The hotel is nice, from the station about 10 minutes walk almost in a straight line, wake up. The room was originally wrong, it was reserved for smokers, even though we don't smoke, the room was given the appropriate one, the smell in it was just not very good, like for those who don't smoke at all, it started already on the floor.But the staff, fortunately, were able to find us a replacement for a non-smoking room, yes, less, yes one big bed instead of two, but with stunning mountain views and a coffee machine. This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

This second time in this hospitable hotel. While a short distance away from the Karuizawa station, it is quite well located to nearby old town and buses to a number of places of interests. The hotel seems like a boutique hotel. Its decoration has not changed since 2023. The dinning room is redecorated with more seats. It is more like a cozy lounge. At the reception area, one can find an assortment of tea bags with some special infusions. Of course coffee is there as well.

La stanza era grande e potevamo vedere il lago Suwa. I letti erano preparati da personale e il colazione era anche buono. Potevamo anche godere dei roncini giù. Anche ci hanno lasciato controllare un'ora dopo. Esperienza perfetta

Spacious rooms with beautiful mountain views. Free parking with a large parking area. The onsen is big and very relaxing. The staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A dated hotel just off the Prince Karuizawa Outlets. Short drive away from the Old Karuizawa Ginza so the location is lovely. The coin laundry was just 2 washers and 2 dryers serving 70 + rooms so the wait can be long.
