Australia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Territorio del Nord

Arrivato a un segno in ricezione “torna alle 8:00” dovevamo aspettare mezz’ora (ricezione 24 ore) quindi dopo un lungo volo non era buono. La zona di ricezione non è anche fumata di fumo. Non c’è ascensore al secondo piano, quindi un problema se hai un bagaglio pesante. L'hotel era rumoroso di notte con persone nel cortile molto tardi alla notte. La piscina sembrava insostenibile e sporca. Inoltre il WiFi lavorava solo in ricezione. Il hotel è in una posizione molto buona, le camere sono pulite e spaziose, con letti e asciugamani puliti.

The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Mi aspettavo di più dato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, apparentemente già considerato bassa stagione. La piscina laguna è stata deludente e mi aspettavo standard più elevati, più personale e pulizia. Il cibo del ristorante dell'hotel è costoso a meno che non sia ******** e apparentemente avrebbe avuto un grande sconto. Il servizio in camera era buono e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era buono. Mi aspettavo che piccoli comfort come l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita fossero più generosi dato il caldo. Apparentemente solo 2 bottiglie al check-in anche se siamo rimasti 2 notti. Bagno e articoli da toeletta ragionevoli anche se la porta del bagno aveva un tamburo che rendeva scomodo aprirla perché si chiudeva automaticamente.

È adiacente al Windsurf Hotel, proprio nel cuore del resort, e probabilmente ha la posizione migliore, il che è un vantaggio! La pulizia è eccellente, i servizi in camera sono adeguati e c'è una bellissima piscina. L'unico inconveniente è che la reception non è aperta 24 ore su 24. Se partecipate a un evento la mattina presto del giorno della partenza, dovrete effettuare il check-out e depositare i bagagli al Windsurf Hotel. Tuttavia, di solito verrete trasportati lì, quindi non è un grosso problema. In sintesi, consiglio solo due hotel a Uluru. Se siete disposti a spendere, prenotate il Windsurf Hotel, che offre i servizi standard di un hotel a cinque stelle ed è davvero di lusso. Se cercate un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, scegliete il Lost Camel, perché è adiacente ai migliori hotel, condivide i servizi comuni e ha una posizione fantastica!

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

The spot is very convenient and staffs are all friendly! The only concern will be the room is facing main road, so it will sometimes be noisy but not a big deal!

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

Hotel 5 stelle con una bella struttura e un ambiente esterno. La stanza è molto spaziosa e si trova sul giardino. Hotel a prezzi costosi e non vale la pena, perché c'è una scelta molto migliore nel Desert Hotel Garden sotto lo stesso gruppo. Anche il servizio del personale potrebbe essere con un sorriso più amichevole e un atteggiamento più accogliente. Non sono sicuro se sono orari part-time o personale di vacanza di lavoro, perché alcuni mostrano la loro inesperienza in servizio. Altri settori per il miglioramento sono insufficienti segnali direzioni in un così vasto hotel di resort, nessun numero di stanza sul telefono in camera, tinture trovate sulle pareti in bagno e in bagno (a causa dei minerali presenti nell'acqua fluida dall'area per spiegazione di gestione).
