Ci hanno lasciato rimanere per 3 ore, perché il treno era al pomeriggio e non ci hanno pagato niente. *** agire molto gentile.

Service is excellent. Room was clean and neat. Only there was not hanger in bathroom to keep the towels and other things at the time of bath. Hot water is 24 hours available.

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

Non si fornisce così amichevole persone alla reception quanto non si fornisce abbastanza informazioni. Il personale ha bisogno di formazione. La qualità dei cibi è buona e il personale nel ristorante è molto buona. La stanza è buona ma ancora una volta manca ***y oggetti di utilità che è normale per questo tipo di hotel. Ogni volta che si deve chiedere prodotti che mancano, talvolta asciugamani e talvolta scarpe che è molto irritante, è successo anche in soggiorno precedente e hanno inviato una lettera di scusa ma non hanno lavorato per trasmettere le informazioni.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

It was in convenient location for me and the rooms were great.

excellent location, supporting staff and professional staff. Privacy at its peak. Rooms are very well maintained and hygienic. Recommend to stay with your friends and family.
