Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Berkshire

Accanto al Terminal T5 c'è una stazione di servizio e un piccolo supermercato di fronte. È relativamente comodo lasciare la città la mattina e non sarà troppo affollato. È a un'ora di macchina dalla città e molti gruppi di turisti scelgono di soggiornare qui. La camera è molto nella media. Al momento della prenotazione è stato dimostrato che c'è un piccolo frigorifero, ma in realtà non c'è! Abbiamo fatto il check-in con mia figlia, ma inaspettatamente ci è stato dato un letto extra. L'aria condizionata non deve essere calda, quindi la trapunta sul letto extra è stata utile. L'acqua del bagno era molto lenta. Prima che finissi di fare il bagno, l'acqua traboccava senza scendere. In camera non sono forniti acqua minerale, pantofole e set di cortesia. È necessario portare il proprio adattatore per la presa in camera. Accanto al lavandino è presente una presa per l'asciugacapelli che può essere utilizzata con le prese di ricarica dei cellulari Apple. Vicino al lavandino c'è paura dell'acqua, quindi prestare attenzione alla sicurezza quando lo si utilizza! La colazione può solo dirsi abbondante. Che sia buono o meno dipende dal gusto personale. L'orario della colazione è dalle 6:30 alle 10:30.

Rimaniamo sempre qui, ma in questa occasione non ero molto felice come le lamiere/cassa di letto si scioglievano. E la porta era rilassata, il che lo rendeva insafe. La stanza era cambiata alla fine, quindi sono felice di questo.

Hotel assolutamente brillante, personale fantastico che non poteva più fare per i visitatori, camere pulite e aree comuni pulite, molte attività per occupare i bambini durante il soggiorno e molte refresci durante il giorno, tra cui buon colazione e cena opzioni. Abbiamo usato la piscina due volte al giorno durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo visitato l'arcade e le tracce esterne parco/natura e la sezione esterna di giochi e nessuno dei miei figli voleva tornare a casa. Io consiglio al 100% questo hotel a tutti e sicuramente visiterò di nuovo!

We booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could. The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. Thank you for showing how hotel service can be ❤️

This is the first time I’ve stayed in many years, in fact it hasn’t changed it’s like going back into a time warp back to the 90s. Il personale è molto bello e il colazione è molto buono (hanno uova reali). Ora le cose non buone. Le camere sono di base e antiquate, ma la nostra materassi era vecchia, in realtà era scavata nel mezzo. Essendo un membro dell'IGG, avevano una settimana di lealtà dando prezzi che era un bel toccamento ma hanno rimosso la bottiglia d'acqua libera (non buona) Tutto in tutto a 6.5/10

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Nice and clean hotel. The accommodation is a bit further from the train station, but it’s still a 15-minute walk—a pleasant stroll past some charming little houses

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Reading-South M4, Jct.11 per una notte e ho avuto una molto positiva esperienza complessiva. La posizione è conveniente, soprattutto per coloro che viaggiano attraverso il M4, e le strutture dell'hotel sono state moderne, pulite e ben mantenute. Tutto, dall'iscrizione alla camera, mi ha soddisfatto le aspettative, rendendo un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. I’d rate my experience a 9/10 the only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 would be the inclusion of free parking. Besides that, I had a great stay and would happy consider returning in the future.

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.
