Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Siamo stati a questo hotel per una notte, ma siamo stati impressionati dalle strutture, ma purtroppo siamo molto delusi perché abbiamo dimenticato un oggetto e il personale ci ha detto che non potevano trovarlo, che non era vero.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Regenta Place Amritsar, dove il servizio eccezionale e la posizione principale hanno fatto la differenza. Il personale si è reso conto che erano incredibilmente utili e accoglienti, andando oltre e oltre per garantire una buona esperienza, da check-in senza problemi precoce a risolvere rapidamente le esigenze che si sono manifestate . Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, offrendo un rilassante ritiro dopo un giorno di esplorazione, e il ristorante sul posto ha servito deliziose cibo con una vasta gamma di opzioni . La sua posizione confortevole vicino al tempio d'oro e altre attrazioni chiave hanno reso la città senza difficoltà.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

The location is great. Just opposite to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib. Amenities mostly fine although I personally had some issues with bath room and main door of the room. The staff is polite but the rooms do need a thorough check for issues because a guest shouldn't be waiting to get things fixed if they are only staying for a day.
