Overall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

Nice room and my son enjoy the pool very much. The view is amazing. Tried the massage and feeling good. The customer service at the front desk, Shanti is very friendly and arrange us at the high floor room with the great view. We love it. Thanks to Shanti. We also tried Jade Restaurant, the foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast have a lot of variety and the cake shop named M is also very nice. Will be back again for our upcoming stay.

Stayed overnight at Kuala Namu airport. The hotel is inside the airport, so convenient. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfasts have many options.

I love it here. Just I forgot to take some pictures in the room. Just at the buffet corner. The staff are friendly. Most Indonesians are friendly. Since it’s a new hotel there’s nothing much I can say about this hotel. The buffet however just so-so. Not much variety. I will come back. In sya Allah

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

L'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina, anche se non ho avuto l'opportunità di goderla, ma ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno influenzato il mio soggiorno. In primo luogo, la pressione dell’acqua all’hotel era deplorabile, facendo la doccia un po’ difficile. Le lamiere erano notevolmente vecchie e in sostituzione. Ho incontrato anche un problema con le anatre nella mia stanza e nel bagno, che era molto inconveniente.

Sono rimasti in questo hotel diverse volte, perché è uno dei migliori a Brastagi. Ma questa volta ha avuto una molto cattiva esperienza. Andare il giorno della settimana per evitare la folla il fine settimana, ma l'hotel è ancora pieno di così tanti gruppi di governo. Tutte le circostanze, da un momento all'hotel fino al momento in cui entrate nella vostra stanza, sono soddisfatte con l'odore delle loro sigarette che rende l'aria non è rinfrescante. Si sente davvero come se entrasse e soggiornasse in un ostello invece di un hotel 4-5*. Anche loro osano fumare nella zona non fumatori di colazione e nessun personale interessato. Rimanendo al super deluxe, nuovamente rinnovato, si manifesta con la pelle piccante su entrambe le mani e le gambe coz della pulizia del letto. Dunno è un letto bug o no, ma ci sono alcuni snacks residuo e tintura sul letto. Il personale di pulizia deve essere migliorato! Hanno anche dimenticato di riempire le borse di tè/caffè e devo chiederle dalla ricezione. Non si può davvero godere la notte.. i gruppi hanno una festa all'azalea con un grande oratore suonato fino a tardi mezzanotte. L'hotel dovrebbe considerare gli altri ospiti in particolare quelli che soggiornano con anziani o bambini. È possibile immaginare fino a 2am e ancora così rumoroso! Ohmygod.. mio bambino non può dormire bene e cranky tutte le notti. L'hotel non dovrebbe dare il permesso di usare la sala fino a così tardi e disturbare gli altri ospiti. Questo è davvero sleale.. noi paghiamo anche per il nostro soggiorno! Super Deluxe stanza è così male calda. Torna sul tetto del ventilatore, e polvere dal ventilatore cadde a letto. Oh, mio Dio, completa! Hot+Ruisy e anche sentire un altro bambino piangeva da un'altra stanza.. Questo gruppo ha davvero fatto un buon lavoro a sprecare le vacanze dei restanti ospiti dell'hotel. Mikie Holiday dovrebbe rimanere le regole del gruppo, nonostante vengano dal governo o dal pubblico.

Grand Sakura 4*Hotel is conveniently located near Medan Centerpoint and Railway Train Station. Excellent facilities such as 2 restaurants, services booking counter, tidbits selling counter, 2 elevators lift and a team of friendly concierge staffs dressed in Indonesian Batik uniform. Buffet breakfast (7-10am) offered good Nasi Lemak and noodles. Do try the plain tea with sugar after a spicy meal to reset the palate. Decent standard room comes with fridge, safe etc. However, an unconnected WIFI as a results I had to use my 4G data mobile hotspot for my laptop and the room power socket points are few. Nearby spot a crowded and delicious eateries outlet (KUPI) runs by BAI Train where you can try Indonesian foods, DimSum and Western. Do make order payment at the centre counter before proceeding to inform stalls. I did it with Google Translate App. (Eng to Indo) Pics also shown my preferred room drink and biscuits available at Medan supermarket.

