Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di Buckinghamshire

Questo fine settimana è stata la seconda volta che ero al Leonardo a Milton Keynes. Ho prenotato qualche settimana prima e chiuso in un prezzo molto buono su Trip. Ho scelto Leonardo perché era un fantastico soggiorno l'ultima volta con un buon colazione. Questa volta ero in una camera doppia, e era più grande di quanto mi aspettassi. Ero nella camera 601, ed era una sala finale, e guardai il grande banner rosso Leonardo fuori dall'edificio. Ho avuto una vista molto buona della città dalla stanza. La stanza aveva una finestra che aprì e una TV. Ho avuto un bel bagno con grandi prodotti. Le tute erano veramente pulite e fluffy. Ci era T e caffè nella stanza. Ci sono molte spazi. Ho avuto calzini vicino al letto per il mio telefono. Ho dormito una bella notte. Il letto era così comodo. Ho dormito brillante. Ho avuto colazione per le 3 notti che sono rimasto e è stato eccellente. Molto spazio nel ristorante e non superato al colazione. Il personale era molto attento per tutta la mia permanenza. C'era una fonte d'acqua libera nel foyer e c'era un fine settimana mega caldo, quindi questo era grande. C'è anche un posto per il deposito dei bagagli se si desidera visitare il fantastico centro commerciale che non è lontano. L'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È fantastico se si visita Londra ci sono carichi di treni e è veloce. Ho scelto di rimanere al Leonardo perché è un soggiorno molto confortevole, poiché i prezzi di Londra sono così costosi. Ci sono molti grandi ristoranti vicino, quindi è fantastico per una serata fuori. E 'un po' più tranquillo del centro di Londra, quindi molto meglio per le mie avventure solitarie senior. Le immagini che ho caricato sono la passeggiata dalla stazione, la stanza dopo che sono rimasto in essa! Il bagno, gli accessori in bottiglia nella camera da bagno, così sai cosa aspettare, le viste dalla finestra, i giardini di sole e il letto dopo aver dormito in essa. Ogni mattina sono andato a Londra, sono andato al museo britannico, alla casa di cantina, alla Tracey Emin, a Tate Modern e all'albergo.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for the second time. I stayed in room 301. The room was very clean and tidy. It had a bigger than expected bathroom with good mirrors and a bath. The toiletries were good. It was very busy in the hotel and the breakfast was very busy with families. The breakfast was Ok the cooked breakfast was hot but the sweet pastries were limited. The range of cold meats was good. The fruit was good. The coffee was good. The breakfast spice was good. I did not use the health facilities. The bar was busy and I had to wait to buy a soft drink. The range of food on offer was good. I really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. The service was good and I liked the luggage store facilities. These were free. The locality is good for food outlets and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel. It takes 18 mins to walk to the station. There was a marathon on while I stayed. So it was busy everywhere. The images shown here are of the spaces inside the hotel to eat, my breakfast, the free water, and the foyer space. I would stay here again. It’s only 47 mins to London and it’s a great price and a quiet hotel compared to London prices. Mexicans living in London were celebrating Cinco de Mayo outside the National gallery today and it was really great! The Milton Keynes marathon was also on today!

Il 19 febbraio sono rimasto a Holiday Inn High Wycombe, e purtroppo la mia esperienza ha iniziato con una nota deludente. Dopo l'arrivo, sono stato benvenuto e accolto con cortesia dal ricevitore, che mi ha assegnato una stanza di pavimento. Quando entrai nella stanza, mi sentivo immediatamente un forte odore di fumo, che mi faceva sentire incomodo e indesiderato di rimanere lì. Ho contattato la ricezione, e, a loro credito, il membro del personale è venuto a controllare la stanza, e lei ha riconosciuto, si è sentito sinceramente scusata e ha ammesso che avrebbe dovuto essere risolto con il custode. Il hotel mi ha detto che era stato prenotato completamente e non erano disponibili camere alternative. Mi è stato offerto un 30% di sconto per rimanere nella stanza, ma mi sono rifiutato perché non mi sentivo comodo. Il ricevitore ha poi organizzato una soluzione alternativa, trasferendomi a Hampton da Hilton High Wycombe, tra cui organizzare un trasferimento di taxi. Anche se c’era qualche confusione sulla disponibilità della stanza a Hilton, lei si manteneva utile e mi offriva anche un drink complimentare mentre aspettavo. Una volta arrivato a Hilton, la differenza era chiara, la stanza era pulita, fresca e di un livello molto più elevato, che rendeva molto più confortevole per un soggiorno. In generale, pur apprezzando il professionalismo e gli sforzi del personale del Holiday Inn per risolvere la questione, la condizione iniziale della stanza è scesa ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

From the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room. Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries. I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all. Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

This hotel looks beautiful from outside with a lovely ground and impressive entrance, but however, I found the room & common area not so impressive  they need to give it a face lift to deserve the room rate. Especially with a high bathtub it’s quite dangerous as it’s slippery when you step into it to have a shower, even with the rubber mat on it , luckily I brought along my rubber slipper, which I can use to have a shower to prevent from slipping . Our room included breakfast, buffet table selection of food were poor, and the quality of food was not great even with basic smoke salmon it looks stale & the cooked breakfast was ok not impressive. The front desk reception staff were not helpful with problem . But the manager at the front desk was very helpful when we checked out , after hearing our comments about the problem he took note said he’ll look into the problem & told us to contact him when decide to stay with them next time. I do appreciate his helpfulness & trying to make the best of the situation, Cliveden Hotel should treasure him as the hotel manager.

Location was lovely and handy to some nice local sites. Staff were helpful with suggestions of what to see. Room was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful views and lovely cars. F1 fan so I enjoyed the circuit and the easy access to the museum. Other than that, there’s nothing else near this location but these few attractions, which makes this place a little boring. But other than that, loved the hotel.
