Hotel molto decente con buoni servizi dal personale dell'hotel. Venite con onsen & spa, nonché grandi camere e bagni. Meno di 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione Karuizawa, centro sci e Prince Shopping Plaza. L'hotel offre anche servizi di autobus a vela gratuito attraverso e verso la stazione Karuizawa che sono convenientemente accessibili al centro sci (servizi di autobus a vela gratuita al di fuori della stazione Karuizawa) e alla Prince Shopping Plaza (caccia di pietra dalla stazione Karuizawa).

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children during a two-night trip to Karuizawa in early February. The hotel is around 100 years old and its claim to fame is that John Lennon has stayed there. The piano that he played on is still in the bar. Location: The hotel is near Old Ginza Street and around a 15-minutes drive from Karuizawa station. It was not difficult to find, but you must navigate a narrow approach to the hotel which is icy at this time of the year, so you must drive carefully. Cleaniness: The staff told me that the hotel was only recently and everything was very clean and in good condition. Service: The receptionist that conducted the check-in was probably the Japanese that spoke the best English that I had encountered on this trip. He spent a lot of time explaining the hotel to our family. The porter was also very helpful and polite. When we asked for extra toothbrushes and slippers for the children, housekeeping was very prompt in delivering them and even brought some children's robes for my sons. Facilities: The hotel did not have many facilities. There is a small shop, a bar and a french restaurant but not much else. Some rooms had private hot springs in them and they gave us the opportunity to upgrade. Our room, had a small balcony even though we were on the ground floor. It looked onto a wooded area so there was not much to see, especially at night. However, when it snowed the next morning, my kids loved going out and playing in the snow. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. It was a simple American breakfast very well presented. It was very pleasurable to look out into the inner courtyard with it was snowing. Overall: I like this hotel as it has a lot of character. It is architecturally attractive and has kept a lot of its charm despite renovation. The staff are very professional and polite. I would stay in this hotel again.

Rimasi alla fine di giugno per vedere l'incredibile vista di Itawake. Nessuna sciazione, solo soffocando nella natura di Hakuba. Hotel era tranquillo, circondato da alberi perfetto per le passeggiate rilassanti. Il personale era amichevole e super utile. La stanza era pulita, un po' piccola per quello che abbiamo prenotato. La colazione era buona, una miscela di giapponesi e occidentali. Il cibo era l'accento reale così rinfrescante dopo un giorno. Anche senza neve, Mominoki era una grande base. Cosy, tranquillo, e benvenuto. Sarebbe rimasto.

Had a really pleasant stay overall. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. Service was excellent 👍 staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities were also complete and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Il personale ha provato il meglio, ma la loro competenza inglese è un problema. L'hotel era fuori dalla dimensione di sci che uno dei nostri gruppi aveva bisogno. Ci era molto limitato (quasi nessun) cibo vegetariano disponibile anche se lo avevamo richiesto prima della partenza (alcuni dei nostri gruppi erano vegetariani). Non c'erano stazioni televisive inglesi, l'hotel è stato ben presentato con grande pulizia di casa e il ronzio è stato molto apprezzato.

L'Hotel Marroad è a pochi minuti dall'autobus della stazione, e può essere raggiunto a piedi.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 4 persone e la dimensione della stanza è buona a un prezzo molto ragionevole (compreso il colazione). Le strutture sono un po 'antica. Tuttavia, la stanza e le strutture sono molto pulite. Veniamo a sci e l'hotel ha un servizio di noleggio (molto più economico di quello che si noleggia in campo sciistico) che è molto conveniente. Inoltre, ci mandano a sci ogni giorno. Il personale può parlare poco inglese, ma sono tutti molto amichevoli e utili.Il colazione è delizioso, ed è un tentativo.

Siamo profondamente grati per l'eccellente cura mostrata dall'assistente dell'hotel Akemi durante il nostro soggiorno. Quando siamo stati inaspettatamente bloccati nella neve in una zona lontana, lei è andata da sola a trovarci e offre un'assistenza gentile per chiedere il supporto del camion a trazione. Ci ha guidati in sicurezza all’hotel, anche se avevamo già controllato, e ci ha accolti con tè e biscotti per tenerci caldi mentre aspettavamo. La sua attenzione e dedizione sono andate ben oltre il dovere, e la sua gentilezza ha trasformato una situazione stressante in una memoria toccante.Grazie sincere per questa genuina ospitezza, è qualcosa che non dimenticheremo mai.

This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

Очень интеллигентная, спокойная, обстановка, настраивающая на незабываемый отдых. Всем рекомендую остаться здесь минимум на 2-3е суток, получите незабываемый опыт, который в будущем даст мысль об обязательном возвращении. Восторг! Может быть потому что всего лишь второй раз в Японии? Очень приятные воспоминания.