We stayed at The Crew hotel for one night before heading to the airport. A shuttle in the morning as well as breakfast in the morning served from 6 am was included which was very convenient. The staff at the check in wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the questions we had. Moreover, make sure to have 1000 IDR in cash since it is the deposit. Overall the room was really dark and could have been a bit cleaner. However, just staying for a night close to the airport and with the shuttle and breakfast it was a good choice and can be recommended for that purpose.

We had a short overnight stay at this hotel, aka D'Primahotel Kualanamu, before an early flight to Denpasar. I have to say I was super impressed with this hotel. Incredibly good value for money. The room was basic but clean, functional and with pretty much everything you might need for a short stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Because we arrived in the evening and left at 6am, we didn’t get to use the pool or the gym. Nor did we have time for breakfast. The pool looked excellent, and very clean. The gym looked basic, but enough for a quick workout. At this price, though, both were an unexpected bonus. One thing - the hotel offers a two hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport. The 6am bus suited us perfectly. We reserved seats when we arrived, so it was a bit frustrating to have to wait until 6:15am. Reception waited until we checked out before they contacted the driver. It was already booked and they were expecting us, so it should’ve been waiting.

Una compagnia aerea pagava per il nostro gruppo di rimanere qui quando un volo fu cancellato. La stanza era buona. L'A/C funzionava bene e la stanza era pulita. La doccia aveva acqua calda. Il buffet per colazione era molto minimo. La gente fumava accanto a noi. Il desk front non ha una zona di stoccaggio chiusa per il bagaglio se la tua stanza non è pronta. Le altre recensioni hanno detto che il “centro di fitness” non aveva A/C, quindi non mi sono disturbato. Quindi non c'era niente da fare. Il centro commerciale vicino alla porta ha solo un negozio di comodità e un negozio di caffè. Non c'è posto dove andare. Ero davvero stanco. OK se hai bisogno di qualche ora accanto all'aeroporto- ma non aspettare molto.

Hôtel situé près de l'autoroute et du riche quartier de Cemarah Asrie. Personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner. Chambres correctes mais préférer une loin des ascenseurs. Seul bémol, la propreté des chambres est limite et certains draps et serviettes sont à remplacer.

Pro: Die Lage ist toll, es gibt einige Cafés und Restaurants und einen Indomaret in der Nähe und es ist nah am Flughafen. Auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist für die Größe gut aufgeteilt. Das Wifi ist gut. Con: Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war stark verkalkt. Ich habe versehentlich das Bettlaken angehoben und es waren Haare auf der Matratze, die nicht mir gehörten. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da zu jeder Tageszeit Leute kommen und gehen. Kleiderhaken wären auch schön, da es kaum Platz gibt, um Sachen abzulegen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass zwei Personen mit großen Koffern dort unterkommen. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz - Toast, Butter und Schokostreusel. Das kann man dann auch gleich seinlassen.

Mio marito e io ci siamo trasferiti due volte, prima e dopo un tour di eco a Sumartra. Questo è un bel hotel vicino all'aeroporto, con un servizio di navetta da e verso l'aeroporto. Camere confortevoli, bellissime aree e una grande piscina. Molto amichevole personale.

Rooms/beds ok and clean for Indonesian standards. However, staff do not speak English, which I cannot understand for a hotel so close to the airport. Check-in took very long - even for the Indonesian guests in front of me. No explanation about the rooms, which story I have to go etc. You are let alone. Further, they scam with the airport shuttle service. It used to be free before Corona, now you have to pay 50k, but BE AWARE, they charge this per booking and not per group. I was with a group with two separate bookings and they charged us 100k, which is ridiculously much for this 10min ride. But still one car. Better book a Grab! Cheaper and no scam.
