Cina: hotel con spa nella provincia di Heilongjiang

The hotel's territory was nothing special, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and common areas was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoke issue could be a deal-breaker for some.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Peter , F and B manager and chef Dean deserve special mention for going out of their way to meet our request during our last breakfast today! Thank you Ritz Carlton Harbin!

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. We manage to get the names of some the staff that helped us. 徐羽彤，马红红，佳琪，周奕涵，秦奇，姜辉 We will definately return again! thank you all

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

There’s a mall within 200meter. When we arrived, we were served hot towel and hot lemon juice. My daughter was so happy to receive a softtoy from Miss JiaoJiao. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. I love the freeflow of afternoon tea. There is a laundryroom with free detergent at 7th floor. I just wish the dryer is more powerful because my clothes still wet after putting in the machine for hours. I appreciate the automated toilet seat in the room. Room is quite spacious. No ironing facilities in the room but you can request

La buona impressione di Harbin è profonda, il servizio della sorella della reception è molto intimido, l'efficienza di lavoro è alta, e le belle donne che puliscono l'igiene sono anche molto pulite. La stanza è confortevole, acqua calda, al centro della città, vicino al governo, ovunque sia conveniente, c'è una metropolitana, e camminare a centinaia di metri è un centro commerciale.Il parcheggio della porta è abbastanza.Non c'è accento sulle frutta, ci sono frutta fresca intima ogni giorno.La prossima volta sceglieremo RICH

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

It’s a flawless hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. It is located a newer neighborhood ( not crowded like other area) with walking distance to a subway station. A minor problem was we can’t prepay the bill with trip.com and has to pay at the hotel in Chinese currency which could be a problem for international travelers like us.

Ho avuto un tempo sorprendente, naturalmente Sofitel non si disapprova mai! 💜 Le strutture erano fino a coppia, il cibo era eccellente e il servizio era di prima qualità. Tutto era piuttosto impressionante, dalla pranzo all'interno alla fitness. La stanza era decorata gratuitamente a mia richiesta e i bagni erano ragionevolmente prezzi.
