Bagus bersih, tapi untuk orang luar negri yg tidak suka kebisingan maaf masjid perlu pertimbangan, mungkin next buat ruang kedap suara. Bukan Rasis ya, krn saya juga muslim, tapi kebanyakan masjid di luar negri suara nya tanpa mic/ tidak keras bgt. Krn hidup perlu seimbang

Il Regents Hotel Malang è stato confortevole e incredibilmente conveniente, soprattutto per la mia pianificata visita al Monte Bromo. La posizione dell'hotel mi ha resa una base ideale, mettendomi in una facile raggiungimento della montagna per un inizio presto al tramonto. L'atmosfera generale e lobby dell'hotel hanno un caldo benvenuto, mescolando le comodità moderne con la decorazione tradizionale javanese. La mia stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con una vista finestra che ha vista i giardini bellissimi, offrendo un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Il ristorante dell’hotel è stato un altro punto di riferimento, con un buffet di colazione vario, che va da pasticce fresche alle specialità locali, rendendo così facile prendere un pasto pieno prima di uscire per un giorno di avventura. Il personale dell'hotel è stato utile, fornendo consigli sulle migliori rotte per Bromo e anche aiutando con le opzioni di trasporto. Nel complesso, Regents Hotel Malang offre un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente, rendendo facile esplorare Bromo e godere della bellezza di Malang!

Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request. Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya.

Basic older hotel popular with local travellers because it's close (10 min walk) to Tunjungan Plaza. Room is tired looking. Old towels. Mattress is old and sunk in when lying on it. Gave me sore back. Requested for mattress changed. But the replacement was soft too. Gym was a small room with a few free weights, a muti function equipmeny, 1 bench + 2 waking machines. The carpet floor probably was vacuumed once upon a time. The corridor carpet is really old dirty and torn at a few spots. Breakfast buffet was so so.

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. 2 rooms are OK but we are given 1 room at the ground floor which are facing parking lots without any view… We choose to stay at this hotel solely because we want to enjoy the scenery but 1 room was facing the wall, nothing to see except parked car🤦♂️

Excellent location. Just across Tunjungan Plaza 1. Exit right from the main entrance to the famous Jalan Tunjungan. Clean, beds & pillows comfortable. Aircond cold. Just the shower head needs cleaning, the water pressure is low. Wash basin slow to drain. Overall stay was great.

The hotel has bath-up in every types of the room. You barely seen that in Indonesia. Great cleanliness and helpful staffs as well

Dapat point dari trip auto ditukerkan untuk menginap di hotel. Hotelnya sederhana tapi lengkap. Ada taman bermain untuk anak-anak, dan lengkap dengan kolam renang untuk anak-anak dan dewasa. Paling dalam 2 meter. D lantai IV ada rooftop yang nyaman sekali. Untuk kamarnya bersih dan lengkap dengan toiletries. Kamarnya sangat luas dan ACnya sangat dingin. Kamar sudah lengkap dengan TV dan bisa lihat Netflix. Untuk sarapan menu lengkap, jika kelihatan ada yg habis, petugas cekatan untuk mengisi lagi. Thanks yaa..
