Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

Il mio soggiorno recente all'Hotel Grand Cityhall è stato davvero eccezionale e supera le mie aspettative. Questo è stato evidente in ogni angolo dell'hotel, dal design interno eccellente, una miscela di tocchi classici e moderni, ai dettagli pensieri all'interno delle camere. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso questa esperienza davvero inoltrabile è la qualità del servizio. L'equipaggio di Grand Cityhall ha illustrato gli standard di ospite 5-Star. Tutti i membri del personale che ho incontrato sono stati amici, attenti e veramente utili. Il processo di check-in era insolito, e mi sentivo davvero apprezzato come ospite.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica e la camera è molto spaziosa con un letto confortevole. L'unica denuncia che abbiamo è che abbiamo prenotato una stanza senza fumare, ma ci viene detto che è piena e dobbiamo rimanere in una stanza con forte odore di tabacco. Il personale dell'hotel ha cercato di pulire la stanza fresca, ma il forte odore continua a spruzzare. In generale l'hotel è un buon soggiorno se vuoi solo un posto confortevole e sicuro per dormire dopo un lungo giorno, ma non aspettare strutture o servizi di lusso.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che hanno bisogno di un confortevole posto per riposare durante un lungo layout o una breve visita. La stanza era pulita, tranquilla e ben mantenuta, con un letto confortevole che rendeva facile ottenere un sonno di qualità dopo il viaggio. Il personale era amichevole e professionale, e il check-in/out era semplice ed efficiente. Le strutture erano adeguate per un breve soggiorno e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era calma e rilassante. Sebbene nulla fosse troppo lussuoso, tutto era funzionale e soddisfaceva le aspettative; per il prezzo e per lo scopo del soggiorno, era un'esperienza solida e rimarrei qui se viaggiassi attraverso la zona.

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

Questa è stata la mia 6a notte di soggiorno con prenotazioni successive separate a causa della situazione sconosciuta delle condizioni di nostra madre che era in ospedale vicino. Tutto questo hotel era buono e conveniente, soprattutto il personale. Non utilizzare le altre strutture dell'hotel, ad eccezione del sonno e del colazione.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. Check in was fast. Breakfast is normal. The location is near to shopping centre. By grabs, it takes abt 1 hour frm airport. However, the room need to be renovated as quite old. Not the usual jw mariott standard.

This is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

comfortable hotel, decent buffet spread and location is quite central but not too noisy. however, building seems to be quite old so can see the aged furniture and fittings in the room - doesn't affect the accomodation at all. surrounding area doesn't have much nearby amenities but can always grabmart for stuff which is fine.

It is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.
