Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Giava Occidentale

This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there. But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

Greeted by friendly staffs and my check-in was processed by employee of the year 2023 Agung. Indeed, he is very fast, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the terms and info. For the room, it was spacious. All is good but I thought the bedsheet and towels provided could be better (stains were found). Also, maybe if can provide rubbish bag for the bins so we won’t dirty the bin when we are disposing things. As for the breakfast, it was great; good spread of food and quality of the food was decent. I always looked forward for the breakfast during my stay here.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

Hotel e servizio eccellente da personale in tutte le funzioni. Sono un turista, devo affrontare le differenze linguistiche e sistemiche, il signor Kukup e una giovane donna, la signora Nuansa (scusate se mi sbaglio il nome) hanno sbagliato i loro modi per aiutare. Apprezzo davvero questo e hanno dato a Bandung il calore e l'ospitalità.Grazie ancora. Sono stato troppo ricco di belle sceneggiate per prendere foto dell'hotel e del personale, e queste sono attaccate a Kawah Putih e il giardino del tè. Spero che incoraggino più persone a viaggiare qui e a rimanere in questo ottimo hotel.

L'hotel era in buona posizione. In realtà è arrivato tardi circa le 3:00, abbiamo prenotato 3 camere. Ma solo 2 camere con porta di connessione (come ho richiesto) ma un'altra stanza ancora aspettando, perché la stanza non è pronta. Attendiamo così tanto tempo fino a circa le 4:00 possiamo controllare nella stanza (dopo che chiedo al custode di pulire la stanza). Dopo questo, abbiamo chiamato, abbiamo avuto un buffet di cena complimentare (per il check-in ritardato), siamo stati felici. Dopo essere arrivati alle 7:00, il cibo era vuoto. Il personale non si accorse che dovevano riempire il cibo. Il pollo con la zuppa di cucina era freddo. La varietà dei cibi era limitata. Anche una donna in 1 gruppo si lamentava: spendere 200K/person, ma il cibo era deluso. Anche noi spendiamo un onere supplementare. La mattina dopo andai al ginnastico, ho trovato cose sporche nella camera da letto degli uomini. La mattina prima di entrare, cerco di chiamare l'hotel per riparare la linea, ma nessuno risponde al telefono. Forse il mammifero dovrebbe controllarlo. L'esperienza inattesa è stata di soggiornare in hotel a 5 stelle.

Hotel pulito ha una buona posizione.Buona vista .Inoltre buon servizio e strutture La camera pulita e confortevole letto, buon colazione varia per le opzioni gusto . il personale amichevole e buon servizio da TATA Recepimento

Food is nice, bed is amazing. Hotel room and view is great. Guest relations officers took the extra mile to celebrate my birthday and I am so thankful for tt. Amazing and great stay and will definitely choose hilton bandung again! Toilet bowl bidet spray to be clean more thoroughly as it is yellowish. Otherwise it is generally clean and comfortable! :)

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

Ho prenotato per una notte n finisce fino a estendere un'altra notte nello stesso hotel.... E 'un grande hotel a Bandung. Di solito mi piace saltare gli hotel come farò recensioni vidio in utobe ma questo hotel era buono. Sicuramente rimarrò qui se vado a Bandung di nuovo
