The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

Convenientemente situato accanto alla stazione JR Morioka e alla linea Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) con il terminale di autobus lungo la strada davanti all'hotel e anche alloggiato nello stesso edificio come il centro commerciale FESAN. La stanza era spaziosa e il buffet del ristorante cinese dell’hotel era buono. Il bus di visione urbana si ferma alle 5:00, quindi ho scelto di camminare per il Castello/Parco di Morioka che ci sono voluti circa 20 minuti per arrivare.

Great stay. Front desk was courteous and offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout. Room was nice, well designed and had a small couch which was really great! 10 mins from Morioka Station by bus (easy) or 15 by foot. Many local attractions, bars and restaurants nearby. If you like a dive bar don’t mis Soul Bar Jody across the street. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the room, but can share a few recs for good spots within a 10 min walk. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor if you need a little something to get you going before heading outside.

Le strutture sono fantastiche, il cibo dell'hotel è fenomenale, e il mio soggiorno è sempre rilassante. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli. C'è un bel percorso naturale vicino a un fiume che è anche bellissimo. Se siete a Hanamaki o stai cercando un posto per godere di un fine settimana tranquillo, suggerisco Kashoen.
