Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

La posizione è eccellente. C'è un collegamento diretto tra l'hotel e la stazione Nagano. Quindi è molto facile arrivare alla stazione ferroviaria con il nostro bagaglio. Ci siamo trasferiti solo una notte e Nagano è solo il nostro punto di transito verso altre attrazioni. Quindi non siamo riusciti a vedere molto a Nagano.Ma abbiamo notato che ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti a piedi. Il personale è amichevole, ma alcuni non parlano molto inglese.

We did last min booking due to change of trip plan and we ended up in a nice, cozy and Nordic style hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is very new. Gym is cool. convenient store and 1-2 restaurants within walking distance. Location ideally for self drive traveller.

Rather old property. Some stains on the sofa, though they do not look like it can be cleaned. Other that that room is generally clean. However, hotel claimed that they do not have aircon during winter season, and said the only way to cool the room was to off the heater (which is the only mode the aircon duct can release), or open the window, though it is prone to bugs entering the room. Not recommended. Can stay at better properties near nagano station at similar price points.

My recent stay at Hotel JAL City Nagano was a pleasant experience. The hotel is remarkably clean, which was a top priority for me. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is another major highlight. It's just a short walk from Nagano Station, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train. 在白馬滑雪的旅程中，雖然不是自駕，交通稍顯不便（班次較少的接駁巴士有時無法完全配合需求），但酒店的前台服務讓我感受到了無比的溫暖與貼心。在此，我衷心感謝幾位前台服務人員的熱情協助與專業服務。 這次是一人首次前往白馬滑雪，對當地環境不熟悉，且沒有自駕，加上需要將行李寄回機場，過程中遇到了不少挑戰。首先特別感謝一位較年長的男服務員，他親切有禮，幫我辦理了宅急便速遞服務，過程十分細心，讓我倍感安心。 其次，感謝一位身材較矮、稍胖但滿面笑容的男服務員。他在得知我因接駁巴士未按時到達而在大堂苦等兩小時後，盡力協助我召喚計程車前往雪場，雖然最終未能成功，但他對我的堅持表示理解，並始終熱心幫助。當我回到酒店後，由於時間緊迫，他主動向上司請示，迅速協助安排酒店車送我到車站，以便我能趕上巴士和JR列車前往東京。同時，他還幫我提取寄存的行李並協助搬運，全程比我本人還焦急，讓我深受感動。由於事發當時過於匆忙，我未能當面表達感謝或給予小費，實在深感抱歉。 另外，還想表揚一位年輕的女服務員。她雖然經驗尚淺，但仍然細心負責，盡力解決我的問題，讓我感受到她的用心與專業。 在這次旅途中，這幾位服務人員的真誠與熱忱為我提供了極大的幫助。即使面對突發狀況，他們始終設身處地為住客著想，展現了卓越的服務態度。下次再訪白馬，我一定會再次選擇入住這家酒店，因為他們的服務讓人感到賓至如歸。再次感謝！ 另外，整理房間嘅員工們亦都很專業，禮貌盡責。至於酒店設備、整潔、裝修及餐廳食物質素及款式，都很讚。

The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

La posizione è grande, gratuitamente bus tra stazione e hotel. Anche facile da raggiungere alla partenza. La colazione è altamente raccomandato, può scegliere tra giapponese e occidentale, entrambi sono deliziosi. Vicino al parco sciistico, può godere tutto il giorno sciare lì. Il cibo è grande dopo tutto il giorno di esercizio, rapidamente alleviare la stanchezza. Molto raccomandato!!

37〜 Ha una scuola di sci 8 anni fa. Sono nostalgico nello stesso posto dell'attuale reception. Sono felice che la sala sia molto bella. Ma non è bella la zona di fumo? Inoltre, voglio fare un po'di calore in estate calda.
