We stayed here for 1 night and upon arrival, was given a room, before check in time, which was great. However, the room had not been cleaned properly, and felt very dirty, old and dated. I spoke to reception and they changed our room immediately. The new room was perfect, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were amazing, and very attentive. The breakfast was not very good at all unfortunately, the options were limited and the quality poor.

Really nice budget hotel with a pool. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Good overnight stay and close to the shopping centre by cars.

La posizione è grande. Vicino al teatro, Xscape e un breve taxi al Hub. Perfetto iniziare la sera con cocktail nel Quarto Bar, vista sulla città. Tutti bellissimo personale. La colazione aveva una buona scelta di pasticceria, cereali e inglese completo. La stanza ha guardato il parco. Le letti erano molto comodi. I bagni di Elemis nel doccia. Se parchi nel multi-store per più di 9 ore, puoi scontarlo a 10 sterline. 

Grande hotel grande personale. Se avete una macchina elettrica, evitare come tutti gli ospiti parcheggiano in baia di carico. Quattro auto non sono elettriche in baia tutta la notte. E' necessario che si trovi in una situazione in cui non ho avuto alcuna accusa e non sono stato in grado di farla, che è davvero irritante, come non dovrebbe accadere.

I have been a few times to this Moxy and paid for parking on my check out. Usually deducted from my deposit. (£25) This time I wasn’t aware it’s a new payment parking system, and did not see the sign at reception telling you this. Now I’m waiting to see if I have a fine! When I asked reception about this situation the girl said I don’t really know about this as it’s new.

La posizione è molto buona per shopping, teatro e cinema. il parcheggio è limitato e costoso. Il colazione è davvero buona. i frutti freschi sono molto buoni, come gli elementi di cibo cotti.

Il centro è ideale e conveniente per il soggiorno di business.La stanza è molto pulita, accogliente e internet abbastanza veloce per qualsiasi riunione teleconferenza.Il design interno è molto elegante.

Due notti.L'edificio è più vecchio, e le strutture della stanza sono più equivalenti al livello della stagione nazionale. Le condizioni di igiene sono cattive, il cappello è sporco, e il lavabo del viso è bloccato nel lavaggio dell'acqua. Alle nove del personale non c'è nessuno per riparare. È stato costretto a lavare i denti con lavatrice.La colazione è buona. C'è un lago fuori, il paesaggio è bello.

Gutted that parking was an added issue with 7pounds per night and when we got to the room a welcome nite was on the television that greeted you but the wrong person was on the screen. Apart from that the stay was nice and quiet.
