Giordania: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Governatorato di Aqaba

L'hotel è stato ben tenuto (a parte la palestra) con un personale molto amabile e utile. Se cerchi un hotel a piscina, ci sono opzioni migliori entro 20 minuti a piedi, poiché questo hotel ha una piccola piscina. La palestra non era molto ben tenuta con peso ovunque e l'attrezzatura stessa avrebbe potuto essere migliorata.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

Il secondo giorno, il hotel ha prenotato direttamente una visita - il prezzo era giusto e i punti erano molto meglio del giorno prima all'interno di Wadi Rum. Più spettacolare e quasi nessuno. Assolutamente sorprendente. Servizio: organizzato il trasporto al centro visitatore per prendere il mio autobus a Amman e fare un accordo equo con la tour. Shell Luxury Camp is an idyllic oasis set against an otherwise harsh desert landscape. Waking up to sunrise right outside the camp is genuinely breathtaking. The cosy “shell” accommodation delivers a true five-star experience, with exceptionally comfortable bed linens. Service was prompt, staff were attentive, warm, and professional. Hot water availability is limited to specific time frames and was only lukewarm during winter. To their credit, the front desk did remind guests, which helped manage expectations. Although the camp is relatively new, signs of wear and tear are already visible. Broken floor tiles and damaged toilet fixtures detract from the overall experience and should be addressed promptly to maintain the camp’s luxury positioning. The campsite would benefit from improved upkeep. Contrary to the hotel description, reaching the campsite directly by private car is not always possible, especially when roads are covered with sand. Hotel transfer is required. To avoid miscommunication, where language barriers may exist, it would be helpful for the camp to request guests’ vehicle plate number, colour, and model in advance, in addition to sharing live location. The room rate is undeniably steep, but overall, I had a memorable and luxurious desert stay at Shell Luxury Camp.

L'unico punto minore per il miglioramento è stato il letto, come è stato fatto di due letti singoli combinati, ma, onestamente, questo è stato un dettaglio così piccolo rispetto all'esperienza incredibile che abbiamo avuto. Se stai cercando un soggiorno accogliente, autentico e memorabile a Wadi Rum, consiglio fortemente Shaheen e Hasan Zawaideh Camp. Mi piacerebbe tornare per un'altra avventura inoltrabile!

L'hotel si trova al di fuori dell'area protetta. Tuttavia, è anche molto tranquillo e riservato, quindi è necessario parcheggiare l'auto al punto di incontro e prendere il fuoristrada dell'hotel per addentrarsi ulteriormente. Il personale è cordiale e ci ha accolto calorosamente. La nostra bolla è pulita e confortevole. Il bagno è nascosto dietro il muro e non ha porta. I prodotti da bagno sono forniti, ma potrebbero essere di qualità migliore. C'è un limite di tempo per l'uso dell'acqua calda, dato che l'hotel si trova nella natura selvaggia (fino alle 23:00, se non sbaglio). Il nostro pacchetto include la cena a buffet, che è piuttosto buona. Principalmente piatti locali. L'aspetto è pulito e igienico. La colazione è discreta.

Questa volta mi prendo cura principalmente del signor Zid, ma tutti i dipendenti, compreso lui, sono molto amichevoli. La posizione è buona, cibo ricco, posso passare un viaggio pieno. Se vieni a Jordan Wadilam, questo è il tuo miglior posto!
