We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms are spacious with a large king bed. The bathroom can be bigger, its very compact. Breakfast had less choice for vegetarians. A bit far from the market and pub street but tuk tuk are available

La nostra famiglia è arrivata tardi sera, benvenuta dal personale dell'hotel con bevande rinfrescanti e un campione di snack cambogiano. La vera ospitalità e il caldo che ci hanno fatto doccia erano davvero speciali, e il personale era molto cortese, attento al dettaglio più piccolo. La Mansione Khmer, più grande del boutique, è stata ben decorata e mostrava alcuni dei suoi patrimoni. Il cibo (buffet breakfast e ala carte) era delizioso e aveva una buona varietà. Non potevamo chiedere una più speciale palazzo per rimanere a Siem Reap!

The room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.

Tutto su questo posto è eccellente e meraviglioso! Il personale è molto amichevole, accogliente e utile. Le camere sono bellissime, la zona della piscina è spettacolare e l'intero posto ha un ambiente molto tranquillo e accogliente. Il buffet del colazione includeva una vasta gamma di cibi deliziosi e abbiamo scelto di cenare qui ogni notte. Ho viaggiato un po' nel corso della mia vita, e Metta Residence e Spa è al primo posto della mia lista di posti preferiti per restare. Sarò di nuovo sicura! Grazie mille!

L'ostello della gioventù progettato nel modo più dettagliato in cui abbia mai soggiornato! Ci sono dieci persone in una stanza. L'area del dormitorio è molto grande. I letti al secondo piano hanno abbastanza spazio per riporre le cose. C'è anche uno specchio premuroso + un design sicuro (è necessario portare la propria password). molti specchi sulla porta, il che è molto comodo! C'è anche un servizio di tour di gruppo per Angkor Wat ogni giorno, quindi non devi preoccuparti di trovare un passaggio! Molto conveniente! La separazione tra umido e asciutto nella doccia è molto discreta. L'unico inconveniente è che il bagno scarica un po' lentamente.

The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable.
