Ho soggiornato a St. Regis Mumbai per due notti la scorsa settimana e ho avuto una buona esperienza. Il processo di check-in è stato efficiente e il personale ha mantenuto un alto livello di professionalità durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa, impecabilmente pulita, e offreva una vista impressionante della città, la custodia della casa era coerente e attenta, assicurando che tutto fosse in ordine senza dover chiedere nulla. Non ho provato il servizio di colazione, ma ho visitato il bar al 37° piano, che era un'illuminazione del soggiorno. La squadra di servizio al bar è stata attenta e l'esperienza generale è stata fatta per una serata piacevole. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. È stata una grande esperienza. I ristoranti sono buoni, anche se si deve essere sicuri se si amano i sapori auttici della cucina sud-indiana. Perché il paneer divora un po' amaro a causa di diverse spezie usate nella cucina sud-indiana. In generale, un grande hotel e è tranquillo essere nel grande lobby alti soffitti.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Dovresti aggiungere una macchina per il caffè.In generale, era decente 👌🏾

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale. Le camere sono sul lato più piccolo, ma il servizio è eccellente e la posizione è grande. Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale. We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
