"Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious.
The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great."

"Da procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Quando sono tornata quella sera, sono rimasta scioccata nel trovarli lavati e asciugati in bagno dalla donna delle pulizie! Il giorno del check-out, mi sono slogata una caviglia e il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per trovarmi del ghiaccio e del Yunnan Baiyao (una medicina tradizionale cinese per le distorsioni alla caviglia). Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!"

Utente anonimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

ZomoJunyi Hotel is exceptional!
Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

Il nostro soggiorno all'AOLUGUYA Hotel è stato davvero fantastico. Ogni aspetto dell'hotel è stato progettato con gli ospiti in mente e mantenuto in un standard eccezionale. Il personale del front desk era caldo e accogliente, e gestiva la comunicazione in inglese con facilità, rispondendo alle domande in modo chiaro e confidenziale. La vista dal 40° piano era molto soddisfacente, e il bagno era più che sufficiente per godere di un soffitto privato e rilassante. Il buffet di colazione era di alta qualità e una vasta gamma di opzioni.Il personale era eccezionalmente attento, quasi al punto di uscire dal loro modo per portare i prodotti che cercavamo. Le lunghe ore di servizio per colazione sono state inoltre aggiunte al comfort generale del soggiorno.
A questo punto di prezzo, l'hotel offre una vera esperienza di alto livello e di alta qualità. Se visitassi Harbin di nuovo, non ci sarebbe alcun motivo di non scegliere questo hotel.

Ho voluto visitare il Festival di ghiaccio e neve a Harbin da molto tempo, e questo anno, all'inizio di gennaio, il mio programma ha finalmente consentito un breve viaggio privato. A causa della sua vicinanza al campo del festival, ho scelto di rimanere al Ritz Carlton - e non mi sono deluso. Mi piaceva la vista incredibile dalla sala colazione, che guardava il fiume verso la neve e la visione del ghiaccio, e il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, e la posizione era conveniente, con una stazione di metro vicino. Anche se prendevo un taxi alla mia prima partenza, poi scelsi la metropolitana, che era efficiente e facile da usare.. La mia stanza era comoda e soddisfaceva tutte le mie aspettative. Anche se non usavo la piscina, visitai il palestra, che era ben eufico e piacevole.
In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e spero di tornare l'anno prossimo - forse con amici.

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:-
张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

Check-in:
Il processo di check-in era semplice ed efficiente. Il personale del desk front era amichevole e benvenuto, facendomi sentire a casa immediatamente.
Camera:
La mia camera era pulita e ben attrezzata, con un comodo letto di grande dimensione re e un accogliente spazio seduto. La camera comprendeva anche un mini frigo e una microonde, che erano a posto per il magazzinaggio di snacks e restanti.
Abbigliamento:
Il pranzo complimentare era un'enfasi! Ci fu una buona selezione di oggetti caldi e freddi, tra cui uova scramblete, bacon, yogurt e una varietà di pascoli. Il caffè era fresco e disponibile tutto il giorno, che mi piaceva.
Il centro fitness era adeguatamente attrezzato per un allenamento rapido, e ho anche goduto della piscina interna, che è stato un bel toccamento per il relax dopo un giorno di esplorazione della zona.
Posizione:
L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni e ristoranti, e è facile accedere all'autostrada, rendendo semplice guidare verso vicinanze.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day.
Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point.
The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring.
Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.
