L'hotel è pulito e piacevole, soprattutto perché è esclusivamente per gli adulti - nessun bambino, quindi l'atmosfera è molto tranquilla. È al bordo dell'area degli hotel, più lontano dalla costa del mare, ma è ancora a piedi (anche nel caldo di Eilat). Le camere sono belle, il colazione è eccellente, la cena è molto buona, e tutto in tutto è stato un'esperienza positiva. Tuttavia, le richieste speciali formulate in anticipo erano soddisfatte con intenzioni presumibilmente positive, ma con attuazione zero. Uno di noi è disabile, quindi abbiamo chiesto un mattone non slip nel doccia. Dissero sì, ma non l'ha mai fornito. Abbiamo anche detto in anticipo che ci festeggiavamo un compleanno - altri hotel di solito lo riferiscono in qualche modo (alcuni vanno oltre i torti e i palloncini) - qui un altro zero. Inoltre, il parcheggio è limitato; l'unico parcheggio disponibile è in un luogo pubblico, a circa 5-minute passeggiata, attualmente su un passeggiata laterale gravemente rotta e bloccata. Avrei aspettato che un hotel fornisca una sorta di soluzione per un ospite disabile quando lo saprete in anticipo. Beh, aspettative ... (il manager con cui ho parlato quando abbiamo controllato ha promesso di inviare un email con uno sconto per la prossima volta. Come sempre: intenzioni positive, attuazione zero.)

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc. Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

I picked this hotel just as a convenient overnight stop halfway between Eilat and Tel Aviv. Little did I know how nice it would turn out to be.The location and overall setup are beautiful. Rooms vary a bit — ours didn’t have a great desert view, but other room types (depending on how they allocate them) apparently offer a full panorama.The real highlight is the pool: an infinity-style pool with an amazing view overlooking the crater. The hotel lobby faces the same direction and is just as impressive.My family was really happy with our one-night stay. They even set up a separate bed for our son in the room. Service was great throughout. Really cool hotel, wish we would have had more time there.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night. The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards. Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club è stato il perfetto viaggio in Mar Morto! Quando abbiamo dovuto cambiare la nostra stanza a causa dei vicini che fumavano, Tamar l'ha gestita con gentilezza e immediatamente. Shlomit ci ha chiamati più volte per assicurarci che siamo felici. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto l'attenzione che Shlomit ci ha dato da nessun hotel! Shlomit ha anche raccomandato la ”traccia bagnata” a Nachal Bokek. Shlomit ha anche raccomandato un viaggio verso la Forte di Zohar. Che bella e storico luogo! Anche libero. Il cibo era eccellente. La stanza era pulita senza spot. I lavoratori erano piacevoli e gentili. Non potevamo chiedere di più.
