The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

이번 모리오카 1인 여행으로 싱글룸에 숙박했는데 전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 역과 직결된 접근성이 최고였습니다!!!! 비나 눈이 와도 바로 호텔로 이동할 수 있어서 이동 스트레스가 전혀 없었어요. 객실과 시설도 매우 깔끔하고 조용해서 여행 중 푹 쉬기에 딱 좋았습니다. 침구도 편안했고 기본 설비가 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 체크아웃 한 뒤 도시를 더 둘러보고 싶어서 짐을 맡겼는데, 직원분들의 응대가 빠르고 친절했습니다. 또 물품 관련 문의를 드렸을 때 프론트에서 매우 유연하게 도와주셔서 서비스 품질이 인상적이었습니다. 작은 문의였지만 성심껏 대응해주셨어요. 종합적으로 접근성, 청결도, 직원 서비스 모두 만족스러워 다음에 모리오카를 방문한다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다!

Great stay. Front desk was courteous and offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout. Room was nice, well designed and had a small couch which was really great! 10 mins from Morioka Station by bus (easy) or 15 by foot. Many local attractions, bars and restaurants nearby. If you like a dive bar don’t mis Soul Bar Jody across the street. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the room, but can share a few recs for good spots within a 10 min walk. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor if you need a little something to get you going before heading outside.

Sono un viaggiatore americano di affari. Ho visitato Kashoen prima e sulla base delle mie esperienze è l'unico hotel che potrò mai soggiornare a Hanamaki. Il personale dell'hotel è la persona più gentile, più cura e più passionata che abbia incontrato in un hotel. Le strutture sono fantastiche, il cibo dell'hotel è fenomenale, e il mio soggiorno è sempre rilassante. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli. C'è un bel percorso naturale vicino a un fiume che è anche bellissimo. Se siete a Hanamaki o stai cercando un posto per godere di un fine settimana tranquillo, suggerisco Kashoen.

Il personale era assolutamente incredibile, la stanza era molto spaziosa con una stanza di stile occidentale attaccata a una stanza di tè tatami 8 e piano per la finestra di soffitto che sottolineava l'esterno neve. Il bagno con piscina all'interno e all'aperto era fantastico, e la maggior parte delle persone che si trovavano all'hotel portavano yukata che ha dato tutta l'esperienza una vibrazione tranquilla. Il bus da Morioka va direttamente all'hotel. Era un hotel tradizionale giapponese perfetto.

È un hotel molto bello andare via con 2 Onsen a pavimento separato, anche avere un onsen privato pre-book per il coppia ❤️. Struttura fantastica dalla mia suite. Il set di cibo da pranzo sono anche eccellenti. Certamente tornerà di nuovo.
