Australia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Territorio del Nord

La posizione è molto conveniente, in quanto è vicino al centro e al centro commerciale. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Tuttavia, alcune camere sono viste in grado di accedere al pubblico, quindi la privacy può essere necessario essere protetta. A causa dei corridoi e dei giardini aperti che circondano tutte le camere, potrebbe essere molto rumoroso se altri ospiti hanno conversazioni. Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

La camera è piccola ma pulita nella zona urbana.Solo le foglie sul letto che non si sentono così comode e la camera è un po'difficile - con con l'aria combatteva. Buon servizio clienti amichevole.

L'atmosfera era tranquilla e accogliente, rendendola il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. La posizione è eccellente, vicino a tutto quello che avete bisogno intorno a Yulara. Il servizio era eccellente, con personale sempre amichevole, accogliente e felice di aiutare. Il pranzo era anche un evidenziamento Geckos e Ayers Wok entrambi offrono delizioso cibo che rendeva davvero il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In generale, l'Hotel Lost Camel ha superato le mie aspettative. Un soggiorno confortevole, un servizio eccellente e un luogo ideale.

The apartments was big and spacious in the Darwin waterfront precinct. good stay.

Nice camping

Contrary to some reviews which said that only The Desert Rose hotel had views of Uluru, my room here had a balcony, from the balcony we could see Uluru. It was lovely.

Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..
