I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale. La ricezione è stata un'impressione positiva, con il personale che ci ha resi veramente benvenuti all'arrivo, ma questa esperienza iniziale è stata un po' sovrascontrata dalla evidente necessità di modernizzazione dell'hotel in molte aree. La camera, pur funzionale, mostrava chiari segni di invecchiamento, particolarmente notevoli nella camera da bagno, dove la condizionamento del bagno ha influenzato sia l’aspetto che la pulizia. Sebbene non insalubre, le strutture date hanno certamente colpito il comfort e il lusso complessivo che si aspetta da un soggiorno alberghiero. Le strutture lasciano molto da desiderare, ma la palestra è sottodimensionata e dispone di attrezzature antiquate. Per quanto riguarda le opzioni di cena, il ristorante Latitude offre un servizio di buffet, anche se a 4000 RNI per due persone, si sente troppo costoso per l'esperienza complessiva. Il nostro soggiorno è stato notevolmente colpito dal rumore di una celebrazione di compleanno che ha continuato fino alle 10 pm. Anche se comprendevo che gli hotel ospitano eventi, un migliore isolamento acustico o gestione eventi sarebbe stato apprezzato per mantenere il comfort degli ospiti. We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a soli 3 km dall'aeroporto. Puoi provare a camminare in un tour privato, ma fa molto caldo e l'ambiente esterno è un po' pessimo.
