The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. the big table was great for us to put all our clothes and share our meals. it's convenient for skiing, right outside the door and no need to travel anywhere. The restaurant makes delicious food with family sharing portions and there is also a KFC and pizza Hut nearby. There is a small shop on the hotel premises with cool drinks and snacks.

Come: buone camere, pulito, buon servizio, fornire acqua potabile illimitata.La posizione non è male.Camminare a Zhongyang Shopping Street e St. Sophia Church. Il personale non può parlare inglese, ma cerca di usare la traduzione per la comunicazione. Non mi piace: la porta del bagno è di vetro chiaro.Non capisco perché la catena dell'hotel Ibis in Cina deve fare porte del bagno chiare 😅

L'aspetto dell'hotel è relativamente alto e le strutture interne sono relativamente obsolete. Nel centro della città, lo shopping e gli spostamenti sono convenienti. RT-Mart è accanto ad esso. La dimensione della camera è piccola e il parcheggio è più comodo. C'è un parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito. I veicoli super alti possono parcheggiare solo di fronte all'hotel. La colazione viene consegnata. L'importo per la stanza è ancora relativamente grande.

Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.

La prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto 👍 e un buon soggiorno. Vicino a quello che volevamo, ma in una posizione tranquilla. Sembra meno controllare e la stanza è completamente attrezzata e ben decorata. Il tè pomeriggio gratuito è anche un bel toccamento. In generale non ci sono negativi. Il prezzo è lo stesso di altri grandi hotel a Harbin, ma offre un senso più rilassato.Mia moglie ha detto che il colazione era buono 👍

Il personale è sorprendente, molto utile e con grande atteggiamento chiedo il servizio di pick-up dall’aeroporto all’hotel, e il conducente è stato il più dolce e gentile! Mi aspettava anche quando ho avuto un grande ritardo sul mio volo. Poi all'Hotel Charles e al personale mi hanno ricevuto molto amichevole e felice. La stanza era spaziosa e ben progettata. La posizione è un po' lontana dagli alti punti della città ma confortevole con taxi o didi. Il colazione era buono ma non abbastanza varietà, ogni giorno è principalmente lo stesso menu. Il menu di servizio in camera è limitato ma super buono, il cibo era sempre delizioso e di nuovo il personale sorprendente. Grazie!

Ognuno di noi ha uno scopo quando viaggia, che è incontrare nuovi amici, trovare un posto per l'anima, rilassarsi e ampliare le proprie conoscenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, spero di trovare un posto accogliente, che potrebbe non essere come un cinque stelle hotel. L'hotel è altrettanto lussuoso, ma proprio come i cavalieri di tutto il mondo nel romanzo, condividono le loro vite e intuizioni diverse tra loro. Spero che altri partner che la pensano allo stesso modo siano destinati a venire qui.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.
