy deliciosa.Sin dudas volvería 👌

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and it comes with a wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and a blankets are warm!

Abbiamo soggiornato con Drury prima, ma in diverse località a St. Louis. Questa è la nostra prima volta nella posizione Arch e non sarà la nostra ultima! È assolutamente meraviglioso servizio clienti. Miglior kickback ancora! Mio figlio ha avuto una bella esperienza di colpire il mercato per un pasto tardi e l'associato era gentile! Aveva una pizza a microonde e dolce, perfetto! Rimarrà assolutamente qui di nuovo.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station.

I had nothing but the best experience here. I booked online through a 3rd party, but when I called and talked to the front desk lady, she was extremely nice and made sure I had a room on the lower level due to mobility issues. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I was also able to bring my small dog with me, which was even better.

NnambismeriDesk front friendly and helpful. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared living and game area if wanted for a group. Convenienti posizione per le università e stazione ferroviaria o servizi urbani con auto o cammino. Purtroppo non ci sono parcheggi in loco, ma si può ottenere consigli su dove in città parcheggiare.

UUtente ospiteFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area.
I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

UUtente ospiteDisappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking
I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

RReedPUn posto assolutamente grande che si trova proprio lungo la strada dal nuovo stadione di calcio della città di St. Louis, è a due isolati da passeggiare dalla stazione Union Market della città. E' facilmente accessibile appena fuori dal I64.
Il letto era comodo, il bagno era pulito e abbastanza ben conservato. E il lato inferiore sarebbe quello del frigorifero. Era molto piccolo e non aveva sezione congelatore, che a seconda del visitatore potrebbe o non avrebbe bisogno. Vengo da lontano abbastanza e con i bambini che mi servivano per congelare i congelatori per i snack.
Il colazione ogni mattina era buono, era uova scramblete o uova scramblete con formaggio e salsa. Una mattina era una scelta di turche, patate di salsa o patate di salsa di maiale, mentre il giorno dopo era una scelta di legami di salsa di maiale o di salsa di pollo. Il punto di svolta sarebbe la mancanza di un produttore di waffle. Non so perché questo fa differenza, perché non mangio veramente waffle.Ma il mio bambino ama waffle e ama fare loro. E invece di avere un produttore di waffle, avevano una piastra calda piena di waffle congelate precotti che avevano precaldato per tutti.Oh, si', nelle mie foto vedrai una foto del latte del mio bambino. Non era scaduto, ma la pubblicità era su di esso e mi ha dato un po'di paura quando l'ho visto.
E a seconda dei piani, e di cosa devo stare vicino, se devo essere, sicuramente rimarrò qui con la mia famiglia. L'area era sicura, pulita, e ho dimenticato la parte più divertente ... Díreach intorno alla strada dall'FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

UUtente ospiteWe seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel.
Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited.
The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

Ho provato almeno altri cinque hotel, e dal momento che sono rimasto nel gennaio 2024, ripeto costantemente quando visitavo la città. Colazione è GRANDE! Questo non è il tuo tipico colazione ”INCLUSI!” Molto pulito! Stanno facendo riparazioni, e sarete molto sorpresi di quanto sia buono ogni volta che vai! Pieno di parcheggio e sicurezza! Rimani qui, non la rimpiangerai!

Ggmartin212This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it.
The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

E lui era agressivamente sconfortante, apparentemente arrabbiato con me, e il giorno dopo il cameriere era gentile e meraviglioso. Il desk front was nice but did not review any of the facilities no offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. nice but inattive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. L'hotel stesso è magnifico. There’s art set in an old gym. La rinovazione è ben fatto. Divertito molto. La vista dalla stanza era anche molto bello. La stanza stessa era standard con poche attenzione per dettagli delle cose che dovevano essere affrontate. Come manici rotti e accessori di bagno non funzionanti. In generale, consigliere questo hotel perché è unico. Big plus - permettono animali domestici!!! Sì!
